I had an appointment today and Im standing at the front desk to be checked in. The lady was on the phone(which is ok with me) but then she gets off the phone and starts having a conversation with her coworker laughing (as Im still standing there not even acknowledging me still after 5 minutes) so I go sit down until her and her coworker gets done. Another lady(white) walks in and she immediately tends to her like i wasnt just standing there for 5 minutes. Community

Being that they accepted my insurance and were actually willing to do the leg work was a plus. My daughters counselor seems to be helping, so plus. However, the billing system needs to be updated.

The counselors are very dishonest ,rude, and lied to you. They trying to get you on psych meds when you dont need them. They dont believe in the person you are as a person dont waste your time!

My father used to go here for counseling for drug and alcohol. He went a few times and each time, the therapist was very rude and pressuring. Asking him questions about when he was a child. My father has some memory issues. some of the dates he cant remember but the person was very rude when he didnt know the answer to a question. My father has anxiety and when he gets frustrated , he shakes. Well the therapist kept going after they seen he was getting very aggitated. He had another appointment today. Went in for his appointment and told him they couldnt help him anymore because he didnt know answers to some of their questions last time. They considered it as his discharge. This place is the worst. If you have a problem and need a therapist, this isnt the right place.

I called and spoke to an intake manager (after I was referred to them) She was outright rude and mean. Got an attitude over the distance it was from my house to their location and as someone who was calling to get help with PTSD she triggered me, as well as tried to force me into a program for which those services were for something other than what I was calling about. I absolutely will NOT recommend them to anyone.

Honestly I did not like my councilor at all. I asked for a new one and they gave me a rough time about it. Also when ever I called to make an Appointment the lady was very rude and gave me attitude and I did not appreciate that one bit.
