Great service, everything was quick and painless and was left driving a brand new mustang while my car was in the shop.

Made a reservation online over the weekend for 8:00 Monday morning. Arrived at the location about 8:30 a.m. upon arrival there was a line outside as the office is only big enough to accommodate one customer at a time. In talking with the man in front of me while waiting I learned that he to had made his reservation online over the weekend. When it was my turn as soon as I walked in the agent said to me We tried to call you we dont have any cars available for you. We tied to call and tell you we would call you when one was available. After the second time the agent said he tried to call me I checked my missed call log and voicemail and none of either. When i expressed this and that i couldnt wait for a phone call as i had to get on the road, and requested the agent call another location to see if they could accommodate me. He then told me I needed to speak to his manager. The manager came in and mimicked what the agent already said. I then expressed disdain for them lying to me as i had no miss calls, to which the manager replied that they tried to call but didnt have my number and so they had emailed me. I checked my email and had none. I then questioned how they picked who got cars and who didnt as the man in front of me in line received one and had made his reservation when i did. I was told they would call me if a car became available and asked to step out. I got more frustrated as how would they call without my phone number, and they had once again lied as i had no email from them. My son who was with me and frustrated also made a comment about how this all didnt make sense & mentioned the obvious that those who were given cars for their reservations were Caucasian and the only ones not able to get a car for their reservation were African American the manager started arguing with my son, threatened to call the police, refused to provide his name to me.

Place is very small and difficult to find, because the store is right near the entrance to the Hershey Lodge.Needs larger signage.Staff is very attentive, informative, and helpful.

Staff at this location were incredibly rude and unprofessional, even to the point of laughing at my frustration with their poor customer service. I know options for car rentals might be limited in the Hershey area, but Id avoid this location if you have any other options whatsoever.

Dropped a friend off to get a car. Interactions were outside, masks were worn, car was disinfected immediately prior to pick up. Would rent a car here for the lack of headache and good customer service

My car broke down and I was out of state and the Enterprise Team of Chris and Brandy at the Hershey, PA Convention Center office came through and were very patient and helpful in my situation. Both should be commended for outstanding Customer Service.

I own a very small car, so when I travel with my kids I always rent with Enterprise. I also use them when I am on the road for work, rather than rack up the miles on my own car. My experience has been nothing short of excellent. The staff members are friendly. The cars are clean and most of the time have very little mileage on them. That gives me peace of mind when I am on the road. Ive used Enterprise in Ireland and Canada, and at other locations throughout the states. My experience with them is consistently excellent. So, for me there is never a question about who to rent from: Enterprise always gets my business.

Rental during stsy in Hershey area, was very pleasant. Pickup was ontime and our return worked out very well, being connected to Hershey Company (round about way) dropped off was very simple. No loss time, had to hit the road. Thank you for your services!

Price was a little higher than initially expected due to fees but car was returned in the same condition so those fees were refunded.Process was easy, staff was helpful. One worker was a Boston Celtics fan, so keep that in mind when doing business 😆

As a frequent corporate renter, Ive gotten to know the staff at the Hershey location. I have always been treated in a quick and efficient manner and provided vehicles on short notice without any problems. On a personal note, the staff had the same attitude and willingness to help when I rented a car for a vacation trip. I appreciate their service and hope that this location remains in place.

Car was delivered on time, was clean and exactly what I expected. The entire process was easy. The communication beforehand to ensure my reservation was accurate was very much appreciated and saved me time and worry.

Service is good if you get to know the staff. The cars arent so great. Older models and higher mileage than renting from the airport. Convenient location though is a great selling point.

It had great service for the last couple of years. This year something has changed. The cars are limited. They gave us what appeared to be a personal car earlier this spring. The car looked inside as if kids ate every snack their mother could find for them. There was filthy grime on controls, stains on the seats and crumbs everywhere in every crevice. I have pictures to prove it. The most disgusting rental I ever had. I seriously wanted to vomit. We had no choice but to take it. We were on our way out of town and couldnt afford switching locations.

Friendly staff! Quick and easy process! The first time I rented, they didnt have the size vehicle I applied for but they gave me an upgrade on the vehicle at no extra cost. The next time I rented , they showed me a vehicle sized at what I applied for and also showed me an upgraded one . I was glad they offered me the other choice because the Nissan Altima I ended up renting ran great! Great experiences both times. Would rent again and would recommend.

Had a great experience at this location! Our SUV smelled like smoke and the kind lady at the counter allowed us to come back to the office and change vehicles without any hassle at all. When we returned the car, Enterprise took care of the fuel bill for the inconvenience of returning the car. I told my wife as we were pulling out of the parking lot, Well, that makes me want to choose Enterprise over Hertz if I have a choice between the two!

I used my points for this rental. its the first time I used Enterprise in years because I grew tired of the aggressive sales tactics wih their optional coverage. I had points so I decided to use them. After checking the car the rental representative told me the price, $49.99. I had to remind him I was using my points as he was trying to charge me full price. Then he says my total cost is $3.08. Then he tries to talk my into the additional coverages, I say Im content with the coverage the credit card provides. Then he says, Aw, come on, its only $20. Again I decline, so he takes my credit card and tells me it was rejected. I asked what he was talking about, he says he tried to charge $350 on my credit card and it was rejected. Now Im upset. This guy was giving me a hard time because it was basically a free rental and I wasnt taking any of the insurance options so he wasnt making any points here. So he goes in and talks to the manager and I go back in asking why this guy wants to charge my credit card $350 without my authorization for a $3.08 bill.. The woman there, who may have been the manager, says they have been charging $350 for about a year and says I dont have to be so upset, but I wasnt upset, I was irate. IVE BEEN AN ENTERPRISE PLUS CUSTOMER FOR 10 YEARS AND NEVER HAD A $350 DEPOSIT CHARGED TO A CREDIT CARD.The Enterprise contract says they charge a deposit of up to $250 when paying by cash or debit card. I WAS USING A CREDIT CARD, AND HE TRIED TO CHARGE A DEPOSIT BEHIND MY BACK WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. I THINK THIS WAS A BLESSING IN DISGUISE THAT THE CARD ONLY HAD $300 CREDIT LEFT ON IT.. If the charge hadnt been rejected I wouldnt have even known about it unless I went to use the card somewhere else and was rejected. As it turned out apparently they didnt charge a deposit at all. I USED MY POINTS AND NOW IM DONE WITH ENTERPRISE.

I totally disagree with Aaron Moore. Enterprises rentals come with UNLIMITED mileage! The airport rentals come with 300 mi and .25/add mi. Ill take Enterprises rentals ANY DAY...and I DO!!

So I picked up a car from the Enterprise in Hershey, and while I was there Jason told me that when my car was ready to be picked up at the body shop to call in for drop off service. I called in today to get that drop off service, and Chris tells me that they wont do it since the body shop I went to isnt one they participate with. These guys need to coordinate their misinformation.

I called and asked if they had a certain type of car available, and was told yes. I immediately went online and made the reservation through Enterprises website, since I was using points, and you cant book directly from a branch when using points. On the way to the branch, I got a call saying they didnt actually have that type of car available, and the representative I was speaking with at that point said that they didnt have that type available even when the other rep said they did. When I got to the branch, the manager told me that the reps are aggressive when trying to make a reservation, which tells me they dont mind lying to you to get you to make a reservation. The branch did waive the fuel requirement for my trouble, upon my request.

Dont ask me for a goddamn utility bill so I can use my debit card who drives around with utility bill oh you can pull it up on your phone so would you tell him I 80 year old grandmother to access the internet and pull something up interesting as I sit here literally stuck in my car with nowhere to go all I can do is just hate the last thing that made me mad guess what that is

Gave them current bill and paystub. Was supposed to be 45 dollars. Tells us we have to put 350 down to rent a car for less than 12 hours. Disappointed.
