Went in for my yearly maintenance with my front bumper freshly ripped off and hanging from my car from getting parked on a curb that had some rebar sticking out of it. I thought they were going to give me a referral to a body shop but instead it came back after its maintenance nearly back to perfect! I will probably be the only person who will notice and thats only if I get close up and really look. I am so grateful for the extra step someone took to tuck it back up! I really didnt want to drive around with it hanging or worse end up scraping while Im driving. A car is just material but it still broke my heart to see my beautiful car looking torn up like that and a little embarrassing so I was a little depressed about it.Truly made my day when my car came back fixed!Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I brought in my GLK-350 for part replacements. The whole experience was very professional from scheduling all the way to when my car is done. Blake is incredibly helpful and professional. They even did a multi-point inspection of my car while it was on service and explain to me what should be addressed. The customer service is impeccable.

DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. I dropped my vehicle off for a free factory recall. After waiting 10 days with no correspondence, I was told to pick up my vehicle but that the check engine light was now on. I refused the vehicle and said they should fix whatever they did that caused the check engine light. David Leslie told me there is nothing they can do. He then told me it would cost about $2000 to repair the vehicle so that the check engine light would be turned off. I again refused and he told me there was nothing he could do. I picked up the vehicle and the interior was a mess; technicians had apparently spilled a liquid inside my vehicle, damaged the overhead light, damaged a headlamp, and dumped various personal items on the seat. I asked why they were returning the vehicle to me in that condition. David Leslie told me there was nothing he could do. I said that when I brought the vehicle in everything was working fine. He did not seem to care about the interior damage or the check engine light. I will NEVER use this dealership again and will be filing a complaint with the attorney general. I asked to speak to a manager but a manager never called me back. I was basically forced to pick up my damaged vehicle and take it to another mechanic to fix what the dealership did during the recall.

Dave didn’t show up for our appointment and no one told me so I had to wait an hour and a half for the service appt to begin. It was an express appt, which I made because I have a severe and disabling immune system disorder and I do not feel well in cities or most buildings. Three and a half hours later, when my van was finally done, I noticed that a stitch had been ripped in my driver’s seat resulting in a bumping up on the right side. I know the seat was fine before the service. I have had the van only 7 months. Waiting for a response from the dealership.UPDATE: I spoke with the service manager. He refused to take responsibility for the broken seam. Additionally, before my service, I asked Will to have the service guy put plastic over my seat due to my health condition. Instead, the service manager told me that they put a thick reusable seat cover on my seat. I never would have approved a reusable seat cover due to my extreme environmental sensitivities, which is why I asked for plastic. When I left the dealership after my service, the backs of my legs were itching and burning, likely due to that thick reusable seat cover. The service manager told me that my seat was not contaminated (my immune system said differently) and further that he would take no responsibility for the broken seam because it had not happened before. Well, I can imagine that a service person could kneel on the seat and pop the seam without realizing it due to the seat being covered by that thick reusable cover. Finally, I asked for the cabin air filter (for the hvac, it filters the air inside the cabin generated by the AC and heater, and it sits in a plastic casing in the footwell of the passenger seat) to be given to me so I could install it myself. I aways change the cabin air filter due to my health issues. Instead, they gave me a filter that goes in the engine. Funny, huh? Lol. I forgive you dealership, but will never go back to you again. And mr service manager, I forgive you for refusing to take responsibility for the damage to my seat.

We stood in the service department for 2o minutes just waiting for someone to help us pick up our car. The first 10 minutes no one was there to speak to, the next 10 our advisor was “on his way”, then they realized our advisor was gone for the day, another 10 minutes to get out the door. Meanwhile, another service consultant sat at his desk avoiding eye contact. That NEVER happened at our last Benz dealer in Farmington, UT. The last dealer would also video the trouble issues as well as the results of any inspection and text us the video. We are VERY unimpressed. I will try another dealer for future service and look to purchase our next SUV where we get better service. This was what I’d expect from a Chevy dealer.

On March 30th. My girlfriend and I sent our S550 for inspection, regarding seat belt light on and radio problem. Service repesentitive charge me 370 for inspection and told.me I will have a full detail report in the afternoon before 2 PM. After calls and calls and many Emails, we got this back:The seatbelt wiring was fixed.The command system is faulty and the sound amplifier/tuner also has an internal fault. The command system is $1700, special order. And the amplifier/tuner is $2600.00 also special order.We ask him again and again for the full report.Answer is:This is the report for the concerns you had. The full inspection would be done during the service that is due.No code, no explain on anything. I try to complain to the manager of service department but nobody answer the phone, left a voice mail but nobody call back. This is all for 370 USD.

Service Advisor Will Bane assisted me this time. This most recent time I was there was for a recall. The whole process was quick and painless. He took time to get to know me and also offered me the shuttle. The recall was completed in the amount of time listed in the recall letter and I got a text letting me know it was complete. I have been coming to this location for over a year now and drive 30 mins to come here instead of the other location. I really appreciate the teams efficiency and professionalism. I like to do my service here because they are always honest in what needs to be done. Thanks Will! I will be back to see you for my next service!

I needed to have the windshield washing fluid pump replaced. I spoke to my salesman who put in the request with the service center. Someone called me to set up an appointment that was convenient for me and worked around my schedule. I was greeted promptly and directed to the area to pick up a loaner car. They worked well with me even though I couldnt find my insurance card and were able to take a copy the salesman still had. Doug called to let me know that my vehicle was ready and they had installed a glare strip on the windshield as I had requested. When I paid for the glare strip, the cashier was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Paying was even painless. This trip reassured me that I had made a great choice in purchasing my car from MB of Henderson.

I was first greeted outside at my vehicle with a warm welcome. Escorted to my service team member Marvin Edwards. We went over the plan as to what we believed needed to be done to my vehicle. Everything was upfront and no hidden agendas. I was sent a text message with the contact information to my service team member so if I had any questions or concern. I wasn’t able to stay until my vehicle was completed, but was asked if I wanted a loaner vehicle or a ride in the shuttle back to my residence. I later in the day received a phone call from the service team member informing me that my breaks were done, but another task I asked for needed a part ordered. We ordered the part and it would require a couple of days to arrive. The date I set to have my vehicle worked on was a day my current service team member Marvin Edwards was scheduled to have his day off. I explained that it didn’t matter who checked me in and made sure my vehicle was finished with its maintenance. He insisted on coming in to do just that. I’ve never received such amazing customer service in my lifetime. I would recommend Mercedes of Henderson NV to anyone! Marvin Edwards is the Quality and Top Standards that a Mercedes owner would expect! Mr. M Edwards is a reason one would continue to own and maintain a Mercedes!

I want to share my experience with Mercedes Benz of Henderson, specifically Dennis R and Kim from the Customer Service Management Group. I had a very very bad experience and ended up getting an experience that I never thought existed. Long story short, Dennis did everything in his power to help me but I was not satisfied and felt like I wasnt heard with my issues/concerns. And then Kim reached out to me and actually explained my issue meaning she understood the issue before She even called me. After hearing her summarize my issue to me, I then felt like I am finally being heard. In the end, Kim asked me exactly what I wanted and I was Definitely astounded and felt very important that I felt part of the Mercedes-Benz Family. The best part is Kim and the Mercedes-Benz of Henderson went way above and beyond what I asked for. We are definitely part of the Mercedes-Benz FAMILY. Emilio our service person was very friendly, accommodating, listened to and addressed my concerns when I brought my car in. I would give Emilio 10 starts if I could, however calling to set up the appointment and arranging to drop the car off was frustrating. I wanted to just drop the car off on Friday to leave it overnight and my appointment was set for Saturday but I was told by the person that was setting my appointment I couldn’t do that. After a few rounds of my explanation as to what I wanted to do and after having to ask her to talk to a manager, she did call me back after several hours to tell me that my request was okay to do..

I went in to have air put on my back tire. The gentlemen whowas going to do that saw the pressure and asked me to back up slowly while he watched the tire. It turns out I had a screw in the tire. A major repair was needed on our Sprinter (due to our mistake- gas in a Diesel engine- ouch!)His communication, professionalism and efficiency was the best experience I’ve ever had at the dealership.Despite a virtual entire new fuel system and all of its components needing to be replaced; Dave handled everything extremely efficiently. He coordinated with the insurance company and myself and had the vehicle back to us for sooner than I could’ve ever imagined.I don’t want to ever go through a repair like this again, but he made the situation far more palatable by the way he handled it all.

Each and every time I visit this dealership for servicing, I am treated with courteousness and care. Every person working there makes me feel welcome, listened to (even when my car behaves there when it wasnt before), and comfortable. The atmosphere is pleasant and even attracts other very nice customers. Ive had great conversations in their cafe! Working with clients myself, customer service is my absolute top priority and requirement, and therefore I will not be a patron somewhere where service is not excellent. Every time I talk with either my Sales Representative, Roger Campbell, or my Service Representative, Eric Rudd, the answers are honest, given to me straight, sometimes humorous (which I like) and almost always exactly what Im hoping to hear. There is a real sense of can do and take care of the customer culture here. These fellas, and this dealership, know exactly how to care for their new and repeat customers. Getting 5 stars in their business must be difficult, but in the case here, MB of Henderson and the fellas I work with deserve more than 5 stars.

Incredible experience, top of the line! I went to three other dealers around this area after visiting Mercedes for a quote but went right back thanks to their first class customer service. Jordan was my sales representative, he was absolutely amazing. Purchasing a car is a fun but could be a stressful experience.
