Ive been a customer since 2009, changing my oil and getting a car wash. Today I went for an oil change and they placed the wrong type of oil, mistakes happen right? Well apparently the last time my oil was changed they poured the incorrect oil as well and thats what they based themselves for this oil change. Mind you I have a history since 2009 with synthetic oil.Long story short they called Domingo and approved to change to synthetic. Domingo called back and apprantly it was to not allow me to get my outside car wash and charge me $15 more for the oil change (yes i have all my previous receipts).Well I hope those $15 where worth it because you just lost a long term customer.PS...While the mechanics where extremely professional, the cashier was not. You should really treat customer with a bit more hospitality, mistakes happen but how you react to them determines if you keep or lose the customer.Update:I ended up checking my engine oil level and it was passed by 2 quarts. Id avoid this place at all costs.

We went to the car wash. The square figured Cubana at the front; your 1st customer contact-sets the wrong tone for your business. Rude. Confrontational. Loud. Disrespectful. Entitled. Poor appearance. Unfriendly. Worst customer service ever and gossips w/other customers. And sadly, she gives a bad name and stereotype for all Cubans. Time to have an employee meeting on customer service protocol. 😒👎

Great place for a wash and a tune for the car. Prices are not so bad but theres is some staff that are not the best when cleaning your car. I told that last time to who was in charged and they jus brushed it off. But not a bad wash for price

Hey u guys i think they didnt put enough oil on my car i was told at new place they seemed to have used like a recycled one because is was super dark and very minimum to barely any oil left in to take out so please be careful im doing a new oild change way before three months and i feel like they ripped me off .

From my experience from using Valvoline “Express” never have I had to get out of my car for them to do anything at all. They had me get out of the car to pull it inside and start on it. I showed them a discount code directly from the website and the guy was clueless saying “he didn’t know how to do that.” Then again it’s Hialeah. Well I will never again use their services

I paid for the drive thru car wash. My antenna was left on denting it. I mentioned it to the staff. And they told me I need to speak with the manager tomorrow. I insisted on a resolution. When one was not offered. I decided to leave. Very disappointed. Very unprofessional. Just ridiculous

I regretted coming here as soon as they loosened the oil filter and it was too late to leave. Ive never had a place have trouble changing the oil on my 4runner... But two of these guys spent literally an hour under the vehicle trying to get the filter off and back on, and another half hour replacing the 6 bolts for the brush guard. One of them tossed the brush guard on the ground several times in anger. Scary and weird incompetence on a basic oil change!... Im really hoping the filter isnt crossthreaded...

New staff with no proper training. Took an hour and still left my car dirty. The air dryers in carwash don’t work so you have to wait until they remember to dry your car with towels. I had to tell them to put the tire shine on because they forgot that as well. Really sucks because they weren’t bad back then.

Went to get my car washed and little effort was shown, spots were still on my car and seemed like a rushed job.

The line was extremely long and the girl checking the cars in didn’t even tell us. They were short staffed by 1 person but were doing the job as if 4 people were missing because the service was so garbage. I had to pay for just the outside to get washed because they took so long the car had already air dried and had water stains on it. I definitely don’t recommend it.

DO NOT COME HERE. They do not value customers. They will waste your time. Exceptionally rude. I pulled up to this location waiting for over 10+ minutes to be received.Only to have a employee yell at me for waiting in my car telling me I have to get out and come to them.I waited politely and respectfully as to be instructed to which bay to pull to since one was occupied and the other was not.All while watching 5 employees doing no real productive work and then have one yell at me for no reason. I bought 4 prepaid car washes over a month ago for $50 I have gone back 4 times after that and every time I go they can’t clean my car because there are not enough people working. This is a waste of money and time. They offered to wash the outside only which is done by a machine like you would find at any gas station for five bucks. This is a ripoff and I blame management for not having enough staffing.

Car wash really bad

They moved my car seat all the way up and its jammed so I cant drive. No one bothered to tell me, I was left to just deal with it when I went to my car. No one took responsibility or tried to help me. Now I have to pay a mechanic to fix this. Never coming here again, this is horrendous.

I got my car fully detailed inside and out including the engine and I was very impressed with the work they did! My car looks brand new like the day I bought it. My seats were so stained and the guys got it all out, smells great too!! They did an amazing job, so very pleased and I will be back!!

Place is to expensive to be honest. And their coupons that they advertise they flip it around say it’s car wash with oil change and switch it and said it’s only the outside they clean for you. Only good thing is that they change your oil in like 6 minutes.

I have visited this place for years and it just keeps getting better. the car really gets cleaned up specially the wheels, something most others fail to do. And the price is decent for how much you get. A+++

Place was horrible not only did they not clean very well at all , but they also ripped my car seal gauges from my door with vacuum . Manager is rude and also employees. The manager was Rude and didn’t take responsibility for nothing. Now I have the owner defending him when he tells me he can not see anything in view on that side of the car. Obviously any smart human being knows that’s hard plastic such as the vacuum they have can rip the car seal gauges. Obviously owner isn’t that smart either . That place deserves a bad review, so yes I’m here giving them a bad review.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Drove to get an oil change guy there is outside smoking, and doesnt say a word. I get out my car and he actually walked inside. Im still standing there he comes out and starts talking to someone there. I go oil change and even though he literally is doing nothing but talking her says later. I said how much later and again he says later. I left what kind of service is that? Dont go here for an oil change. Car wash guys are ok though.

Im sorry, but this was shitty service. My car needed a good cleaning, interior and exterior, wax etc. I got the priciest package because I was thinking to get the best for my car. Not worth it. Even one of the employees told me, wow you got the most expensive one. Making me feel dumb. It took them one hour to get my car cleaned. The kids there were talking and playing with each other for the first 10-15 minutes. I had to yell at them and tell them that I dont have time for this. They did this while I was sitting at the bench right in front of them. I didnt see anything special done to my car. They are still dirty spots all around my car. I grabbed a napkin I had in my car and rubbed it on a small spot I saw on my front door and it came right off. Not cool. I am very upset about this. Hope manager or owner is reading this because my car needs a do over or I need my money back. This is ridiculous. Total time at the car wash 45 minutes. There were only two cars in front of mine.

I take my pickup here cause sometimes is hard to make the time to clean it but they charge a lot meaning they do a very lousy job if they did if they at least good job it would bet worthed

They do not have gift cards. I want to buy gift cards for a birthday. Its like they still use type writers and rotary phones. Step it up its 2015 and more money for you especially if cards are not used.

Very clean car after coming to Valvoline! Whenever Im driving the kids around, theres stains and crumbs on the seats and the floor which magically disappear when bringing my car here. The only issue here is the long wait if theres several other cars in front of you.

Stole my money. Confused them for Valvoline Instant change. We went ahead with the oil change, they showed me the prices and it seemed off but I went through with it (my mistake). They didnt clarify how much oil my car needed so made the price higher. Ended up spending DOUBLE than I usually do... I literally thought it was a joke. Luckily got a free car detail out of it.

Oil change included a car wash, but not anymore. Still the same price though. 80 some dollars. I had a coupon for 5 dollars off and they did not use it. Then when I complained about it they try to erase the amount that the coupon said. Yes, they erased the number 5, so the lady at the desk was arguing that the coupon did not have an amount posted. Then she wanted to run my card again, I asked her if I was going to be charge twice...and she replied: yes, twice or maybe three times, whatever it takes i told her not and left them with my 5 dollars. Thieves!!!!!!

Came here to get my car washed it was nothing but a disappointment. First off we had to show the guy all the stuff left in the car.

I called and ask for the price of a regular oil change. I was told it was $32.When we were at the store Oscar told us it was like 40 something dollars.

I can not say how angry I am with the laundry service they gave my car. Starting by saying that the car appeared scraped the paint and they as expected to say they had not been there and as I complained they did not want to fix the details of washing that they indicated was wrong they did not put deodorant and they just said that the notice says that there they are not RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES.
