I have been going to this Jewelry store for years now & have always had a Great Experience. First, I’d get my watches/rings sized there, but then I started falling in love with very many of their delicate, dainty pieces, and one-of-a-kind bracelets, necklaces and rings. I absolutely recommend this place because they are extremely professional, helpful & attentive. I find the staff extremely up-front & informative about the quality of their jewelry as well as the pricing. They have very unique jewelry items & flexible layaway plans too from which I have benefited over the years. Needed a gold bracelet to wear with my Feng Sui PiXiu Black Obsidian bracelet. Always try and buy in my neighborhood. I have not purchased any jewelry in years. Miral Jewelers was a pleasant surprise! It was a real pleasure to make a purchase here. Found a dainty Gucci link bracelet reasonably priced. The store is clean, beautifully decorated, secure, and the associate who helped me was friendly, patient, and professional. Since the bracelet was a bit big, I returned in a couple of days. The same associate was kind enough to adjust it.

Took 2 minutes to fix my watch band, I think the pararon that do that works up to 2 p.m, so I suggest to call them first

Stay away from these people they tell you the Jewerly is 25 to 50 % and when you check other jewelry store find that they overcharged you even with the supposedly 50% off . They sell defective jewelry that after purchase I had to take it several times to get fix and it happened with all the jewelry I bought there . Never again will buy anything from them .

This is the worst jeweler I have ever been to. We took my fiancés ring in to adjust the size and they completely ruined the ring. They gave the ring back and it wasnt properly aligned so they had to redo it (there was literally a crooked line on the bottom of the ring). After getting the ring back, the white gold ring began to change color within a week and we had to take it back. After finally getting the ring back a third time, the ring was missing one of the small diamonds on the side (and can you believe that they had the audacity to say that it wasnt missing the diamond even though it was so clear and easy to see). Please be aware! You should not need to take a ring in 4 times to get a proper adjustment done. Ridiculous!
