Amazing service its pretty straight forward in renting. Maybe they have more staff working during Saturday picked up a vehicle on Monday with a staff of three from what I experienced and went pretty smoothly. Will tell you best prices to rent a vehicle out there. Hands 👐 down.

From Jose who picked me up at the airport, to Julio at the counter and Luis the supervisor I received stellar customer service. This was the best priced option for car rentals in the area, the car was a corolla I loved it was amazing on gas , I only needed to fill it once after 8 days so I was very pleased. And since they are not located at the airport you can arrange for pick up and drop off. The only suggestion I’d offer was a quicker check-in process, it took 1 hour and 30 minutes to check in and receive the car . Other than that they were awesome , accommodative (I extended my car rental time) and I’ll definitely use them for our next vacation!

Peter, the manager, is the best manager ever, he is sweet, professional and a true gentleman... he cares for the people and what they need... he help me in the worse moments of my life and make me feel like home... i got a Toyota Corolla 2020 with zero miles for my rental for 2 months and a half!! This rental company is top notch, and run as a small, family business with good quality vehicles which are very clean. I wont get into the details but they definitely went well over and above what was expected to help my family and I get into a vehicle after a very stressful travel day. I am trying to look for a car that 8 people can be seated and i found it. The best part is that they show you the actual car inside and out.

Had a reservation but when I arrived to get the car I was advised they were sold out. No empathy from the young man whatsoever. He wanted to get me in a Rav4 but it was more expensive. I asked to speak to a manager and the young man stated that she was cleaning a car. Very disappointed

My husband and I rented from them due to the good reviews but were quite disappointed in the quality of service. Despite having verbal communication with Pete that we would need pickup and dropoff service from the Miami airport as well as confirmation of what time to drop off the car with our airport pickup driver, Julio, we were told after waiting for over 30 minutes that there were no drivers to take us back to the airport and we would need to find our own ride because they didnt have anything in writing about a dropoff (if you rent with them, make sure you have everything recorded since they dont). A few minutes later after my husband and I downloaded Uber and Lyft apps, thankfully they just *happened* to have a driver show up -apparently none of the 3 office workers could be bothered to leave their jobs since they already had our $350- and we barely made it in time for the last flight out of the day to our home city. Whenever we go back to Miami, we will be using rental car company at the airport.

This place is the best and easier car rental facility I have ever worked with all over the world. From the moment I called in to ask about their service, the customer service was beyond imagination and Cesar answered every question I had and made a great recommendation which worked out perfectly. The prices are amazing, the customer service was exceptional and I was even lucky to have Cesar take care of my rental when I got there initially and at drop off. He is amazing, knowledgable and friendly and the other girl at the front desk was really friendly too. Such a rarity in Miami! Would definitely recommend and will use again!

I like that Champion Auto Rental allows me to gain access to great Toyota models without the hassle of a traditional rental service. They have been reliable both times that I’ve used them, and I would definitely recommend them to others that may be seeking a rental car in the Miami area.

I rented a car here while vacationing in Florida and was advised by the desk clerk that the toll fee can be added at the end to avoid high toll fee charge. On the day of returning the car, I was asked to wait in the lobby so the clerk can process the payment on my credit card. Off I went thinking that they would process the agreed toll fee($60) and car rental fee, but turned out they never added the toll fee and I was charged separately $103 for toll fee.

The service is very bad, my wife took to repair the door of her suv according to inspection but the door was misaligned when we took it out of the workshop there are scratches in the shape of a circle I imagine it was that they polished the place that the work that was repaired was lousy they did not recommend it to anyone

We have a very good experience. Mr Caesar explained everything to us, helped us with the setting up and cancellation of the Sunpas account (motorway charge), and when we returned the car, we were taken to the hotel free of charge. I highly recommend.

Just as I was leaving I was told I couldnt leave Florida otherwise the prices would change, the new prices were exorbitant and I just returned the car without having it for even an hour and drove it for almost 7 miles. After an awkward conversation and stating the firm decision that I wasnt going to pay a full day they decided to charge me an hour and I paid $ 37 for nothing. The policies they have are designed to put the rental car to extremely low use. A star to write.
