I spoke on the phone with someone, who was incredibly helpful, and was able to quickly give me the solution to my problem. I followed their quick tips, and was able to fix my computer! So thoughtful for this help. Would definitely call again if I were to face another issue.

I use Computer Medics to install programs in a new computer or to repair computer. They are reliable, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and courteous. Computer Medics make house or office calls so you do not have to take your computer to a box store and leave it for repairs. Steve is honest and professional. I recommend this company for computer setup and repairs.

Steven was outstanding, showed up when he said he would. Sat down at the computer and did everything he could to get it to work. I was determined that the hard drive had quit working. So the computer was returned to the store and was exchanged for a new one. If I have any other issues with a computer, Steven will be the first one I call. Steven thank you very much.

Although having a full schedule, Steven worked it out that I could receive a same-day appointment. He fixed the computer issue that pretty much halted business for the day. I must start off with a little information about my experience with computer repair companies. All but one have been far less than stellar. I must have called six or seven companies for help.That one stellar company would be Computer Medics. Computer Medics repaired our machines where I worked. They did a great job. It seemed like they should of had their own office, they were there a lot. I lost touch with them when the company was sold and everyone went their own way. So when I started my own company I needed help with setting up my system. As I said I lost touch with Computer Medics so I called other companies. Alas what a waste of time and money. They all talked a good game. They used a lot of big tech words that I didnt understand. But when it came for my system to perform, it was sorely lacking and my needs were not all that complicated, just basic bookkeeping and some design software. A co-worker remembered Steven and gave me his number. I called him and the next day he sent over one of his Techs, and my system was up and running just the way I wanted and his fee was very reasonable to boot. I needed to download files from my husbands old computers to my external hard drive. Steven accomplished the task quickly and proficiently.

These guys are good. We only need to call them every couple of years in part because they do such a good job in configuring our system. Not creepy, so you wouldnt mind them in your place.
