Lets be honest, the reviews here are very off putting. Initially I had two other companies I was in between, but cache prices really intrigued me. So I booked an appt. With Teresa and she was so sweet and professional we connected immediately and I felt good leaving my event in her hands. After I left, I weighed the pros and cons and ultimately booked cache.The day of the delivery, everything went smooth. The guys are professionals and put up a 20x40 tent so quickly I was amazed!We had a small hiccup but I emailed cache and got a response in just a few min, I believe from the owner herself, Lizy. My situation was quickly resolved and I was very impressed how swiftly a solution was offered w a blink! With that gesture alone, they won a customer for life and my continued referrals.Just look for yourself, how amazing did everything come out ?!

Thank you Cache tents and events for making our baby shower memorable. No other rental company I trust. They were able to send out two large tents (last minute) because of the 90% forecasted rain. I don’t usually post bad reviews, but I want to share the bad experience that I had with this Company.To start off, when they showed me their catalogue I selected the color I wanted, but they told me they didn’t have in stock.They then promised to get the color of the linen that I wanted on time for the event, And after paying my deposit they contacted me and I ended up having another color.For the chairs and chargers was the same story, I chose the style and color for my chairs and chargers and 5 days before the day of my wedding, they sent me an email that the chairs were on maintenance and I had to chose another color, and that the chargers I chose were damaged so I had to completely go with a different set of chargers.Lastly, they wanted to charge us to pay for a linen they claim had a small burn, I requested for them to provide with proof of that, and after requesting for proof they never responded and spoke to my planner on the phone and managed to avoid charging us.I consider this company highly unprofessional, they sell you one thing and it turns out that they don’t have all the products on stock, and they have a complete disregard for customer service, and a lack of quality customer satisfaction.

Since the Owner mentioned my name now I am responsible to comment.To begin with I don’t see what you have to involve my name when it was a client that took the liberty to do so.Never in the clients comment did state that the issue was the communication but the lack of proficiency in your inventory and your process.The issue was the fact that your website was outdated and so was your inventory, we had an idea in mind but it had to be changed because you guys originally said you could and then couldn’t.Attempting to justify that you maintained communication does not exempt you from the fact that you guys do not keep a good track of your inventory.

Lets be honest, figuring out rentals is not one of the fun parts of wedding planning. That said, the team at Cache made it so easy. I changed my quantities and items probably 7 times, and they were so patient and responsive. Also, they offered the best pricing of all the rental companies I reached out to. My wedding planner didnt mention any snags with delivery or pick-up, so Im assuming that went smoothly too! The items we ordered were perfect for what we needed, and in great condition. We ordered the most basic glassware available, but multiple guests commented on how pretty and dainty they thought their glasses were. Cherry on top!

I trust this company with my eyes closed. I used them for my wedding and everything was delivered right on time and everything was perfectly wrapped and nothing was missing. The quality is very good and the prices are unique! I can easily say if you compare prices with other companies you will save some big bucks with great quality and service - right now I am using them again for my gender reveal and the process is always so easy and they respond very fast. I recommend 100% and I will always use them for any event.

Fast feedback but horrible company.They advertise on the website a good price but when I ask for quote they gave me 150% over the price that it is on the website. I talked to them, thinking it was a mistake but they told me they are in high season and they will have this price until next year. I told them I did not see this statement anywhere on the website and I told this seemed like a fake advertisement. She asked me if I wanted it to take it to another level? and her customer service was terrible. Tips, Dont give much detail about what type of event you are having.Thanks for your response. I was not upset for the price. I was upset you could not explain whatever reason you had to increase that much the price in a polite manner. My agency used them for our Hispanic Heritage month event and they were amazing! They worked with us to make sure everything arrived on time and to make sure we were comfortable with our rental. They even delivered all the way to South Miami on time, I definitely recommend using them!!!

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM unless you are able to deal with unpredictable customer service. I spent almost $1,000 for an order with them including an extra $125 for same day pick up and delivery. The delivery guys showed up an hour past the pick up time which was almost 1am and our event was over at 10pm. I asked for a $50 refund on the cost for delivery since their people were late and the CEO(Lizy Hernandez) told me that no refund will be issued even after I explained the situation to her. I used them several times and I was shocked that she would not even consider refunding us. I read the other reviews about her not having great customer service, but I didnt think it was this bad. I simply told her that we would not be using them moving forward and she never responded or apologized for the incident.

We use Cache for all our store events and I could not be more happy to choose them every single time. They are always prompt and quick with delivery and pick up. I have only used them with glassware and have never been disappointed. They are so quick with orders, glassware can be booked two weeks in advance, even 5 days before your event and it is expected that they show up to deliver. Never fails. Very smooth and easy. I ordered a clear tent the week of my wedding when I found out it would rain. The setup and breakdown was super fast and professional and the tent ended up being one of the most beautiful aspects of the wedding. Wish I had rented my wedding tables and dance floor with them as well. This places is amazing, is like a paradise in the desert. The staff (Natalie) is awesome, she really knows what she offers and even gives you tips if you like to. We used this company to cover our pool for our Daughters Wedding. It came out spectacular and held up during the wedding. No damage to the pool or property and the team that came to instal and break down was very quick and professional. I am using them again for our next party.

I have been using Cache for almost 2 years now. When my family and I have big parties they are the ones we go to. They always have enought inventory for last minutes and they will deliver in Miami for $25, this includes pick up. All of the prices are in their website which is great when you are trying to figure out how much to spend in rental, calling every store for this is such a mission and they have definitely made my experience better. They also have the best rental price in the market. You wont regreat to use their products and service.

I rented a lot of items from them for my wedding- I ordered a dance floor to be installed over a pool, farm tables, bamboo chairs, a tent with beautiful chandeliers etc.... I experienced great customer service. Lizy was wonderful, she was so helpful in making me feel at ease which is crucial as a bride. Their prices are reasonable, I was able to pay the downpayment on the rentals and then make payments leading up to the wedding date. Lizy even surprised me the day of my wedding and upgraded my tent to a clear one, which only added to my happiness. It was very easy to work with Cache, they arrived on time the day of my wedding, nothing was missing or incorrect from my order, and they set everything up on time.
