Extremely clean. convenient easy access climate controlled for this hot weather option to have 24-hour access definitely a plus. I never knew U-Haul had great storage unit options... Happy to be a customer and thankful for the easy cell phone check ins while renting your vehicles!

The woman at the front was great. Great customer service. As well as other employees upon pickup. However on return the charged 20$ for gas when we had already put gas in. Said it was 5$ a gallon. I put in 3.5. We went 59 miles. Something stinks there.

The customer service is phenomenal! From the equipment return area to the equipment rental is unspoken. Being in retail myself I can but truly appreciate the great and friendly staff. They went out if their way to ensure I was taken care if. Thank you again. !

Flew out to pick up a truck come to find out the truck is not there had to uber to another location. They refused to to deliver the vehicle nor compensate for inconvenience and time. Store manager was very rude. Would not use them again.

This uhaul is very unorganized my family and I made a reservation for a truck a week before at 7am and the morning of we get a text message saying we will not be having a truck and then we were unconvinced again while we were rescheduling and we could not get a truck until 3pm. I’ve always had a good experience with uhaul before but this experience I had right now might change my mind if I ever go to them again.

Rude employee who refused to give name and refused service all while threatening to call police for trespassing. Wanted to drop off my son on the way to work to rent truck for the day...long time Henderson resident and now will NEVER use this site again AND will pass on to everyone else to not go there. NO Customer service recovery!!!

Man I feel for those guys who park and detail the trucks they need more help out there if your rent from here respect the outside guys who do the job that no one wants to do especially in Vegas due to the heat those guys need to be paid more than just 11.00 hour oh and all of them are part time based on what one of them told me sad Uhaul take care of your employees and should have a 4 man crew not 1 or 2

Worst customer service ever, 4 people inside of the office, only 2 helping customers and floor full with customers, you can hear manager and employed laughing of their own jokes while customers wait in line to get helped. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Avoid this location!! I got scammed!! Woman at front desk told me to fill up exactly at 3/4ths tank (the original amount). I told her that’d be pretty difficult and she said “then just fill it up to full and we’ll reimburse you the difference.” After returning it and speaking with owner I was informed they “don’t reimburse gas” I should’ve checked their corporate website for the policy. I foolishly believed her and now I’m out 30$. I’m a student that’s a lot for me... I definitely will be making a complaint to corporate office. This seems like a common tactic they use on customers, but I only have my experience to share. Very disappointed 2/26/21Update: talked to corporate and then received a call from this location. It seems like I’m not the only one who’s run into this issue with them before. Save yourself the hassle and rent at another location or elsewhere. Plenty of honest businesses to choose from.

Horrible experience! Beware! I rented a truck to move something from one side of town to the other. Went a total of around 40 miles in about 2 hours.Got in truck 2 of the tires were low and setting off the TPS alerts. Told them. They only filled one of the tires. Was expecting to be charged somewhere around $50 and was instead charged $78. They charged me for 2 days when the truck was returned in 2 hours AND the mileage is nudged up! Will never rent here again!

Had a mishap with a hitch I had installed somewhere else. Went into this UHaul and they helped me out tremendously. All the employees were nice and funny (Great Attitudes). They installed my hitch while I waited and I was thoroughly impressed. I just recently moved to Vegas and having a great experience was awesome to me.

They dont answer the phone.

Scam artists when it comes to fuel. They tell you the truck is full of fuel and threaten you with a $4/gallon fee if you dont bring it back full. In actuality, the truck was not full compared to when I returned it.

I second the many reviews that this place is wicked poorly run, bad employee attitudes, and even worse attitude from the manager, Mike. Seems like the working culture here is to complain about work issues (personal and management related) in the open, and cuss about it in front of customers. Can’t say I fully blame the employees after seeing and personally experiencing the incompetency of the boss. I was there twice for different things, both times I personally had and overheard things go wrong, and BOTH times I heard employees roll their eyes, look at each other, and say things like “Mike shouldn’t have put them in that position,” or “he shouldn’t have put that on me if he wasn’t going to communicate it.” Take some management classes dude, or visit somewhere that runs smoothly to learn. Businesses don’t all function like this, sometimes employees are happy and you’re not constantly putting out fires all day. After giving it a second chance I’m done.

Ive been going to this U-haul for nearly 5 years to have my propane tanks filled for my forklift. As of late, Ive been treated like a burden when I show up. On top of that, Ive had to wait more than 10-15 minutes each time to pay because they no longer send someone out who has a card reader on a work issued device. This place clearly needs some friendlier staff who value their customers time. It used to be a pleasant and quick experience, but Im taking my business elsewhere even if that means driving clear across town.

Been there about 2 weeks ago, I remember especially one of their employees - Evan Reynolds, the guy whose attitude helped me a lot, really a lot ... If He wasnt there I wouldnt unload my huge crate. Among many other obligations He had to do , He found time and helped me really quickly.Thank You Evan !

Throughout my moving process, I’ve rented from this facility several times, and they are absolutely the best! They’re kind and considerate, and make every effort to be as helpful as possible. It’s not the closest to my house, but it’s the only one I rent from in the Henderson/ Las Vegas area! I can’t recommend them enough!

The staff is super friendly. One employee in particular I think his name was Evan was so kind and helped me out with everything that I needed. The other guys were cool too.

I have never seen a more poorly run business in my life. I have rented from U-Haul for many years and have never found one of the franchises to be less customer friendly than this one location. They did not want my business today without obtaining a second number which I do not have. It is the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. I do not recommend this location for anyone wanting customer service.

Delayed my boxes over a week then blamed me for it because of a one day change. Even after the date change the associate gave me a guaranteed delivery date which U-Haul did not value. They were week and half late. Kept changing the delivery date, never notified me, when I called support they didnt know where my boxes where at or when they would arrive. Items arrived wet and some were damaged. Not weatherproof like claimed. Very frustrating experience. No store associates when you are in person. Very nice storage facility and store. I just would not recommend using the U-Box service.

Customer service call center has a rude person named Bill who claimed to be at the Stephanie Place location. I refused to give my credit card to hold the truck because I wanted to go there first and make sure it was the same place I had two positive rental experiences in the last six months. He was rude and short with me. When I arrived, a person named Cory greeted me on the lot and assured me that there was no one named Bill at this location. I had my third positive truck rental experience (moving various family members) in spite of the fact that Bill almost caused me not to do business there. The staff assured me that this person Bill had to be a call center person because they had been too busy to answer the phones before I arrived at 7:45am. So it couldnt have been anyone there. Besides this rude guy Bill answering the phone, the customer parking area is rather far away and in the dirt desert. Other than that, all went smoothly.

I had a great experience with each person that helped me for my storage and the Truck that was rented. I have used them in the past and again this week.They are a great choice!

Went on 7-20-19 to get propane, $3.61 per gallon, guy was super nice quick and easy.

I came into Uhual on 1-14-19 & spoke with rich Watkins he was amazing customer service was outstanding . I was under the impression we had finished all the paper work that needed to be done but when I came in the next morning 1-15-19 Taylor was sitting at the desk didn’t even greet when we approached her , I greeted her with a Goodmorning .. she had food in her mouth & completely chilling with her legs crossed in the chair ... we had a misunderstanding as far as the payment but she didn’t even care to explain the difference between cash payment and card payment her customer service was horrible and if she didn’t want to do her job she should of just stayed home 🤷🏽‍♀️

Went to fill propane and they take 35 minutes to help me out with it .they need to be more accurate on the service......like someone else said client time its gold

Went in to purchase box for moving. Approached the counter and Arnie, the owner just scowled and stared at me rudely. Was about to leave and kind young lady walked up and did offer to assist me finally and was very helpful. Owner definitely needs some PR and customer skills.

Their trailer hit my car at their facility, the manager makes it sound like he has done me a favor by leaving a note on my windshield and had the nerve to suggest I claim it on my insurance as uninsured because their insurance company is so extremely bad. It has been over 2 months and his only apology is Sorry rep west is taking so long, not sorry our trailer rolled a really long distance, hit your car and we have done nothing to assist in any way. All I get are excuses why it isnt his problem, it isnt policy or a change would require every Uhaul in America to change. When it occurred, he couldnt even be bothered to speak with me. I am utterly disgusted by this location and their failure to handle a situation caused by them hitting my car.

Charlie Brown helped me today with getting an appointment to get my car fixed so I could leave the same day. I was very pleased with his customer service skills. So NJ here I come.

Standard accounting practices allow for a grace period for account/debt payment, which would allow for reasonable number of days (5-14) to make payment, and whereas if not able to meet that timeline a reasonable amount of late fee would be assessed of 10%.To demand and extort 35% late fee after 3 days is extortion and unethical.I would strongly recommend to business anywhere else other than with Uhaul.

This was the friendliest U-Haul location Ive ever had experience with. I moved out to Las Vegas and was scammed on a condo so, immediately I had to put my stuff into storage, which ended up being free for so many days because I had rented a trailer from Uhaul. Everyone was so willing to help and Ruth and Richard really stood out, they were super accommodating and honest. If I ever had to use a Uhaul in the Las Vegas area again this location would be my first pick, a) because ALL of the staff was super friendly and b) to move my stuff home they recommended the Uhaul box which ended up being cheaper than me freighting my stuff home or driving it home in a Uhaul truck. Needless to say it was sucky circumstances being scammed out of a Condo but I met some great people at the Uhaul @ Stephanie and Russell. Thank you, everyone.

Ive rented from many uhaul and this is by far the worst. The staff doesnt know what they are doing and they charged me 4 separate charges instead of the total for my truck. Theyre still charging me a week after I returned the truck. Terrible
