Believe it or not, I’m still using my iPhone 5c.. but when I dropped it today, it refused to display even though it was “awake”. I called Verizon to see what kind of upgrade replacement I could get. After 25 years being a customer of theirs, I was given no deal better than an iPhone 7 for $25/mo for 2 years. Really? I thought I was just AOL.. but thought about Wireless Medics.. I called, explained my dilemma, was told to bring it on in... I did. It took less than 20 minutes to fix my phone and had a replaced glass due to a big corner chip. I’m so very thankful! Super fast, super price! Totally recommend!

Super disappointed with this place. Arrived at 9:45 to see they open at 10...waited until 10 and no one showed up...called number for business and it went to a cell phone number. Ok - texted that number after leaving a message. Waited 15 more minutes to see if anyone would arrive to work today (or call me back). Nope- wasted my time, it is now 10:17 and I will be taking my phone elsewhere for repair. I have been a repeat customer since we have numerous personal and business phones needing repairs often - these guys totally lost our business.

Took my iPhone 6 Plus here to get the screen and battery replaced. So happy with the prompt service and my phone was done in less than 30 minutes. Great job guys! Keep up the great work!

I love these guys! I had to go to class nearby and I dropped off my phone for repair. After class i came back and they had the phone ready looking brand new-I opted for a screen protector too for added protection. Had a great experience here and Id definitely recommend anyone to come here.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I got my phone fixed the first time a few months ago and it ended up costing over $300 (which included a new battery and screen) however, not long after my screen was replaced it popped off. Right after this happened I took it to get it fixed as it was under waranty.... only to find out that I would have to pay another $60 to replace the screen because the screws were missing. They had told me that the phone had to be dropped and exposed to damage so it wouldnt be covered. Even though I knew I had a case on it the entire time and couldnt have caused enough damage to cause this because I havent dropped it, I paid the $60 and went home. A month later the SAME exact problem occurred and a part of my screen became detached. Fortunately, this time when I took it back they were able to just pop it back in. However, once I got my phone back the fingerprint button stopped working. Not only that, but after a couple of days the entire screen came off and it had hairline cracks on it. I didnt even drop my phone. The screens they use are obviously cheap and not applied correctly. If I were you Id keep your money and go to a place that properly does the job.... even if its more expensive (itll save you tons in the long run). Dont fall for the warranty because youll always end up having to pay.

Wonderful. I got to Las Vegas with a phone that could barely keep a charge for over an hour. I went to a local Apple store and they said they would repair my phone for over $200 for my bad battery and screen problems, and that it would take a couple of hours. I immediately sought after a different store to replace my screen and battery, and this place was the first place to pop up. I called them and told them everything about my phone, they gave me a price (140 total) and a time (30 minutes)! And the price and time were as they said it would be! I recommend this place for getting your phone screens/batteries replaced. The craftsmanship of the replacement is top-notch as well!

Broke my phone on Thanksgiving and took it here the next day. Even though it got busy they were able to take good care of me pretty fast! I was able to turn in my iPhone 7 for an upgrade at my carrier soon after the repair! Thank you guys!

Had a back replacement put on my phone. Apparently the battery was bloated. The case is coming off the back. Was told nothing I can do no offer of anything just shrugged off and charged $52 for a $12 part that is currently falling off. He had also replaced my nieces 7 plus screen and it is currently not working correctly. Going back tomorrow hopefully something will come of it.Update: went back and was given a used battery for a good price. Back and battery work great thanks again RJ great service.

I took my cracked iPhone 6 Plus here yesterday and they had it repaired and looking like new in less than half an hour! Thank you guys for your help! Ill definitely be back for any future repairs!

First, they fixed my screen. Then, water damage and another broken screen. With the water damage I needed a new battery. Then, that battery swelled up. They replaced it, no charge, no questions asked. Now, my volume button is stuck. I came in minutes before closing, he fixed it in seconds, no charge. Thank you guys. I highly recommend these guys!

This company is horrible. I took my iPhone here to this exact location to get the screen repaired - they put a new screen on and told me that it has a lifetime warranty as long as it doesnt crack. Not long after getting it fixed, I noticed an area on the upper left side starting to lift away from the phone casing and a screw also fell out from the bottom. I took the phone back to them a couple months later (I was visiting from California whenever I first had it fixed, so could only go back on next visit). I showed them how the screen was lifting and they said that my screen casing was bent. I didnt agree with them on that, but didnt argue it since afterall they are the professionals. The man told me it would not be covered under warranty and I would have to pay $20 for them to bend my phone casing back into place). Whatever! The story seemed believable at the time. A week goes by after they bent my casing and the same lift happened now on both sides of the screen. Now try to tell me its my casing that you supposedly bent back to shape. The entire screen is now lifting from every area and I now have two hairline cracks in the screen as well. This place is awful! And they have the audacity to have John 3:16 posted in their store as if its a practice they follow... Lies! Like any business, only concerned with their next come up. Untrustworthy business. BEWARE!!!

They fixed my crack screen from dropping my phone about a month ago, but they didnt properly fix it. A couple weeks ago the glass front popped up out of the frame for no reason -- I hadnt dropped the phone at all. I was able to push it back in and didnt think anything of it. Today, my phone slid off my nightstand onto extra padded shag carpet (less than a foot drop), with a heavy case that is much higher than the screen for protection and the glass piece did the same thing. I pushed it back in and now I cant use my screen at all. I took it back to this place as Ive never had this issue before prior to Wireless Phone Doctors fixing my phone, fall or no fall. I was honest, but told them that it happened previous and didnt think it was installed correctly either and he offered me a $20 discount from the last time even though. There is no physical damage on the phone and they didnt want to take responsibility other than take my money.

Had an issue with charging my phone. I tried few different charger cords at home but they didnt work. Took it into this Wireless Phone Medics location and they told me it was my charger port. Had a new one installed in under an hour! Thank you!

I am not one to leave reviews but I DEFINITELY recommend this place.I have an iPhone SE that I took to a different place a while back and they put a 5S screen on my phone screwing up a bunch of things on my phone, they fixed my screen but my back camera malfunctioned and didnt work anymore, not to mention my home button and screen lagged.Went to these guys to fix my back camera and it was such good service. They asked what did they do and what problems I had with my phone so they dont accidently repeat the mistake. They fixed my back camera and home button and pointed out that the previous place gave me a defective screen. My phone works wonders and I will go back to fix my screen because I TRUST these guys. They definitely have earned my loyalty

This place is a joke . I took my phone there for what they considered an easy repair and 2 days later my phone still wasnt fixed . I will be reporting this business to the better business Bureau as well as the Henderson chamber of Commerce. The phone will be sent to the manufacturer to see if any further damage was done to phone if so I will file a report with Henderson police department. Stay away from this place Id you value your electronics

Spoke to RJ over the phone he was very helpful I went to there Warm Springs location and was assisted by John who was very knowledgeable Fast and Friendly the prices are very reasonable. I will be bring my sons phone to have screen replaced.

I just drove by henderson one day and saw this shop on arroyo grande and warm springs and brought them my broken iPad to fix. They gave me a good deal compared other places in town and so they replace the glass in just a couple of hours! wow! I was surprised it got done the same day. A++++ on the job well done!
