Had the oil changed and service on my Mercedes Benz GL450. Their prices were very reasonable. Theyve done everything they said. Definitely recommend them!

I had an issue with my vehicle today. Stopped by to talk with them 10 mins before closing, they were able to get me in and problem fixed with in 15-20mins. VERY Friendly and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend them. Thank you to Stacy and Keith for staying that extra 15-20 mins to get me back on the road.

Wonderful folks and fair prices on work

Wanted a second opinion about a long term problem that had been fixed a couple of times by another shop. Thorough inspection. Simple, straightforward answer and quote. Other suggestions were made regarding the long term health of the car, but not pushed due to its age. The fix was the right one, and it held until I sold the car quite a while later. Currently in a Japanese car, but wouldnt hesitate to return with any issues in the future. These guys are intuitive and proficient.

My wife and I bought a x5 here about a month ago. Terry was honest and easy to deal with. Very happy with the smooth process. We will be back. THANKS TERRY

Bought a 1988 Porsche 928 from them. The staff were very nice and accommodating. As well as selling European autos they are a full service garage for European autos. Location can be a little tricky to find though

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!! I sent my car their to get fixed they charged me 2000 dollars to change the fuel filter in my Mini Cooper and the problem still went on!!! And I sent it back two times and each time they couldn’t fix it! The last time I sent it to them THEY CRASHED IT while test driving it!!!!!! And are trying to get my insurance to fix it and raise MY!!!! Premium!!!!!! NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! Over priced and filled with people that call themselves Mechanics!!!! BEWARE!!!!

Very high priced. My fault, I should have asked about their prices prior to service. I incorrectly assumed that an independent shop would be cheaper than a dealership. IMHO, $115 for an oil change on a 2013 VW CC is outrageous. The same oil change at a Ford Fastline facility cost $35 a year ago. I went to Eoropean Motor Works in the hope that I could build a relationship with a shop with VW expertise, I will not be back.

I was on a road trip with my bmw and it broke down. It was the worst situation- I had my dog with me and the car was loaded up. I rolled the dice and had it towed to European Motor Werks. The service was great. They kept me updated with the status and in two days it was running great. I drove it another 12 hours with no problems. I would not hesitate to use them if Im ever in the area again. Thank you!

Would not recommend. Tried to charge $3000 dollars for something we got fixed for $500 elsewhere.

Dont bring your auto here. My husband brought his Mercedes here and they told him he needed a new transmission for over $3,000. Turns out there was a loose wire and he was charged $45. at a different shop for the repair. Not a trust worthy shop at all.

Years ago this was a good garage. We relied on their knowledge and professionalism and didnt mind paying what it took to keep our cars running.Recently, we took in our Volvo 940 that was a daily driver until it was parked because it would stop running randomly. After a few months we took it to European Motorwerks who charged close to 1000$ for an alternator..ok as long as its safe. On the way home it broke down again...stopped randomly like it had before. Took it back where it was diagnosed with a sensor problem. $300+ later we took it home where it still sputtered, and risked our lives pulling into traffic. Of course we were told we could bring it back in but we opted for a different mechanic who hooked up some hoses and told us never to go back to the original mechanic...we were told any mechanic should have been able to identify the problem immediately, and they were skeptic about this being intentional. I dont know that to be true however i will never be back to European Moterwerks to find out.

I took my VW in for a wheel repair and had great service with a friendly attentive staff. I would definitely recommend them.

I took my car in to have European Motor Works look at my car and diagnose its problem it was only idling rough well after Carrie Miller at European motorwerks charge me over $260 to look at my car the car did not run anymore I drove the car into the shop it was only idling rough after I paid and tried to drive out of the parking lot they did not tell me it would not drive anymore the car will not go over 10 miles an hour they tried to tell me that I have well over $1,500 worth of needed repairs one of which is a throttle body that I had just replaced on the car prior to bringing it to European Motor Works the reason the throttle body is bad is because one of the technicians that European Motor Works cut the factory wiring harness off of the throttle body rendering it useless they tried to splice two wires together two other wires in the engine which is probably now why my car will not go not only did they void the warranty on this part I had just bought it I now have to buy another one Carrie Miller refused to return my money refuse to buy another throttle body and above all I had to pay for a tow out of their shop because my car would not drive anymore after they look at it they should have called before cutting any wires or doing any kind of work I would definitely have told them not to cut any wires do not do anything I will take it somewhere else now I have a useless diagnosis fee I had to pay them as well as a tow bill and as well as a more damage car they cost me a lot of money and damaged my car I will never ever go there again or recommend they are Crooks their work is very sloppy and they are very unprofessional as when I was in the parking lot carry thought it up on himself to come out and start threatening me and taunting me to go to the neighbors yard so he could fight me this is a very unprofessional business and not a very good place to take your car as I feel they will tell you there is more wrong with your car than there actually is to try and get more money out of you and it is very obvious they damage to my car and look me straight in the face and would not refund me do not take your vehicle here go somewhere else

Charged me ten dollars for air. What upsets me us I was told the ten follows was to turn the lift off. Mini says They lied. The sensor is automatic and does not need to be turned off via a computer. Guess they are into lying to 77 year old ladies.
