I’m tired of playing games I’ve had everything done imagine to my car for no reason my car has gotten worse he cares onlyAbout money money money I’ve paid FULL PRICE FOR EVERYTHING JUST AS WELL IF I HAD TO IN ANY OTHER SHOP ANDE HE WORKED ON MY CAR REPLACING AS HE CLAIMS BUT MY CAR IS IN TERRBLE CONDITION IT NEVER WAS AND HE SWITCHED ALL MY PARTS AND IVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS HE DIDNT GIVE ME A RECEIPTS AS I ASKED AND HAVE ME PAYING KONEY FOR DESTEOYING AND TAKING MY PARTS IF HE CAN ANYONE KNOWS A BETTER WAY TO APPROACH THIS JOB IN A LEGAL MATTER CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY IM GETTING A LAWYER AND GOING TOWARDS HIS BUSINESS AND FRAUD WORK AND NOT HELPING IM NOT REACHING PUT NO MORE AND HE DESTROYED MY VEHICLE TO THA GROUND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLAY FOR NOTHING IM BROKE AND CARLESS BECAUSE OF HIM HE OVER CHARGED ME FOR LABOR BUT NOT THA ONE WORKING ON MY CAR AND HAS SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH I NEED SOMEONE TO HELP ME REPORT THIS BUSINESS IMMEDIATELY

We broke down on Las Vegas Blvd.Fuel pump went out on our jeep. They got it in the next day and was fixed within 24 hour. Great bunch of guys. Thank you Raff

I am truly grateful for this place! My cousin and I had a series of unfortunate events with our RV and thought she might not survive another day. Raff and his team came out to us, were extremely helpful, efficient, friendly and professional and completely tuned the RV and got it back to life. I needed stable internet for a grad student presentation and our plans had changed due to the RV breakdown - meaning my hotspot out in the desert was not going to cut it. He welcomed us to his shop, let me use their wifi and saved the day twice. On TOP of that, he treated us like family and offered us delicious fresh grilled food, checked in to make sure we had water and everything we needed and made us feel very comfortable. We were in an extremely stressful situation but Raff and his team handled everything like pros (on top of feeding us) and we cant thank them enough!!

Great people, care about customers. They are mobile, but also have a shop. Good to find an honest diesel mechanic for service on RVs. Weve used mobile and shop.

Raff serviced my vehicle after it needed some long needed maintence and TLC. New AC, filter, oil change, fuse change, and electrical fix. I had stuff fixed that I didnt even realize was broken at first.Got a great price and they took care of me in no time at all. I always recommend this place, they take great care of their customers.

My experience with this mechanic was last October. The RV would not start on the morning of our departure from Henderson. After replacing the battery, still no go. I called Raff because he was close to the RV park. He said there would be a charge to diagnose the problem (I think it was $85..) First, he could not read any codes, so he called in some electrical guru for consultation. He suggested it was the ignition switch. Had me buy one from the local Ford dealer and told me I needed to give him $400 which he needed to pay to this guru. The new switch did not fix the problem. After a day and a half of hit and miss guessing, he said he needed to get it to his shop, so he jury rigged a jumper wire in place of the power control module relay that would not close. I could then start the RV, close the slides, and drive to his shop. (Just a note - this was not a vacation for us... We are full time volunteer camp hosts and were on our way to our next hosting assignment.) He continued to diagnose for several more hours at which point I asked what the risk of just driving with that jumper wire in place of the PCM relay was. According to him, it should be ok, so I said fine, we needed to get to our next job. He then told me he wanted another $400 because he put in a lot of time. I didnt know it was a thing to pay mechanics by the hour - especially when he never fixed, or even diagnosed the problem. Fast forward to today (11 months later) where I finally dug into the diagrams of the fuse box and discovered that a separate 10 amp fuse, which covers the PCM keep alive power, and by extension, the PCM relay, was completely missing. I inserted a new fuse in that slot, replaced the relay, and voila... the relay works and the engine starts no problem. Raff, if you read this, and youre an honest businessman, youll make this right. If not, then I cannot recommend your business to anyone.

Had my battery change was very professional

We were looking for a mobile RV mechanic which they said they were and they are not. They came to the location of the RV spend 2 minutes tried to start the RV said it was the fuel pump ( which we already knew and thought he was coming to do the work) asked for $1500 to replace it plus tow costs because he needed the RV towed to his shop. He did not do any diagnosis to the vehicle besides using the key to start it and right away he tell us he will charge us $1500. When we asked about how much is the cost of the fuel pump he said it didnt matter it was a flat fee if we didnt like it pay him $90 for his 2 minutes of time so he can leave. He did not provide an invoice nor did he provide us with a diagnosis paper stating his finding but he charged $90. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS THEY ARE NOT HONEST, THEY CLAIM THEY ARE MOBILE BUT THEY ARE NOT, THEY DRIVE TO YOU JUST TO TRY TO CONVINCE YOU TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE/RV TO THEIR SHOP AND IF YOUR DONT THEY CHARGE YOU A FEE FOR DRIVING TO YOU, I WASNT LOOKING FOR ANYONE TO JUST DRIVE TO US WE WERE LOOKING FOR A MOBILE MECHANIC TO PERFORM THE JOB.

Called them up to see if they can repair studs on a RV stuck on the side of the road. He said they could do it. Called me several times after that and bugged me to come to his shop and get it going. Went to the shop and then drove with Raff to where the RV was stuck at. It was about 1 hour away. When we got there, first off they didnt remove the wheel, they just glanced through the holes in the wheel and immediately determined it will need new Hubs, Bearings, studs, possible drive line. He said it needs to be towed to the shop. This is a inspection without removing the wheel. He charged me $150 for a service call just to come out and glance through the wheel. I work at a Automotive Repair shop and to determine all those issues, the wheel has to be removed, minimum requirement. I declined his repair and had the vehicle towed to my shop. Once I had it there, took me 10 min to remove the wheel and determine that the Hub was in fact in great condition with no damage and so are the bearings and drive line. He is a con artist and scams people out of their money. I refused to pay him due to his incompetence and now he is bombarding me with text messages and calling me names. Stay away from this con artist.

Even though claiming to be a mobile mechanic it was requested that I tow in my RV. He claims to have added 10 gallons gas although the tank was already full and he admitted to spilling fuel. He fixed the problem quickly, but used junkyard parts even though I paid full price for new. He also left the motor cover incorrectly installed so engine heat was coming in the cabin. He also claimed his computer didnt work to read the codes which was because he disconnected the console that powers the obd2 port. I would not recommend this shop.

This is a warning do not do business with this person he will rip you off. He will charge for parts & labor that was not done i know first hand so beware you have warned.

He is not giving me my Truck back. Is not providing me a Bill !!! Its sitting there for month now !!! Dont do business with this Shop !!! Stay away as far as you can . Today the truck is gone. Did someone ever heard of something like this ???

I had a wonderful experience here, I’m always nervous going to mechanics and the owner Raff made it very easy and made sure I was comfortable with everything before starting the job. The mechanics were very friendly and worked diligently. After they finished the job the secretary made payment very easy as they take all types of payments. They do a very well job for being a small owned business.

This shop is the real deal! Raff and his crew are incredibly honest and knowledgeable. The A/C started Blowing hot air in my 2015 Dodge Charger and they were able to get it ice could In no time at all. My car has the new R-1234yf freon and only the dealerships currently have the Equipment to service it but got lucky finding Raff who has everything needed as well for a fraction of the cost the dealer wouldve charged me. Highly recommend these guys. Very honest straight to the point and trustworthy!

Broke down on the side of the road in an RV. These guys seem to be honest and sincere in helping out. A good friend is a mobile mechanic and confirmed their diagnosis and cost estimate was accurate. They also were creative in their solution, and that was much appreciated. They seem to know RVs quite well.

Had such an amazing experience with Raff Mobile Mechanic’s. My car broke down on the freeway and he came and towed my car right away. Needed an alternator and my battery was old and he did everything at a great price and was very fast! Provided a ride for my kids and me to his shop and even grabbed us lunch. They had my car fixed and back on the road in no time. I will always refer this shop to anyone I know needs car work.

I brought my RV for a water pump and the transmission was shifting funny. They replaced the water pump and serviced my transmission. My RV is running beautiful and I made home safely to Montana. Thank you to everyone at Raffs for saving me on my drive home!

Great people, great help!!!My generator stopped working as soon as I turned on the A/C. On Saturday evening they told me on the phone about the two breakers on the generator and one might be out. Within a minute I had the problem fixed. Thank you so very much for giving me such great advice on the phone although it was after hours on Saturday. This saved me having to spend the whole weekend on a camp ground in Vegas waiting for a shop to open on Monday morning. Well done!!!

I was having a terrible time with mechanics trying to repair my vehicle to get it to pass smog. the other mechanics would always have some excuse as to why its not working but never really addressing the problem.I got tired of that so I started driving around in the same area and I came across Raffs. Raff,The owner was straightforward and honest with me.He informed me in great detail all the necessary work that needed to be done in order for my vehicle to pass smog at a great price I was very happy with that and they finished the job in reasonable time I was overjoyed. My vehicle was returned to me with a passed smog certificate,these guys are awesome... Thank You RAFF.

Raff and David are Fantastic! My alternator belt snapped and they worked on my motor the same day they came to diagnose my issue. Raff advised me to go to the shop and David got right to fixing up my RV. So glad I called the right people to take care of my RV. I wouldve spent double the amount of what I paid at another RV repair spot. I felt very comfortable with Raff. Would go back if I have any more issues.

They did a free diagnostic and estimate in shop and at the end of it all my car was running great and the invoice wasnt a penny over the estimate.

Response to Kenneth Hurdle:Your review is just like what happened to me. Raff ripped me and my family off in the amount of $600 dollars. I had to report him to the DMV and thankfully they handled it, but unfortunately they dont help recover any of the finances or car parts lost. Raff took my starter and kept it. He was supposed to be replacing the transmission and tried to cheat me out of money by taking things out of the car that he didnt need to even go near and told me it needed replacing. Mind you, this is after he took the car apart so he could up the stakes on getting more money. The starter has nothing to do with the transmission. When I noticed he was trying to rip me off, I told him to put the car back together and he is not to touch anything else. My car was given back to me with the transmission in the front seat and he kept the money I paid to get the job done. Stay away from this place!!!! The state of Nevada needs to shut this guy down because his whole team are all crooks. And they need to establish and enforce stricter laws on crooked mechanics period!

Had work done on my vehicle will not ever go back they did not fix the problem and I paid them three different times because it kept saying it was one problem after the other then every time they said the vehicle was ready and it wasn’t overheating anymore it was still overheating every single time I picked it up do not I repeat do not go To this repair shop They do not know what they’re doing....

My ac was blowing hot and I shopped around for quotes... Raff’s was the lowest by far.. called him he gave me a solid quote and kept his word. He does a legit job with his r1234yf recharger. He has the knowledge and will be honest with you about prices and work. Respectful individual.. i brung my kids he treated them with respect also. We arrived feeling the heat and left freezing cold! Appreciate you Raff! I’ll be back when’re I need work done!

I feel I was taken advantage of and lied to by this company. Trailer wheels were getting really hot on the way to Vegas.I had my brakes checked and bearings repacked before I left on this trip so I wasnt sure what the problem was. I was in a bind at the RV park and had to get home. They replaced both brake assemblies for a lot of money and said I would likely catch the wheels on fire if I didnt replace them. My mechanic at home said he lied an I probably only needed an adjustment. Stupid me for letting this outfit screw me so bad. Live and learn. DONT USE THEM! They lie and cheat.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Raff left my family without running water because he didn’t want to take 5 minutes out of his day to work with our insurance company. This company is unprofessional and unhelpful. I highly recommend not getting yourself involved with them.

Horrible place will rip you off and steal your money. Charged $375 to replace parts then pull them out after finding they didnt need replacement still charged to throw parts at the car that were not needed after that they then called a lock Smith to program the anti theft system and charged an additional $400 and did no work to they vehicle but required $775 do not go here!!!!!! Would give zero stars if able already filled a complaint with the BBB place has many complaints on file. Im contacting the news networks as well stay away!!!!

This guy is a theif. He is dishonest. Billed me for a throttle cable for my MH but didnt replace the cable. He said it was broken but it wasnt. The cable just came unclipped. When I picked my MH up he wasnt there. His son TR old me I had to pay cash. Then when I wouldnt do that the old man came in and said I could pay with card. He didnt have an invoice and said his girl would send it to me email the next day. He finally sent one after I threatened to call BBB. I asked for old broken cable but he said he threw it out and trash truck came before I got there. I told him that was a brand new cable and I wanted to return it. He then gave me a brand new cable never used he had Laying around. Two days beforehe didnt have a cable he would have to order one and would have to have RV towed to his shop. This guy billed me $1,750 for a 20 minute fix. The cable came out of the retaining clip. It just needed to be reclipped thats all. Im from out of town so he ripped me off. He has at least 6 complaints with BBB of Southern Nevada all unresolved. This outfit is not to be trusted. I will be making a trip to NV to file a lawsuit and to press the DAs Office to file criminal fraud charges against the owners operators and employees related to the owners and operators.

Dont go here. Ever. Total scam artist. Charged me 1100 for a fuel pump on my four year old car!!!
