Store is easy to shop. Stock is very good and prices on commodities fluctuate as they do all over. Never overly crowded and staff is helpful. There are sufficient people to run the store but I do notice the number seems to be down. Know what you want before you go as the staff working are usually busy and it may take a bit to get a question answered, but they always do. Have always been able to get what I come in here for.

Staff is always friendly, helpful, and usually always fast. They are Quick to ask if you need any help if you seem to be lost or struggling to find something.Easy to get around the store, isle are well-marked and organized. The store is very tidy.The Garden area is well-kept and has fast check out.You will be impressed with this location, even the other shoppers tend to be friendly and helpful. The personality of the staff and store standard must be catching!

I love going here for plants, flowers ect in the spring time. The have everything for repairs,upgrades,remodeling and bug repellant.

Took the time out to explain to me 9 year old how the colors mixed in to make other colors. I have seen his interaction with other customers in the past. I am very unhappy after spending $4500. At Lowes for a remodel job at my new home. Which is another story of shoddy workmanship. I had to buy a new refrigerator.Went to Boulder Highway store to make purchase but delivery was to made to North Durango address. Was told they would call the night before which they did not. I phone the store last night and no one knew or could tell me anything. They did say that I should get a call 1-11/2 hours before they come. I phone the store early this morning, was told I was on the list for today between 11:30-3:30. I just contacted them again and was told “gee they must be running late. It is now 3:30 and no call no contact nothing. After all the money spent I would expect better customer service with communication. Next time I will spend my hard earned money at Home Depot,

Website said that they had 3 of said items in stock. Upon arrival 10 minutes later they had zero and hadnt for quite some time. The kid i spoke with in heating and cooling was not well trained for that department. At this particular lowes I have come across lack of any knowledge on some basic questions in most departments except the lumber and tools areas.But overall I do like this store.

Where to start? I love Lowes. I bought paint and received phenomenal service, everyone there works so attentively to help you find exactly what you need. Kevin in the paint dept is so great and accommodating (everyone in there seems to be!). I almost walked out without some of my paint cans and he rushed them up to me in the self- checkout.Then, I bought a chest freezer for the garage. The lady in appliances brought it to my truck and with my son. She lifted it into the back of the truck with my son. I think her name was Amy. So helpful!A week later (after being tired of the run around on OfferUp), I went shopping for a refrigerator for the garage, and this time I decided I would go ahead and open a Lowes account. I felt better knowing it would be protected with my warranty, also.The young gentleman who got me approved for my Lowes card (which got me 20% off my fridge) was so polite and well-informed about the inventory. I asked him what he thought I should get between the two or three small garage fridges there. He said that for him, those slats that hold up all the condiments on the fridge door always seem to break on him, so he thought the better construction of full encasement would be a better choice as the the condiments stay safe rather than slip through or break as they often do with the slats style (he emphasized thats just what happens to him, lol). I thought that was a great detail and insight. (Who doesnt hate that inferior design on fridge doors, which is so annoying with refrigerators!). I got a great garage refrigerator, under $700 with the warranty and $100 off for opening the account.Loving my garage fridge, chest freezer, paint, and more!!! Thanks, guys.

I have been a customer for awhile. I got a notice that my charge account with them had been closed due to two payments not going through. I had no issues with the account payments for years in Anchorage. Now there is a problem. I have made payments recently they received them! I called and was told there was nothing they could do. I can...I will never shop with them again! If this how they treat a long time client they need no more business from me.

This is my home store. Its a little closer than the marks location but you know how it is. Sometimes different locations have different stuff. THIS one has my blue pine more often than not. Never knew such a thing existed until I had lots of lockdown time on my hands. Now I have a nearly finished blue pine and white pine bread box soon to be two toned with a reddish stain and natural blue pine finish. Love lowes. Too much, maybe. 😏

Bill in the tool section rocks, I work for a local wholesaler here and he helped me out with some tools directed me in the right way, and we had some good conversation, great guy thats what makes your store excellent is people like him.

The store is great everything that I need is usually there. Its close and convenient for me since Im handicapped but their customer service is horrible. All I needed was a lawn mower put in my truck.

Great variety of garden options available and warranties with all the garden plants . Plus, they offer a veterans/ military/ first responders discount. Two thumbs up here !!

Took me 15 minutes to get an associates help and they sent me to an aisle that was on other end of building and was not correct area for what I asked help locating. When I finally located the one item I was there for (40 minutes later) as I checked out the casher would not honor my military discount. I left and went to Home Depot and was in and out in 10 minutes with my military discount.

Every time I look at the website, everything is in stock. Get to the store, everything is out of stock. No employees anywhere to ask for help. Lovely store. Wish it was a Home Depot.

I am never coming here for hand tools again. I had several items on my list (Dewalt nail set, Dewalt wood clamps, Dewalt countersinks, Vaughn double-faced plastic/rubber mallet, etc) and this Lowes did not have one item on my lengthy list. When I asked the attendant in that area when they might be getting any of those items in, he simply said Yeah we dont carry those very often and tried to sell me lesser versions that were overpriced.I dont have this problem with AA Tools in North Las Vegas or with any Home Depot Ive ever been to but always seem to with Lowes. Never again. I will do all of my shopping elsewhere from now on because Im tired of wasting my time at Lowes.

Or how common of an item it is.They are ALWAYS out of at least one of your items.Otherwise its a pretty good store. Employees are helpful. Store is clean. Well lit. Terrible customer service. Went to home decor area seeking information about replacing blinds. After waiting I contacted another employee and asked if I could get help in blinds. Was told the person was gone for 20 minutes. What, nobody cross trained? It took me less than 20 minutes to leave and go to Home Depot. Snooze and you loose my business Lowe’s. Get your act together.

This actually store location is very under stocked & VERY under staffed. Can never get help here. Recommend using a different store location like on Sunset which is an awesome store.

Would not pull items from back until later in the afternoon. When I was a customer that had their stock pulled up on my phone, requesting to purchase items. Disappointed for driving so far just to be told Id have to wait a few hours because they werent going to get them out yet.

The parts that supposed to be on the shelf are still inside boxes so you have to know what to look for and open boxes to get the individual parts.

I went in for 2 very specific items that I had no clue where they would be, and Kevin in the paint section was quick and happy to help both times he saw me wandering around aimlessly. He was happy, had his nice smile out, and was so patient and kind to the older folks he helped too! I will definitely be back and hope I get to deal with him or someone like him!

I just wanted to give a shout out to one of your employees at the Henderson, NV store on Boulder Hwy. Her names is Mary Klukas. I recently purchased over 200 sq ft of tile, thin set and grout. Even though Mary doesn’t work in flooring, she dropped what she was doing to help me chose the tile and load it on two push carts. She really went out of her way to make sure I could find everything I needed. I had to push a very heavy cart from flooring to the lumber door and out to my truck. I thought I would have to go back for the second cart but Mary had followed me with it. Great thorough and friendly service. You should take pride in the fact that you have a great employee like Mary. She really made a huge difference. I’ll be glad to return to your store for more purchases in the future.

I went to two different home depots and both of them said their saw was broke because I needed a board cut and both of them told me that the people who fix it were out due to covid so I went to Lowes not only were they nice and friendly he cut the board and I was out the door within 5 minutes

I wanted to give a super great review to the manager of Garden, Alexander. I havent seen a manager so dedicated and willing to help like Alexander. I had an issue with some pavers and Alexander was there and ready to help. Without hesitation he offered to help with a huge smile on his face. Lowes is always a good place to shop. Clean store, nice informative employees, very large store but doesnt feel like a warehouse

I enjoy this lowes and have had positive experiences shopping. My only complaint is the installation contractors havent been great. We did a kitchen and replaced windows and had several quality issues. The plus is the manager and Lowes always backed the work and made things right. However, the hassle and price dealing with there contractors isnt worth it so we just stick to purchases now and find our own contractors.

Lowes is awesome when you know what youre doing. They have everything it seems but when you dont know what youre doing or dont know the right terms there are few employees that just dont know how to help you. Other than that everyones awesome and helpful.

This particular time I received tremendous customer service. An employee saw me looking at signs asked me what I was looking for he helped me right away. I was very disappointed at the selection A Shop-Vac accessories there wasnt a lot there.

Lowes as a store is good, their employees can really step up there game in helping or atleast look busy. Its a bit of a challenge to get help, let alone the right one.

Tried to buy a 500 dollar vacuum had to bring a ticket up to the register. She called 3 different departments she couldnt get one person to grab the vacuum. Horrible customer service. Lazy people working at this location. Left with out the vacuum wont be coming back.

The Lowes at 1401 S. Boulder Hwy needs better inventory control. I have gone there multiple times only to find that items are out of stock. When I drive farther to the Lowes on Marks Street, they usually have the item. Losing my patience with the Boulder Hwy store -- and Lowes.

I needed to replace a garden hose I bought three years ago that had a lifetime warranty. They credited me with my original purchase price, and I replaced it with another one no questions asked. Couldnt have been more convenient and simple. Very courteous and helpful team members.
