My mother-in-law cracked her iPhone screen and we took it here - they were fast, courteous and helped put her at ease. The price was great. Now its good as new. Recommend 100%!!

I dropped my sons I-Phone off to Tyrone to be repaired, (it was stuck on a screen with a little apple in the middle). He called me less than an hour after I left it with him to let me know that the phone was fixed and ready to be picked up. I couldnt believe how quickly he had fixed it or that he had fixed it at all because I had brought the phone to a different shop two days before and the guy said he couldnt fix it. I want to be happy with the work done here, but am so disappointed! I came in because my iPhone screen cracked over the camera which made it difficult to take pictures. I spent $125 to have the screen replaced, but now the keyboard doesn’t function properly. I went back to address the issue and was told they don’t see it as an issue. I totally regret having the screen replaced because I was better off before. Now I’m somewhat forced to get a new phone. $125 wasted. I am so disappointed.Edit: In response to the business response I received, I returned to the store to show there is an issue with the phone. That was me addressing my concern and me being told there is not an issue. When I attempted to type a sentence out the issue was clear, but they opted to not see it. Their portrayal of the situation makes little sense and is disappointing. What purpose does it serve to have stellar service done and then request assistance for an issue that doesn’t exist? There was an issue and it was my hope they could fix it. Unfortunately they chose not to see or address it.

I came in today with a shattered screen on an iPhone 7. Tyrone took a look, gave me the price, had me sign the receipt, and told me that there was someone ahead of me so it would be about two hours, which was much less time to wait than I was expecting so I was already happy. He then decided to do my repair right away and was done in prob less than 20 minutes. My phone works perfectly now. He also gave me a 90-day warranty thatll cover anything except damage to the new screen if I understood him correctly. Only experience Ive had with Smart Fix so far but I would definitely recommend them after it.

I spoke with Tyrone on Thursday, he gave me the quote in less then 5min. I live outside of Las Vegas and typically go in on a Friday for shopping but he was not able to be there until Monday.He recommended a few of their other locations but because of his awesome customer service I chose to wait until Monday.It was totally worth it. He was quick and it was way more affordable than other companies I had called. Plus he had my two iPads done in less then 2 hours.

Needed a screen replacement on my iPhone and took it to this place. Had it done and returned is great time. The new screen is great and feels brand new again!

Tyrone is the Man! He quoted me over the phone yesterday for a cracked iPad Pro 12.9 and the price stayed the same when I saw him today for the repair. Smart Fix was cheaper than other businesses in my area by approximately $75-$90 and they needed to order the part so it could have been days before getting it back. I dropped it off with Tyrone and he called me less than two hours later to come pick it up. Highly recommend and Ill be back next week with my Lenovo Tablet.

SmartFix on St Rose is terrific. My phone seemed bricked, couldnt get past the boot screen. Actually just a loose battery connection. Tyrone was totally honest and only charged me half the quoted price because it was such an easy fix. Under 10 min and done. He seems to know everything about every brand of phone, even my Sony that isnt even sold in USA. Best repair shop in town!

This is the second time I’ve taken a phone to have the screen fixed. They’ve always been very fair priced very fast and the quality seems very good. I have used a couple other companies and these guys are by far the best (quality, speed and price I’ve found).

I took in my old 2007 15 inch MacBook Pro to be backed up and inquire about upgrades. Alex, who found out purchasing the franchise quoted me a price and dropped it off. So I was in town on vacation and my worst nightmare happened. I dropped my iPhone X while riding the roller coaster on the top of the stratosphere. Luckily it only fell all the way to the ground. When i found it the screen was basically glass dust but when i went looking for a quality repair store, none could be found that met my criteria. What i was looking for: a store that not only met my repair needs, but could also offer a fine glass of wine and an engaging conversation (my two favorite things). I vetted all the repair shops I could find in and around Henderson and this was the only one that was not only a Jack of all trades but a master of all as well. I can not rate this store highly enough. They took my dust and used the infinity gauntlet or something to reassemble it back into something resembling a completely brand new looking screen (or maybe it was just the time gem, which, by the way, couldnt Dr. Strange have just used that to bring Tony back? It seems to be able to be used in a localized space where nothing outside of it is affected, thereby leaving the effects of iron mans snap alone but reversing the effects on his body, but I digress) much faster than I thought possible. After that they served me a fine glass of wine and then proceeded to engage me in conversation for the rest of the night. I made many memories on this trip but these I will remember most of all. Hands down this is a wonderful electronic repair shop. I needed my iPad Air 2 fixed right away. I found out a new repair shop opened closer to where I live so when I brought it in I was expecting it to take awhile to repair. However the repair was a lot faster then expected. Have a 2019 qled Samsung tv that stopped working 3 weeks after the warranty was up. $1500 tv! Was a little worried that I was having to buy a new one. Brought it in to Smart fix and was I surprised at the price to replace the mother board. RV works great and was ready for pick up the day after he said the part will be delivered.
