I had a question about registering a car with the DMV in Nevada. I did not receive a Registration Renewal card/reminder and only had 4 days remaining to renew without a penalty. We all know how impossible dealing directly with the DMV can be - long waits, several unsuccessful calls, etc. So, with a single call to Conner Family & Associates - my auto insurance company, my questions were answered promptly, correctly and courteously. I highly recommend this company.

Great experience. Agent was friendly & professional. My issue was addressed in a timely manner. I even recd in the mail complimentary insurance card plastic holders for the glove compartment of our vehicles which is very useful. A former insurance agent from another insurance company used to give these out to her customers. I was glad to receive new ones that said Allstate on one side. Thank you.
