Worth going the extra distance for the friendliness, professionalism, and of course their ability to find the vein first time.I always get mad anxiety because of the times a poor blood draw has caused me to feel sick or like I’m going to pass out.Wish I got the young guy’s name so I can request him every time!

I had nothing but a positive experience here. I came for a pre-employment drug test and was done in less than 15 minutes. These people were very quick and professional.

I don’t have complaints about this place my dad app was at 12:30 pm fasting we came earlier at 7 :20 am to see if they can see him sooner they were very polite and with no problem he was seen we are going home at 7:40 am .. I will definitely will bring my dad in here again .

A few minutes later I was called to the window to give them the order form and waited to be called. They called my name and performed the test.Very easy without complicated protocols.I will never go back to Qu--- Diag------.Thank you for a great service.

I was hesitant about going because of the reviews. However, my experience was extremely positive at the Palm Avenue LabCorp. Upon walking in I was greeted and asked to electronically sign in at one of two stations. If you are not technologically inclined, someone from the office quickly assists you with the process. I was called at exactly my appointment time. The young man was focused and knowledgeable. He took his time examining both arms and with one attempt he drew the blood needed. I hardly felt the needle going. The experience was quick and painless. The staff kept everyone moving quickly. The CON was the parking, but they had an attendant in the back lot helping with the parking. He pointed to an empty spot. It took me two minute to park. I went on a Monday at 9:30.

I had a great experience at this LabCorp. I had an appointment for 12pm and i got here at 12:05. By 12:23pm I was back in my car. Thanks

The staff was professional. They have a big waiting area with plenty of seating. There are several computers on one corner. You have to use them to check in. It is best to schedule an appointment online. I only waited 10-15 minutes. The lab work was quick. Parking is in the back of the building. There isnt a lot of parking but the turnaround is so fast that youll probably find an empty space or two.

Im so glad I made the decision to use this LabCorp location (a 30 minute drive from home) but it was a good choice. There are many locations much closer, but with poor reputations. At this LabCorp I arrived to a nice facility. The desk person immediately engaged me, guided me through the use of the self check-in system (super easy to use and only takes a few seconds), and for a 2 PM appointment, I was done and back in my truck by 2:15 PM (your results may differ, but not by much) Will def go here again next time I need blood tests run.

Went there for the first time. The phlebotomists by the name Eduardo made me feel at ease. Very professional and polite. He was able to draw blood even though I have very difficult veins.Thank you labCorp for hiring people like Eduardo. I truly appreciate his kindness and Professionalism.

This is by far the BEST place to get labs! The front desk staff is exceptionally cordial and professional. My tech, Dunia, was GREAT! So polite, friendly, and very skilled. Took only only one attempt to draw blood and I didnt even know when she had finished! Very clean and well organized system they have here. I know a little Spanish and was going to try to speak a little bit, but they didnt even me the chance. This place is simply the best!

Worst customer service ever, slow, slow, very slow. Went there fasting for a bloodwork, had to wait four hours there, had to complain to the front desk, was about to pass out in order to get in. Go somewhere else ...

This place the Lady in front the window she was calling in front of me 15 people and if I didnt approach the window to find out whats going on with me that she did not call me and all she said oh Im sorry you next but 15 people went in front of me....and when I give my documents.I waited another half hour and again Went to see her again and told her did you forget about me again! And she said oh your next and I saw her puttingmy documets in front because again saw people that came in last was calling first than me....I had a lot of things to do and this place with that women at the window no good....be aware she need to go a place that she dont deal with people....otherwise go to quest or other lab place but not here in at Palm ave in Hialeah....

The waiting is unbelievable, bad courtesy, my child had to use the bathroom and they said i had to wait for someone to come out because they couldnt open the door are you kidding me? Lazy a$$ . And how is possible that little kids are gonna be there waiting for hours and hours fasting

I never had a problem at LabCorp before. I always go on Saturdays as a walking I tried to be the first to arrived. Today was the same, but I was second in line which is very good. I arrived at 5:40 A.M. But once we got inside labCorp the tablet I uesd was down. And an old woman that works there instead having keeping everything in order the way it should be she tried to makes funny comments or jokes about her departed hysband being upset and died of it. In the mean time others were in front of me because their tablets were working properly. They keep changing their staff. They dont have good custmer service I even complainted toa woman that was in chargeabd told her about their system. Unbelievable. They have to do better and I dont mind technology taking over. But they need to be more organized. I will go back again. Theyre now in a great location.

Came in at 7:30 am on a Wednesday for bloodwork without an appointment and was out of there by 8 am. Technician made the blood draw practically painless and was so friendly.

Worst Lab ever, the waiting time is a nightmare the people inside dont know how to treat a little boy. They are the worst on attention, my nephew has autism and they treat him like a bad kid with a bad behavior. That was the worst day ever in a LabCorp,They look like they are in the middle of the hood, talking with bad peoples. I been in another LabCorp before and this was awful. New check in with machine is very not customer service. technicians are looking into computer screens and not attempted of you needs. lab quest has never been so in my mind. for what ever its worth.

Awful. As soon as I arrived, I showed them my request forms for work for tests that needed to be done and they said they could do them. I then waited TWO hours and when I got to the window they said I needed to go to a different location to have those tests done since they don’t offer them. What a waste of time. The other location did it within 5 minutes.

Worst service ever !!! Super impersonalized, I knocked on the door at 3:01 p.m. and the person at the reception never bothered to attend to pass that he was with a client who he ordered to leave through the back door so that he would not open the door for me. I saw stopping and knocking on the door and I didnt even raise my head to look, I just had to receive an order !!

They are very inefficient if you arrive with a child on an empty stomach and they make you wait up to 2 hours, I think the positive comments are from boots, because they are poor in attention, I do not recommend it to anyone.

They open early, you arrive and check in with or without a shift and they call you later, I didnt wait more than 20 min. The attention super good and the covid protocol is fine.

They did not use gloves to take a blood sample from my child, it was so fast that I reacted after they finished drawing the blood, I let them know my disagreement and when I wanted to make a complaint they told me to do it here on the page, they did not give me more options, lousy safety and hygiene measures, plus there is no one to control the number of patients in the waiting room, please be very careful if you go to this laboratory.

The staff is very friendly but their procedures do not work, I went to do some tests and they sent a note to the doctor that the sample they took was not enough and that he had to return to have the sample taken again, I returned and a week later they have not sent the result to the doctor of a test that only takes a few hours to know the result.

Very upset I went to this place because they told me they are good with children and it is close to my house. My daughter has always behaved very well when analysis must be done in other places. Here the deal with my daughter was terrible. She left scared and that had never happened with her. Very bad. I do not recommend it at all if someone should take children.

Today 11/1/2019 I went to this place on the 49th of Hialeah, I am adapted to go to this place, there were new people I explained that I have a difficult vein and instead of looking for a more prepared person he gave me 3 skewers three purple and In the end I am looking for another person, people without experience and instead of knowing it themselves they put one to spend work. The next time when I do not see old employees, I do not do them because what they are practicing without hearing that the patient is telling you that he has a bad vein. I squeeze my arm in three different places as if to tie an animal that horror. Keep it in mind, dont let yourself be clicked, ask for a supervisor or manager.

Bad service took more than an hour with two children and a 3-year-old to do ANALYTIC analysis in AYUNA hoping ahhh but the reach of Hialeah arrived and that if he did not queue immediately entered and resolved their analysis, when I address the lady of the window and I complain about waiting for me to tell me if I wanted the papers to come another day, lousy place

I did not like. They did not find the order that the specialist had sent to do the laboratory test for adrenal insufficiency after having been 3 days without taking steroids to do the test. Upon arrival at the consultation, the Dr. had ordered it.

I loved this place. I went on Saturday morning and they were super efficient and fast. The place is very spacious and very well located with lots of parking available. The customer service was good and the waiting time did not reach 20 minutes. I am very happy that you have opened this Labcorp in Hialeah.

Unprofessional, my wife is pregnant and she was ordered screening test for Zica. She is worry about it and now she feels worst. The frontdesk attendants loudly talked about pregnant complications and zica virus. The phlebotomy ask my wife if she is worry and what to do if the test is positive. She said abortion is what she would do. The last thing we need to hear in a medical office is about abortion and pregnant complications.Unprofessional, my wife is pregnant and was ordered a screening test for Zica. She worried about this and now she feels worse. Frontdesk attendees spoke loudly about complications of pregnant women and zica viruses. The phlebotomist asked my wife if she is pregnant and what to do if the test is positive. He said abortion is what she would do. The last thing we need to hear in a doctors office is about abortion and the complications of pregnant women by personnel not qualified for this and so recklessly.

Always for me it has been excellent attention very kind their workers and above all they have a lot of patience recently I was there and they saw my daughter malita and they gave me a lot of encouragement and blessings
