Weve been oil-changing at this location since it was Scott Oil. Management changed but not the service. They do honest, good work with no disingenuous up-sells. Even told us we were still good on the original oil fill from the dealer, topped off the windshield wiper fluid, and sent us on our way, no charge.

Waited outside the two empty bays several minutes with no one outside before calling the phone number listed here. Apparently thats a call center who wanted to text me a coupon before transferring to the actual store, who then sent a plain clothed little girl out to pop my hood, before another girl guided me into hitting my newer, stock Toyota car on part of their pit, which made enough noise that a guy in a take five uniform came out to tell me they couldnt work on my car, presumably afraid of being responsible for any damages they may have just caused. Wouldnt even close the hood of my car theyd just opened. I pulled off their property, after making sure they knew that I knew this hadnt been a problem at many other take5 locations throughout the country, closed my hood, and seeing no real damage, repointed myself to a Valvoline. Only another 600mi to get my oil changed, no big deal.

Quick service! Really good, friendly people from the greeter to the Service writer, Monique, who even explained what they were doing and recommended. Will be going back for the next oil change.

We drove in and William out attendant came out and greeted us, was cheerful polite and professional. Asked us if we had been here before and we had, under a different ownership but our records were still there.William checked everything explained what had happened to the oil filter particularly how Nissan engines age and why the air filter looked like it did.We were so impressed about the service we asked about the right windshield wiper passenger side became even more impressed when he quoted price.With this amount of politeness professionalism and detailed care and quality and service we will be back. This was amazing and tell William thank you very much. If hes not Manager yet, tell the manager great job on finding him. And when and if there is an opening for manager, you better promote him to that spot before some other company does, because business owners such as myself come in all the time... 👍

The biggest issue is that we have to pay so much for an oil change and they didn’t even check the air in my tires. One tire was low when brought in and it remained low as my dad brought it back to me. They were helpful in resetting the light/notification on my dash. Thank You!

UPDATE: February 8, 2020On my first visit I was impressed with the extra steps they took. However, today I was disappointed in the steps they missed. Little things like checking the air in the tires even though the tech marked off that he did. Tire sensors showed the same readings, 2 pounds low drivers front and 1 pound low drivers rear. Cleaning the windshield, they did on the car in the next service bay. The little oil change reminder sticker, he took the old one but didnt replace it. The 10 minute wait staring at an empty bay, restroom break probably. Nothing life changing BUT it does make me question how good of a job he did changing my oil. Did he change the filter even? When people get lazy and sloppy on little things they tend to do the same on big things. Maybe this is the difference on a Saturday with no manager on duty.I was impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service. I was greeted with a friendly smile when I arrived and it went uphill from there. Multiple employees began servicing my pickup to complete the job quickly and efficiently. Watching them work smoothly and listening to them verifying procedures made me confident that there would be no issues because of incompetence on their part. The price was well below what I was paying at the dealership. I returned the next day to have my TXDOT inspection and was met with the same level of professionalism and efficiency. This will be my go to place for oil changes.

Aside to how long I waited to to getting out the door was 47 minutes!! Honestly the guys are somewhat knowledgeable but friendly but I truly miss when It was Scott’s oil the gentleman that use to run it knew his customers by name nothing against the franchise but this use to be a drive in drive out service for those of us who are on the go it was a long wait. Also I think they should be more knowledgeable on their products on what they recommend specially to some of us women who don’t know much that’s why I miss the old one.

Outstanding service - they took care of my car, offered me bottled water, made sure I understood what needed to be done and what my choices were. It wasnt very busy, but each person took time to check on me while I waited. I was very impressed with their professional demeanor and customer service as well as the care they took with my car.

I picked this place based on reviews. I am from out of town and needed an oil change. I misread the hours and was waiting outside the door an hour early. I was politely informed of the hours so at least I wasn’t left waiting and wondering. Came back at opening time. The staff was quick and friendly. I chatted with everyone and they had Me on My way in a matter of minutes. I will go there again if I am still in town.

Drove in a hour away to get a oil change was in the line at 1200 and was out there 5 mins then a guy comes out putting his hand across his throat all the while looking at me then comes up to my window and says they are closed I said it says 1230 online he said well these ares will take me til 1230!! Anywhere you go if your there before they are closed you get serviced! I will not ever try to go to this location again!!

They are very nice but VERY EXPENSIVE! I’ve had my vehicle for 12 years and have never paid that much for an oil change.

I pulled up to the station at 5:54, by this phone. The doors were lifted up about a foot and the open sign was in the open position. One of the people inside walked up to the front doirs and made the cut off sign across his throat then moved the open sign to close. All of this while staring right at me. He just lost many hundreds of dollars a month. Do not use this place

From the beginning of December 2019 to the date and gone to change the oil of different vehicles of the company and this new staff if he is attentive but does not do his job well they do not reset the vehicles does not check the air of the tires do not fill the windshield tank and they dont clean the front glass and yesterday 1/3/2020 was not the same exception they didnt check anything I told them of the windshield liquid and they just said they dont pull the machine but already a month like that I dont know what happened to them and I know that some speak Spanish and I asked them about the liquid and according to them they did not understand what I told them I had to go down and point them with the finger and it was when they said that the machine did not work I hope the OWNER took my comment into account thanks
