Insurance kept going up after the qoute. We decided to cancel. We have been waiting over 20 days for refund back on card. I contacted the office to find out they are mailing a check and it takes 15 days just to process. Very Unprofessional. Also found out they didnt submit refund until after 3 days after I cancelled. I would stay away from these agents...They will harass you over your alarm certificate.

Been with State Farm for years. Even Cheaper then being a member with AARP The Hartford. Where I thought if the Hartford only insures 45 year old plus that it would be cheaper. State Farms rates went up, because of the claims by people from bad drivers. Even though State Farm is less then others. Excellent office staff there. Even though the pricing has gone up. Its still the cheapest. The reason their pricing has gone up is because of motorists how have preventable accidents because they text and drive. Or follow too close .Here in Carson City Nevada. When we have snow they still follow too closely and once they hit the brakes wham! Up goes everyones insurance rates! People these days are in a hurry to go nowhere fast. SLOW DOWN allow enough room between vehicles. Even more so on snowing conditions!

Very happy with State Farm staff. Susan Johnson has helped me several times and shes been so patient, helping explain the differences between Texas & Nevada policies, since we just moved here. Keep up the great work!

I highly recommend state farm. Every agent there I have talked to has always been most friendly, professional, and knowledgeable of all insurance and dmv laws and policies. I am so very impressed lately as I had a specific issue with my registration and called them at exActly 5pm on the dot and to my surprise the woman answering the phone did not rush me AND was so patient and pleasant. Thanks State Farm! You guys are a great team!

I have never met an insurance agent who was more engaging and interested in doing the right thing. This is an individual who, while he follows the legal rules, sincerely wishes to help each every one of the people with whom he comes in contact. None can surpass this gentleman and none will give you better service.You can and will do much worse if you go to an off-brand-non-Kent Baker agent. He has been in the Las Vegas Valley (Henderson, but an easy location if you live in Las Vegas or Boulder City or North Las Vegas [The drive is easy and well worth it!]) since before High School. His staff, and I have talked to most of them, are the most cordial people I know. I would hire them all away from him, but then I would not get the service he provides.I do not recommend many people, and even more, I rarely give a 5 star to anyone (I think this is the first). Call him, Go to him, you will not be disappointed!Drive a little, and get GREAT SERVICE from a GREAT PERSON.
