I JUST completed a review stating that I never give 5 stars! Oh well! I have to on this one. I SWORE I would not forget the mans name who assisted me on the phone! But I have forgotten it. Cross Country trip CA - OH and MI and back. Flat tire ON A SUNDAY! On July 4th! WTWHAAAT?! Town closed whole town closed. Got on the phone with Geico who got on the phone with Tireworks and they JAMMED. Professional, polite and fast under the circumstances. They had ONE TIRE - ONE! In my size and could order one the next day. Fortunately we got the ONE and the young man who assisted was AMAZING. Polite, Professional and FAST! We were going to lose 1.5 days on a 4 day deadline. Yeah. NOT CUTE. They said it would take awhile since they were 35? 45 minutes away? They were there and DONE in under an hour. I cannot say how much I appreciate their professionalism and expedience. I was on the phone with GEICO for 35 minutes while she called and called and called until she got the guy whose name I said I would not forget - BIG WHEW! IF IM DRIVING THROUGH TEXAS AGAIN ILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS. Yeah / No but I cannot express how much they saved us. Thank you!

With all the great reviews I saw on here I went in to have my front end realigned. Shortly after they said that I needed to replace my upper control arms, lower ball joints, and inner tie rods and it would cost about $1500. I decided to get a second opinion so I paid a $45 inspection fee just to get my pickup back and then took it a trusted local mechanic who walked me through it for free and even let me inspect the parts in question. Needless to say, none of them were showing any signs of needing to be replaced.

This is the premier tire store for this area. Young and energetic staff that doesnt mess around. Almost like a military unit, they excel at customer service. They have chairs, free coffee and a TV. AND, if you need top of line Bar-B-Que equipment, smokers and spices, they have that, also.

I don’t usually leave reviews but Tireworks in Hereford has the best - friendly, professional, honest, fast, excellent service! And they were the only ones who helped me order a center cap I needed for one of my rims. Will definitely go back there again.

Had a blowout coming into Hereford yesterday afternoon. I wasnt prepared for. No jack in my pickup! Called Tireworks to send a truck out. The guy at the store said 20 minutes. They got there in about ten minutes and I was back on the road in no time! The gentleman that showed up was courteous and worked fast! I highly recommend Tireworks!

Wow, these guys are top notch. I looked for a tire shop and found Tireworks. I pulled up and within seconds I had a guy at my door. 5 minutes later my car was pulled in bay 1. Go here, trust me you wont regret it.

Man, dont get ripped off at truck stop. 2 brand new copper steer tires for around 600 after taxes, Im excited. this aint no employee either. Im so happy i had to tell somebody lol!!!!!!!!!

The guy, Tony, was very rude. I was charged $25 for fixing a flat, they found no nails, upon asking if I could return tomorrow if it was flat again, Tony, the proceeded to get rude all the way to the point of threatening to call the cops. I will now ALWAYS go to the One Stop, located close to Sonic Drive In, for not only cheaper, but better service. Screw Tire Works Pro so long as Tony is working there! VERY RUDE SERVICE!
