Horrible customer service. Don’t even bother if you drive a luxury car. My husband and I have been taking cars for over 10 years (Toyota, Honda, etc.) and have always paid $20 for an inside/outside wash. This morning we took a luxury car and he said he wouldn’t clean it (inside and out) unless we paid $50. I told him we always pay $20 and he said we could leave if we didn’t want to pay the $50. Clearly we left and will never be back with ANY car.

I have to admit they did a decent job for a reasonable price. The staff was professional. When they were done, I inspected my car and was pleased with the result. They didnt do a rush job like other places. Ill definitely go back to see if they have consistency.

This a hole is charging me $70 now to clean my van which I have brought before and he charge me just $50. Not only he is rude, when I asked why the price so high, he just said $70 like take it or leave it

The guys really do a fantastic job. It is a little pricey but it is worth it. I have been going there for four years now.

If I could give less than 1 Star, I would. Arrived at 3:40pm. “Too busy, can’t take care of you today”. What? Its worth mentioning that there were two of us in line, me being the last of the 2. The employee gladly took the keys from the man in front of me.

Good service, but lately they jumped the car wash price over 33%, (From $15.00 to $20.00 for small cars and Suv from $20.00 to $30.00, those two prices does not include the tip) that makes this location the most expensive in the area. I decided to take my businesses to someplace else.

I’m Very happy with the way my car came out. Loved the shampoo and wax made my car look brand new!!

My wife dropped her SUV at Hectors car wash to get a complete wash/wax done and they charged $120. When she brought the SUV home I noticed they had only waxed one side if the SUV. To my amazement, I said this must be a confusion. My wife then went back another day and mentioned what we I had noticed and the owner Hector never admits to the mistake but has one of his guys finish the job he failed to complete the first time. So after a waist of our time and money, a real nice guy who finished the job says to my wife the owner Hector didnt want me to wash the car again, to only wax on top of the dirt, but I refused and washed it first. WOW! What kind of business is this? First he tries to take advantage of my wife because she is a female, then continues to add insult to injury! STAY AWAY FROM HERE PLEASE. People like this should never run a business and should stay away from any sort of interaction with customers. If you do try this place anyways, dont say you werent warned.

I went there on Saturday at 3.30 pm and they told me they were CLOSED!!!! I said they close at 5, and they answered that they had a lot of cars to take mine.

Good service. Most of the guys will do a great job. Be strategic and come during the week or scope it out so you minimize wait time.

I did the shampoo and wax service and it made my car look brand new. Just got yourself a new customer, will definitely comeback

Had my car washed the other day, very fast and clean service. The guys cleaning were very careful with the car, will be coming back for sure !

Dont bother. After trying 3 attempts to get the car wash it didnt get done. They staff told it will be 45 mins. the first time and walk away after waiting for 1.5 hrs. 2nd time, I was told the same. 3rd time, the guy told to stop by the following morning first thing and I did. The supervisor saw me and send someone else to tell me it was going to be another 1.5 hrs.Bad service!!!!

After waiting 2 hours for a car wash. Guy gave me a different price than the one he quoted when I dropped off the vehicle and then called me a liar when I called him out for giving me a different price after I came back to pick it up. Car was barely touched on the inside and cleaned ok on the outside. He had the nerve to ask me to tip his guys. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

They wash my car very well and are at a decent price, they do take a little bit of time though so be patient!

Took my car and from the start I could tell they don’t wash it good they didn’t take out my all weather mats to wash when that was the main purpose I was taking my car to wash and they didn’t clean my seats I paid for inside and outside wash and I instead got home to clean my own seats and door panels and cup holders bad job don’t recommend

Every time I show up at this location, its always closing...this has been the 3rd time Ive gone and they are never willing to wash my car.

The owner or guy in charge doesnt even look at you. And when he does he is in a hurry and with a bad face. Today I went (for the last time) and was waiting to be attended or asked what service I wanted for about 10 minutes. Nothing! Horrible! And if you get out of regular washing, they take your eyes out. Super expensive and with such bad service. Go impine a comet! I started and I went somewhere else ...

I think theyve poured water on the car after the sponge (dirty) and nothing else.The car has water stains that has dried in the sun, all the mirrors are dirty, the touch screen inside is dirtier than when I delivered the car because a dirty cloth has been passed to “clean” itIt is the second time that when I go to look for the car more than 2 people approach me asking for tips and when they later complained that it was not what they wantedIt is the meanest carwash I have ever seen, I will never go, and it is not even cheap!Too bad I cant give you less of a star!
