Hertz is the worst rental car company ever, I booked a rental car one month in advance Online through Hertzs website and paid up front to lock in the better rates, confirm with Hertz customer service agent that there is car available etc, etc. come the Day of car pick up, show up at the Hertz counter only to find out, this location has been closed and out of business for over a 2 years. But Hertz did not bother to remove them from their web site and refuse to honor my reservation at another nearby Hertz location, basically so sorry you got screwed by our company but too bad, now find another car to rent on your own. We can not help you, you are stupid to trust us. Do yourself a favor, dont book with Hertz, because they take your money quick enough but provide you with no car or service
Made a same day reservation online for a 10:30 am pick up. Went to pick up the car I reserved only to be told there were no cars available and I was in line because others who had made reservations weeks before me would be called first. Rep takes my phone number and said hell call when a car is available. Its now Monday and I sill would have a car if I would not have gone to Enterprise. This was the first time I tried renting from Hertz and it will be the last.

This place is the worse place for a hertz pickup station i had a confirmation for a car and was told they didnt have cars. I call hertz spend a hour in the phone with corp just to get the run around
