If I didnt have to go into Fedex and use them I wouldnt but its only because of the warranty company that I have to take my package there. My perfectly packaged item was ready to go label fastened on with packing tape. There should be no reason for it to get torn up. Funny how United States has a great shipping service that takes box wrapped in shipping paper but this company turns there nose up at you unless you buy a box from them . All businesses should ban them for their ridiculous shipping rules.

Ive been here before and was no impressed with being ignored. However, today I showed up needing to print shipping labels and return some items through FedEx. I expected the same type of service, but Billy approached me to help and he really impressed me. Billy went above and beyond to walk me through all the steps to print and package my items for return. Above that, he was helping 2 other people, flawlessly, at the same time. I left extremely pleased to experience that level of service, which is rare. Thank you Billy for showing a level of personal service that is often lost in this day and age.

No matter what box you bring they reject it so they can sell you their own I received my product from fedex in that box and i am shipping it back. you not only shipping place in Henderson they are on every corner. Read others 1star reviews they dont lie

Use cash at this location! Literally going through a dispute with Chase bank, over a canceled debit card transaction, that took place at this location OVER A MONTH AGO.., Keep your receipts from this location cause Fed Ex Corporate in Tennessee will try and charge your bank account for any and all transactions even if you cancel the POS in store. 👎🏿

I ship about a dozen packages a month and every time I stop by the Fedex on Mall Ring Road in Henderson I always regret it. Since they dont make any money on simply accepting a pre-labeled package they go out of their way to say your package doesnt meet standards and that they would be Happy to repackage it for you. Of course they will! $15.00 more bucks, sometimes $20.00! This has happened the last three times Ive try to drop off a package at that location. My packages ALWAYS meet Fedex standards, and every other Fedex location is happy to accept. Office Max as well. They are all super courteous and professional, EXCEPT for the Fedex on Mall Ring Road in Henderson. Take your business elsewhere! Never again!

Having a craft show and forgot my paperwork toListing the ingredients for my hand made healing butter. I left the fair to rush and get prints. The staff helped me put it togeather, then made several copies for me so I can return to my craft fair. The staff listened to my need and answered any question. I recommend this location on sunset to anyone in need of their services

Customer told me to ship in original box and they send me a label to go with it I came to drop the box off instead this guy try to sell me a box for 7.49 commission must be high % of your salary

Nachelle at the 671 Mall Ring Circle location in Henderson Nevada was extremely nice and helpful!! She was so nice on the phone & just really went out of her way to help us with our prints. Wonderful employee!! Malik L was also very nice.

Worst customer service ever. They reject every box I bring in to be dropped off. I can go to 5 other FedEx locations without a SINGLE issue and this location, every single time, with every single box, is constantly rejected for what??? All they want to do is charge you to repackage. I ship hundreds of items and they are all properly packaged, yet you still continue to try and upsell just so you can spend money. Worst location and staff ever.

The manager here was incredibly rude. Sad too, this is the closest FedEx to me. Hoping UPS will be better!

This particular FedEx is a pain. Everyone tells you a different policy. I went back 3 times to ship a package with insurance. Each time I perfectly met the requirements as told to me. It seems they only ship something with sizeable insurance if they pack it themselves. Of course theres a huge fee for repacking. A basic $18 shipment instantly inflates to $65. Lack of knowledgeable staff.

Unfortunately the afternoon staff that I’ve encountered here is consistently rude. The associate that helped me today cut me off while talking several times and ignored me, sighing the whole time while helping me, and even talking to other associates while I was attempting to speak to her. I work with FedEx very often and it’s unfortunate that the afternoon staff at this particular location are so rude. If you have the time to visit the FedEx that is just 5 minutes up the street from this location on Stephanie and Paseo Verde, do so! The staff is consistently helpful, accommodating, and kind in comparison.

Pretty upset with my experience. Clerks were rude and unhelpful. The manager came over to assist me after a woman named elle? told me to basically figure it out on my own (with a condescending tone). So I appreciated her stepping in to handle the situation, then after her directions the system didnt display the code so I couldnt print, and then the computer froze and had the blue screen of death and wouldnt print my documents. Then I went to other printer (which I had to wait extra 10 min) because someone was using the only two they have available. Then after a techie-type employee fixed the jam on that machine, it jammed again immediately after. He eventually had to print it up front and he took care of it which was refreshing. But just about every customer that walked in, walked out cursing the store and the equipment. The machines they use are not intuitive and I cant wait for this place to go out of business if its not already in the works. Anyway, Id rather get a root canal than ever step inside that shop again.

This is the most unwelcome I have ever felt at a FedEx- thats saying something since I go to a variety of FedEx location all over the country on a weekly basis. The manager was rude and made us feel like we were were trashing the place. She basically told us to hurry up and print so we could leave and stop taking up room in the store. Supposedly packaging isnt allowed here because youre supposed to do that before you come here at least if youre not shipping here. I dont know. She made a scene and it was humiliating. She kept walking around to look at our stuff that we were going to package and spoke loudly and angrily annoyed. It was almost funny since our calm response im contrast was to just say okay. We just kept packaging but tried to keep things more tightly confined. We spent a good while there packaging before we could print our labels. The atmosphere was uncomfortable. Now that I think of it Im not sure if she was a manager but she was an older woman with grey buzz cut short hair.

Even though they were busy when I got there, the guy at the counter guessed that my print job was the really simple 1 page I had called about a few minutes prior to me getting there, and handed me the page so he could help the people that had longer tasks in front of me since I had cash. I was surprised and thankful since I was in the middle of a 12 hr road trip and had forgotten to print a pass at home that I needed. I thought it was awesome he was aware of his customers and did the logical thing that took only 10 seconds.

The day I was here packaging was behind the counter. You had to tell the clerk what size you needed and they would give it to you. Even just a pound of something is $100.00 overnight...$50.00 for 2 day. So I would imagine mostly very large businesses use FedEx. The fax machine is reliable. But you need to get a receipt from the clerk.I had a passport renewal photo taken here. Only one photo is needed for renewals but you get 2 and pay double.I was sitting in my vehicle waiting for a call and a man walked by my window and lifted his shirt and stuck out his stomach pretending to look into an imaginary mirror...so that was nice of him.

Will not accept package if it is not full enough employere Rob proceeded to tell me he will only accept if I pay $3.99 for them to fill it. The checked it buy pushing on the top. Went to the Stephanie store and had great customer service all of the time. Update 2/13/17 this location has apparently made new rule wont take prepaid boxes if the packaging is bought elsewhere basically is what I was told. I would suggest not using this location, go to Stephanie and 215 down the road much more helpful and better service there.

Andreea is a five star employee. She was working on Memorial Day and had the best attitude and was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The manager and staff at this location are very knowledgeable about all their products and how to access your info to print. Now they offer computer access to your Google Drive account. Perfect.!

I like that it is close to my house. The bad things are...the employees there dont know the meaning working with a sense of urgency very...very slow and none of them speak to anyone who enters the store. I waited 30 minutes in line just to mail a letter. The manager was assisting another guest. The older short haired short slim lady very, slow and not friendly.

Tracey was ridiculously useful to us and very pleasant. Most fedex office experiences are complicated but this was my very best one all thanks to Tracey who got our order perfect and saved me headaches. Thanks!

Went in today to get passport photo. 2 people working. 1 customer just finishing sending a pkg. I stood there and was ignored. i finally asked the woman working there if they took passport photos. she told me i had to wait 30 min. i looked around. the one customer had left and i was the only person in the store. seriously. so i just stood there and finally she asked the other person working there if he had time to take my photo. THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE IN THE STORE. so he took my photo and i grabbed a fed ex folder and asked where the address forms were to fill out. they said they were green now so no forms, I just give them the info. so they knew i wanted to ship this pkg once i had the photo. they gave me the photo, i sealed my pkg and stood at the counter. again, i was the ONLY person in the store. they went about their business and ignored me. they knew i was standing at the counter. I finally had to say hello, can you send this pkg for me?. then the young man came over and told me he couldnt send because fed ex doesnt send to PO box. hey, thats ok but gee, was i bothering you guys? i get you have stuff to get done for other clients in the back but you DONT ignore the customer standing at your counter. and if you have that much work, hire another person. bad customer service.

Didnt even get a tracking number or heads up my item was coming before my high dollar item was haphazardly left on my doorstep with sticky, dark liquid covering the box. How extremely inconsiderate for you to spill (Im assuming coffee) all over it, and then just leave it, without so much as even ringing the doorbell. This box has to come inside my house, which I keep clean, so dragging a large piece of furniture wrapped in a sticky mess through it doesnt sound like fun to me. Disgusting.

I agree with every one rated this place 1 star I wish there was something you can rate this place in negative not just one star. Worst customer service especially the manager is beyond worst I am not sure how big name like fedex dont care about their customer to hire one like this manager.
