I love the staff here. I see Brandi Stein and shes wonderful. Shes always listened and explained everything so I could understand it. I was with another company in Ohio for years and they never found the right medication to help me. Brandi had it locked down in under a year. I feel better and can honestly say Ive never felt safer talking to anyone else, shes amazing.

I did not get past the first phone call. Very rude to me on the phone for a person who needs help. Very sad... Please believe in your mental health care system for everyone!

Absolutely terrible, i was used as a lab rat for medications. I was also accused of being a leader of an escape plan? When all i was doing was getting support from others around me because i found out my step mother died. Dr Riggall threatened to lock me in a room for the incident until CYS or my parent came. I was only 12. But the amitriptyline they put me on almost killed me, i have nerve damage from that.

I wouldnt even give this a star at all if that was an option. I went here for depression, anxiety amd self harm and it was a disaster! The doctor took my off all my medication at once without weaning me off of them. This lead to severe withdrawl symptoms like hallucinations, insominia, nausea, migraines, shaking, confussion, increased suicidal thoughts and more. He also only met with me once and only to talk about how I needed to loose weight and that my MH probelms were caused from being overweight. No one ever talked to my parents either even though I was a minor at the time. The staff didnt call me by my name they called me the cutter and the place was also very dirty. There were old bandaids stuck to walls, sticky stains left on the bed sheets, dirt and dust every where and it was just a horrible experience overall. The place should be shut down. Never trust this facility.

Good place if you want to end up being slow they give so many meds you cant even know what you doing and saying they doing notthing wrong sound like they need get shut down bad place js

Dr picoreli is the best ! Made me feel very comfortable he educated himself on me being transgender he made sure he knew everything about me an my transition he honestly did the best evaluation on me for my top surgery! Dr novero didn’t know anything about me being trans always had me confused with his other clients an made me feel like he didn’t really care about my situation it was like he was rushing me he never educated himself on my transition I seen a lgbt specialist turns out my hormones made my mental health different all he did was popped me with pills then the one med (olanzapine) made me extremely fat When I seen the specialist he was really worried about my health because doctor novero didn’t monitor me being on the med the med gave me very high cholesterol so dr picorelli gets a 5 plus rating from me dr nevero would get a negative if I could rate that the lady’s in the front were very welcoming an nice but the nurse took everything as a joke with me needed meds

I went there last week because I was being hit and grabbed by my mom and then yelled and screamed at and only 2 staff said it sounds like emotional abuse but they sent me back to what was happening to me anyways and now its happening to me all over again..my family grabbing me and slapping me and screaming at me and telling me to kill myself again but yet they still send people back to their homes care less if they are being treated like that at all..the people at Sharon regional psych ward do not care how horribly you are treated back home and will send u back there anyways even if its done to u again..Its made my life a living nightmare/living hell
