The staff and service was great. Now the facility is a shame is in such lack of cleanliness. Corporate should get their act together.

We had made a reservation for a car to get it on a Thursday & when we got there it was not ready so the branch manager (Maryuri) told us to come the next day & it would be ready at 5 pm. When we got there on Friday, it was closed with no one in sight & we had called ahead but no one answered. Terrible experience, don’t come to this location.

Long waits...difficult to locate drop offs .. did not make changes and severely overcharged! Awaiting explanations and refunds.

Worst experience ever. We were staying in a local hotel and moving to another hotel in Palm beach the next day. Booked a reservation online for a mini van. Took an Uber there the next day and was told that they didnt have our minivan (or any vehicles) to rent to us. We then had to take another Uber back to our hotel, and then a $180 Uber to Palm Beach. What is the point in having a reservation??????? Not sure if this is how Hertz operates all of their locations, but this place is a complete joke.

I walk in he never spoke to me. Then assume I speak Spanish. Assume the national language(English) till a person say otherwise. Never said hello or please wait. Walks into the back then speaks.Then he tries telling me a midsize is bigger then a standard. Ur job is to rent cars so know ur cars. He tells me they don’t have what I’m paying for. Which was standard suv. Offer me a Altima for 50 more then what I would have paid. Come on he saw my reservation he could have called and said something he saw my name in the system . Also all he cared about was if I was was a insurance claim smh. Assuming I had a wreck smh. I drive just fine my car is in the shop

Never, ever will trust this location or Hertz again. Rented a car in October for use in December. Prepaid, meaning they already had my money and the rental was confirmed. Rental date comes around and they have zero cars available at 7:30 am when they open. Staff encouraged me to wait for a car. Closing time comes around and there are still no cars. Only solution staff provided was to keep waiting, and then to come again the next day (when the same thing would probably happen). Had to borrow a family friends car for a long trip and missed an entire day of our vacation (not to mention hotel stay, which of course Hertz does not see as their problem). Horrific service all around. And for what its worth, this happened to nearly everyone else who rented a car that date. These people are clueless. Do not rely on them if youre hoping to leave for your vacation or important appointment on time.

I was sent here from body shop because Hertz on 36 st was closed..the hialeah one said it was open till 430..as I was driving I was calling to let them know I was returning a rental, it was 3:45pm and no one was picking up phones, as I rushed I got there at 4:05 fell on their sidewalk to get to door..messed up knee n elbow. They were closed..they left earlier than stated. Luckily the Miami lakes office helped me n they were open till 5 as posted and were professional.

Terrible... Why the hell is this place closed when I have a reservation? Me and four others had shown up to pick up their reservation. The store is closed. My only option was to make another reservation to pick up two hours later. Unacceptable

Luis is super sweet. I chose to wait for more cars to arrive (wanted to find a nicer car) and he was great with everyone. Hialeah doesnt have the most polite people, so kudos to him lol

Worst service ever don’t rent here. The car its always late and they try so hard to add their insurance even if you have full cover of your own. They lie you call over the phone it’s one thing in person it’s another .

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!This is the second time this happens to me. Worst customer service ever. Lorena was extremely rude and super un professional she has no idea what she’s doing she is super sarcastic and didn’t want to resolve our problem at all cost. She gave me wrong information twice. I came in earlier on the week to make sure everything was done so I don’t have any issues at the time of pick up. When I got there the day of pickup, 2 hours before how she specified I was given another information completly different again. All she kept saying was “ I’m so sorry there’s nothing I can do.”I couldn’t rent the car. DO NOT RENT HERE !!!! Please to save yourself a few bucks it’s not worth it.DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! SCAM!!!!

I rented a SUV for easter weekend. Luis Motas service was excellent, even when the phone would not stop ringing, busy days for renting a car but he managed to successfully satisfy my expectations. Id recommend him with my eyes closed.

Quick in and out, staff is attentive and will meet any request provided in advance and will sometimes go above and beyond to meet expectations. However, it is a very small location and I often have found myself with very few vehicle options on last-minute rentals.

Horrible. Unbelievable. They close absurdly early, and they do not have an after hours dropbox. Appears to be a clear scam to force you to pay for another day of car rental. I called them to tell them I would be cutting it close and the told me, I have to close at 6:00 because if no one else is here I have to close at 6:00. Zero customer service. On top of that, they gave me a car with the low tire pressue signal on and less than a quarter tank of gas. Strongly suggest do not rent here.

This is the worst place you can ever think about renting a car. We booked already and spoke to the representative about a Van for 7 people. The say we needed more money, they never give you a total. This is a total scam. We had to leave late for our trip. Don’t ever get your car with these people.

Worst place to rent a car. This place is a mess. Terrible Costomer service. Returned the car called right away cause I forgot something in the car. They threw the stuff away. Even thought they have my contact info. Never doing business with this location ever again they threw one item away, that I found in the trash. And the other item one of the employees took with them.

This is the worst service I have ever received. After waiting for more than one hour, hearing the employees fighting about their lunch time, they gave me a car that smelled like an ash tray, was totally filthy inside, there was no water for the wipers and had the sign on for oil change. I will never EVER rent from them again. They first mentioned the availability of 3, and then ended up giving me one option and this one was it.

Luis is super attentive. But when I went to deliver the car I was treated to a little girl who charged me for 3 extra hours, 16 dollars, plus taxes. I did not like that. Hertz has the best rental price in Miami

It is the second time that I go there and Lorena Ríos has treated us in a very bad way. She is super unprofessional and rude. I give myself the information all wrong. Prices, insurance, the card you should use. When the pick-up day arrived, I arrived an hour before to avoid setbacks and the car was not ready and he did not attend me until 10 AM, being the first person in the place. And when he attended to me, everything was different, the price and the insurance, having me full cover with geico. The end wanted me to charge much more than agreed. I left at 12 without a car because it never arrived. Do not waste your time or money, cheap is expensive
