I have brought my car to silver state twice this year. The first time was for a vapor leak in my gas tank and the second time was for my alternator. Both times I was not only extremely satisfied with the price but also the timing it took for the repairs as well as the communication and details of the issues before the repairs. Most recently with my alternator I did not have an appointment and brought it in on a Friday, they managed to squeeze me in and get me taken care of before the end of the day. I will be coming back for any work needed as well as recommending to friends and family. Very grateful and satisfied with the pricing and quality of work I received from silver state!

Went in expecting to have a significant cost to repair my cars undercarriage. Tyson told me he could fix it without any significant cost and he did that. Excellent service and very honest approach!

I found this auto repair shop to be honest, reliable and professional. The dealership wanted to charge me $2,500 for an unnecessary oil leak repair. Silver State Auto performed a diagnostic test and determined that the minor oil leak was due to the oil plug not being replaced properly (by the dealership with the last oil change). My bill at Silver State was $90 and change. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else for repairs but Silver State.

This shop is awesome, got my truck in first thing and was done by 11am. Even serviced the lift gate.

I am a senior citizen and being a female am always worried about getting taken advantage of. The gentlemen at Silver State Auto Repair are very respectful and explain everything. I have only had oil changes through them (my car has very low mileage) but as I sit there waiting for my vehicle the other customers seem to be happy with their experience as well.

Silver State alleviated so much stress we had while dealing with overheating issues. We previously took our car to 3 other companies who didn’t fix the issue/ misdiagnosed that our head gaskets were blown. Tyson and his team fixed our vehicle and we’re FINALLY back on the road thanks to them. 100% satisfied with their service and professionalism, no issues so far and happy customers.

I went in to bring my nephews acura. It was making loud noises and rpm revving high. They got the problem fixed and charged me a reasonable price. Ty and Tyson was very helpful and honest. I recommend everyone to go to this family business.

I wish I could take these guys home with me! I was passing through Vegas and had to get some work done right away. This was just after the new year, so shops were either closed or booked way out. Tysons shop isnt big, and apparently not yet well known, so they had a spot. My issue was electrical, and I knew it was going to take a while, but after a half day of diagnostic, Tyson had figured the issue out. He fixed it in an hour or so the next morning. Somehow, he only charged me $102 for the whole thing - thats the diagnostic/first hour of labor ($95) and then $6 for a length of wire. Not saying this will be the case for everyone, and I would have been fine paying $300 or so for the work involved. And he gives every customer a free roadside assistance card good for the whole US for a year (I believe)!His techs know what theyre doing and his customers keep coming back, as evidenced by everyone who came in while I was waiting at the shop. Tyson remembers names, hes honest, and he explains everything (which I loved). Tyson started the shop a few years ago after seeing customers treated poorly when he was a tech at another shop. I think hes definitely making the auto repair experience different in his shop. I wish I could plop his shop down in my hometown, but I cant, so I have to settle for making sure everyone I know in the Las Vegas area goes to him!

Honesty & excellent workI had new shocks and struts installed. My truck rides like new and was done at the time they promised. I am a stickler about maintaining my car. When I take my car to an auto repair shop I feel like I am getting ripped off and paying for work I don’t need. A friend recommended Silver State Complete Auto Repair because they are honest, reasonably priced and they don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. The first time I brought my car to Silver State Complete Auto Repair I expected to pay at least $100 for an oil change and other services. Tyson, one of the employees told me about a $19.99 special that included an oil change, oil filter, vehicle inspection, tire pressure check, and tire rotation. He also told me to check their website and Facebook page because they always have different specials. I was pleased with the customer service and happy I spent less than $25. On top of the great price and service, Tyson sent me a personal letter thanking me for stopping by. Needless to say, I am now a loyal Silver State Complete Auto Repair customer.

Walked in for an oil change, they noticed i had glass in my trunk from a previous rear window shatter and were so kind to vacuum it for me. Very professional and courteous place. Was very pleased and would recommend to anyone!!!

The owner is so caring! He keeps a list of work that we need done on each car so that we can time our repair budget. Shows us any old parts that we have replaced. Helps us get deals on refurbished parts for our older cars.

I was very pleased by how curteous and respectfull Tyson and Zack were. I went in for a complete oil change, they let me know the cost and that is exactly what I paid. They also let me know exactly what would be done and everything they would check. It was my first visit but I can gladly say that I believe I have found an A+ mechanic shop.

The missing piece. I was having a problem with my 2001 Montero. After some work and repairs I was still unable to resolve an intermittent check engine issue. Tyson and Zac found the problem. A combination of known parts but unknown computer update was at fault. They work reasonably fast considering I was a walk-in and very reasonably priced as well. Its a small place and a little off the beaten path. I was talked to not talked at and treated with cortesy. Tyson was more than accommodating to every customer that walked in. My new Go-to guy.Update: 5/10/19 Not just an oil changeSo, I went to CA and the weather was well, let me say wet is an understatement. Noticed a flashing indicator light on my 4x4. When I got back, took it to Tyson, I also needed an oil change anyway. Dropped it off and before lunch the truck was done. The issue with the 4x4 was diagnosed with a simple repair at no charge. But the reason for the update is that he noticed my oil plug was starting to show signs of wear and replaced it. It’s all about the little things, just saying.Be warned, call for an appointment. They do get rather busy.

Scam artist,,,,, I took a vehicle there last week he quoted me $1,200 to fix the air conditioning system I took it to his competitor next door he charged me $345 Silver State book is a charge you $95 for a diagnostic fee which sucks you in but I didnt fall for it and dont you cuz he will try to scam you too
