Just had my 2020 Ford Raptor Tinted using this business. I called multiple companies and they by far had the best customer service & knowledge when it comes to tinting windows. Installation was great, they actually came to my place of business and tinted it for me...who does that!! I inspected the work after completion and it was perfect and met my very high expectations. I would absolutely recommend this business & plan on using them on my other vehicles in the near future.

I got my SUV tinted several months back and wanted to wait to review Mike and Miranda until after I had some time to see how the tint set. I am thoroughly happy with Michaels work but even more impressed with his customer service, attention to detail and perfectionist mentality. Michael applied some really hard-to-work with 3M Crystalline material on my windows and if anyone of the panels did not come out right the first time, he stripped it off and applied a new layer of tint. I didnt even have to ask. He showed me the issues and said that he was not happy and knew that I would not be happy so he took the extra time and efforts to get it right. The SUV came out beautiful. Also, Miranda coordinated/scheduled the tint job with me and she was extremely courteous and professional, always communicating updates through phone calls or text messages. My overall experience was GREAT and I would highly recommend these two as they continue to expand their business. Finally, their pricing was very fair and reasonable. I hope everyone has as great an experience as I did with Michael and Miranda.

Show up at appointed time. Prices extremely competitive. Have had 3 cars and today entire 500 sq.ft.bedroom tinted with heat reducing film. 72% reduction in heat in room. We have very large windows and up until today have had to lower shades late afternoon. Awesome job. Quick, very professional and friendly. Would recommend this firm to anyone for cars and home windows.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR WINDOWS TINTED AT THIS BUSINESS!!!I too had been told that they were the place to go. I had brand new car that was only two days old done here. I have bubbles everywhere in the tint. I called them and they all but tried to talk me out of fixing the problem. I have dirt and debris under the tint. She was EXTREMELY rude!! She did offer my money back after I explained to her that I am a business owner and would never talk to my customers the way she talked to me! I will not be going to get my money back. It was never about getting my money back, it was about fixing their mistake. I dont know how someone can run a business with the attitudes that they have!

Unfortunately, I would not recommend using Best Reflections to anyone. When I began looking for a company to install tint to our brand new Subaru Outback, Best Reflections was one who seemed to have good reviews. They also maintained higher prices, and I felt inclined to pay more and expected receive a high quality product in return. As it turns out, the job was poorly done and not only did I pay a large sum of money ($600 for 7 windows), the business owner refused to fix mistakes, and actually blamed the customer (me) for his subpar job, and stated I should pay more to have his mistakes fixed. Therefore I am unable to give this company a positive review.I had the windows tinted on three cars for a total of 7 windows. There were major mistakes to 5 of these. I do not mean small air bubbles. That is something you must expect; these were major noticeable mistakes as detailed below. If you would like pictures of their work firsthand, I can provide any as requested.- 2017 Subaru Outback drivers window - Small triangles with tint installed after plotter did not cut tint correctly- 2017 Subaru Outback passengers window - quarter inch wrinkle and small triangles without tint- Jeep Wrangler passengers window - two hairs under tint - one is 1.5 inch long- Jeep Wrangler drivers window - large piece of dirt with resulting air bubble- Dodge Ram passenger window - cut a half inch from bottom spanning 3-4 inches wide- Subaru Outback was replaced, however I now have scratches on clear coat 2 by 1 on inside window frame

Ive had this company doing my tint for years.(Automotive) After taking the time to explain to me the process while allowing me to be over the shoulder of one of the employees I now understand what experience in this field can do. Its the first place my family and I stop after leaving the dealership.(Residential) They sent out an employee to do the garage windows with privacy film. I had the assumption they would have to order it because it’s kind of an odd-ball thing, but no. They scraped off someone’s failed attempt and had it done in just a few hours.

Great job, great film quality and the installer was a very nice guy to talk to. He came right to our house and did the Infiniti G35 like a pro. I will use his service again and would highly recommend him to anyone for window tinting. Two Thumbs up!!

I had a great experience with Best Reflections after a hickup on our Toyota Matrix, which has a difficult rear window due to lifts connecting to the window. I was given a discount due to the extra time and told if I wasnt happy with how it came out, they would re-do it. After a search, I found that other tinters removed the lift from the window to tint the window without having to cut the film, so I asked them to come back. They happily came back and re-tinted the window perfectly. What a great service and great people. I highly recommend them!

I wish I could put no stars... These people came highly recommend and I was calling to set up a birthday present for a friend. This guy said not taking anything until a week after birthday which was perfect but seemed disinterested in making appointment. I am not familiar with tinting and had some questions. He seemed very preoccupied so I asked if I should call back at better time. He stated now was fine, I proceeded to ask questions and he would respond with information no where near my question then restate my question in a belittling voice. This company was referred as the go to local window ringers, great service and quality work with a friendly and knowledgeable staff so I was very disappointed at the lack of knowledge, quality of customers service and customer relations. At the end of the call I stated I thought I would get info elsewhere because he didnt seemed focused on my questions or willing to work on my friends car (Nissian Rogue 2015). He said I should do that and abruptly hung up. If he wasnt willing to take time to answer questions then I dont see him as the type to pay attention to detail.
