I needed help to pass smog and had purchased an oil change package that gave me 3 free oil changes for a year, I went in for an oil change and was in and out within the hour. they provided an amazing service and with zero charge to me other than labor. I highly recommend very professional and affordable. 10/10 thank you guys so much

While passing through town my AC stopped working. I called around on a Saturday morning and no shops were able to get me in that day. Fortunately I called My Mechanic and they not only said they would run a free check on it immediately (other places charged a diagnostic fee of up to $150), but they also understood that I needed to have any work completed today. They gave me a basic estimate for a evac-recharge as a starting point, which I was fine with. Two hours later they have my car ready. A component had been improperly installed from previous work, and the refrigerant was low. My total was the original amount quoted. These guys understood I was passing through, and I was basically at their mercy. They were professional, honest and fast. So very impressed with this shop. My dad (who lives in the area) has decided this is where he will go for his auto repair needs from now on. Highly recommend.

When I arrived here, I was the first person and only person there for at least the first 20 minutes of business. I received a warm welcome from the counter worker and the mechanic on duty was a Pittsburgh Steelers fan. I talked a little football with him and he seemed honest, down to earth, and just a genuine guy. The reason I came to this station is because I needed an oil change and wanted to have the complimentary AAA 40 point inspection done as well. The AAA app showed me that it was near my vicinity so I went here after reading some great reviews. I like full synthetic oil and I didn’t mind paying a little more. Everything seemed fine. Well, I just did my own oil change and the oil screw and oil filter cover may have well been welded onto my vehicle. I recommend AAA take this place of service and add them to the places of disservice. Only jerks do this. If you don’t want to make money, I’ll help: DON’T GO HERE! Go somewhere else where they don’t make your life a struggle in the future.

Well I had scheduled an appointment. Arrive for my appointment. Then had to wait over an hour to be told they wouldnt get to my vehicle that day . Took 2 walkin customers over my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT!!! I had to inform the mechanic changing the oil on my mothers car at a prior visit as he did not know how to change the oil on a 2011 Corolla . Worst shop in town now that Mark is no longer the owner/ operator. I would highly advise seeking other means of repair as you are better off doing the work yourself.

These Guys Are Pros!My 2011 Sonata needed the starter replaced. I was torn between taking the car to the dealer Ive worked with since purchasing the car or finding a suitable alternative. Cost is always a factor but so is quality of the work. Integrity is of utmost importance because, without it, there is no trust. Unfortunately, dealers dont always have the best track record here. I decided to go with a AAA affiliated repair shop near me and found My Mechanic here in Henderson, NV. They were very patience, in explaining my options. They replaced my starter in a timely and professional manner at a very competitive price. They drove me back home and picked me up when the work was done. Did I mention that as a AAA member, they took 10% off my bill?Im now planning to do all future work at My Mechanic.

I had written a not so glowing report about this shop as my last time there was disappointing, the owner Frank called me and we had a very productive conversation. I do now understand keeping my car so long. On the other hand Frank told that the communication would certainly be improved the next time I was in.i was grateful for his call and plan to use them again.

No complaints. Got a simple oil change that was more affordable than any other place I’ve been and they offer a 5% discount when you pay with cash. They forgot to reset my oil monitor & I went back just as they were closing. They reopened & went back in the shop to try and figure out how to reset it & wouldnt allow me to leave until they did so. Mechanics had went home & they were all on YouTube trying to figure it out. Within 10mins I was out of there again. I can appreciate the determination!

I needed a fuel pump replaced. They were obviously busy but took a look at my car very quickly and gave me a very considerate quote for replacement and labor. When I dropped it off, they called me a few hours later and it was done. I can’t tell it’s been done well too. Honest. ;) It is nice to have a trustworthy source.

Best auto place I have ever been in. They were recommended to me by an out of town family member that went in to get some brake work done. I then went in to get a couple services done. They left my car working great and they only recommended what was necessary unlike other service shops. They truly are honest and I will only be bringing my car in here as long as I live in Henderson.

LOVE LOVE LOOOOOOVE this place. My cousins and I were in Vegas for a quick vacation. We went to have breakfast and when we came out our car didnt want to start(OH NO!). We are not from here so we dont know anybody but my friend, which when she called her dad he recommended these guys. And MAN! I am so thankful he did! When we called Mike answered and manage to have a tow for us and said he would look at it at no charge for us, took our info to make it easier when we got there, and it did!When we got there the nice girl in the front greeted us with a smile, super welcoming, she already knew who we were and then introduced us to Mike.They looked BU-SY, but got us right in, offered to set up a movie for us while we waited, offered the massage chairs (YEAH! THEY HAVE MASSAGE CHAIRS... BIG PLUS FOR ME).Then after like 30 minutes, Mike came with the results, took us to our car and showed us. It was the alternator. Explained very well the test results. Very informative about all the other little stuff. We didnt want to spend our vacation money on an alternator, AND he not only gave us a discount but he suggested their financing options so we didnt have to come out of pocket right then in there, then Divani helped us out with the application, making it quick and easy for us. We were able to enjoy our vacation after that NO PROBLEM!Super honest and great customer service.(By the way, I did asked my dad after we got home about the other little stuff they said and they were honest about all of it!!)THANK YOU MY MECHANIC!!!!!!!!!

Excellent repairs at a great price. The cost of repairs and workmanship is far above that of other shops in Las Vegas. If you want an honest quote and expect the repairs to be done right the first time around, I would highly recommend this shop. They even treat you with a respect that is hard to find in this day and age. No upsales, just honest quotes and repairs.

I will NEVER! go there again. They were going to call me when the job was done. So I sat for 8 hrs. (not their waiting room). They forgot about me waiting, & found the car had been ready for 1 1/2 hr. earlier.My dashboard cover looked like it was put back by a monkey. The inside windshield had dirty hand prints that they never tried cleaning.Part of the work was evacuating, & refilling the AC refrigerant. There was NO difference with the AC, still blowing warm air.I found after taking it to a reputable shop, they either over filled it, or skipped doing it all together.Now I have a working AC again. I was going to take it back, but being so angry with them, it wasnt worth the frustration. LESSON LEARNED!

Yesterday- (Saturday 6/1/19) was the second time I had brought my car in for service to MyMechanic Auto Service in Henderson. Approximately 6 weeks ago I had to have my car towed to MyMechanic Auto Service. I was told my car needed the alternator replaced. I was thinking to myself that I would be without a car for several days. Instead the mechanics got right to it and I had my car back by the end of the day. I was delighted to discover that my car actually seemed to run better than before the alternator went bad. Then I started noticing that my car seemed to be sucking gas @ an alarming rate. I am aware that all my tires are bad and need to be replaced which I will do as soon as I can afford to do so. I reasoned that was probably the reason I was experiencing such poor milage. But then I had an incident that after driving my car a short distance there was a gas type burning smell coming from the engine. Now I am worried it might be a faulty fuel pump. So back to the My Mechanic guys! They kept my car for a few hours. When I got the call, was told nothing had been found! I was very relieved. So guess it is the bad tires after all. The point of this rather long- winded account is how impressed I was with the MyMechanic Auto Service! I am a 75 year old lady and have had my experiences over the years with unsavory mechanics saying something expensive is wrong when by chance discovered a few times that it was not the case. These guys at MyMechanic had my car for several hours while I was at home. They could have told me anything but that is not how they fly. I think I have found the only place that I will trust to care for my car. And I intend to spread the good word to all my senior friends. Thanks guys!Shirley ( Sherry) Nesheim

Had problem after they fixed truck,took back, keep truck over night, but gave me vehicle to use, I font know if any shop that will give up there own personal vehicle to someone they dont even know. I’ve been to this mechanic shop many times over the years. Previously under the former ownership of “Honest Mechanic” and now under its new ownership “My Mechanic.” Since the new ownership, the service I received was far less then honest to say the least and considerably should be reported to BBB.More or less, here’s my experience- I bring in a used Chevy Silverado truck I purchased for a inspection, diagnostic, oil change and repair what appeared to be an issue with either the fuel pump (~$600)or fuel regulator (~$180). They were quick to just sell me a new fuel pump which was expensive. I pick up my truck and a few days later I’m still having issues with the burning gas smell. I have a friend take a look at the truck and he says I needed a new fuel regulator, not a fuel pump. I bring the truck back in and they’re quick to be defensive that I need now the regulator and claim the pump was bad too... if I needed the regulator, then why didn’t you say so in the inspection, instead of multiple times needing to leave my vehicle in the shop? I like the manager so I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, so I pay again...About 1 week later, my truck is leaking oil. I bring it back again a 3rd time to see if the oil cap was loose from when I had the oil change. They put the truck up on the lift and say I need to replace the head covers, and gasket seal (~$700). Once again, it’s odd that from when I purchased the vehicle and they were supposed to do pre-inspection that within 1 month all these repairs start coming and the truck is endlessly in the shop... I needed my truck for work so I reluctantly agreed to let them fix for a 3rd time since they said they would do same day repair or else I would’ve gotten a 2nd quote elsewhere. I pick up my truck and what do ya know, it’s still leaking.These guys have the nerve to start saying, oh well you have a rear main seal leaking (~$670) and we were just fixing the other stuff to “start from the top and work our way down.” Why don’t we NOW do a color dye test in your oil, so we actually really confirm where the leak was coming from after you paying us from fixing stuff from before that may or may NOT have even been the issue.... I’m not a rich guy, so for me to have spend this amount of money for this shop to just let me keep coming back to keep racking up bills on me was extremely unethical and disrespectful considering I was a loyal customer for years before under the previous owner who would’ve never done this to me.I ended up taking my truck elsewhere after getting burned 3 times (I feel like an idiot for trusting this shop) and for what it is worth- I found someone else who looked at the prices I was paying and quoted and outright said I was being taken advantage of. I ended up getting the rear main seal properly fixed by a reputable honest mechanic for much better pricing.It’s sad to say too many Las Vegas mechanics are like this shop- they just want to put money first over actually taking care of the customer. This short minded approach may have initially made them extra money but they forever will get bad reviews, loose repeat customers and any referrals and in the long run their karma will catch up to them.Avoid this place like the Plague!!!

Our Toyota Sienna broke down (Timing Belt/Water Pump). I had it towed to the dealer who quoted me over $1000. Called Honest 1 they were $450 cheaper and did an excellent job replacing everything. They earned my business on the next repair. Thank you!

Took my car there a few months ago for my rack and pinion, no problem at the time, Recently took for steering problems to find out they lost my wheel lock key and a lug nut from the previous fix. I know it was them because no one has worked on my car since. They did not look at the problem I first needed addressed because the same lug nut was missing and they could not look at my tie rod ends without taking the wheels off, and the wheel locks are still on. They gave me an estimate for $1100 to fix motor mounts. When I told them I didnt have that much, the attitude changed and I was blown off because I didnt have the money at the time. Very upset with the customer service and lack of responsibility for losing parts.Update: took my car to get a second opinion, turns out my motor mounts are fine. All I needed was 2 new tires and an alignment. Went from being told it would cost $1100+ to only having to pay $175 and my car if driving perfectly smooth now. I feel they were trying to rip me off because they dont sell tires, but make your own decision.

DONT NOT GO TO THIS PLACE . i just had work done there they used after markets motor mounts on it charged me 60 for each & 110 for labor each one ! Im finding the pieces online for 10 dollars . i just spent so much money with them and the problem was never fixed . when i went to leave with my car she completely died on me ! Save your time & money and go to actually REAL honest mechanics.

I have a Nissan Sentra manual transmission and the clutch system went out. I took my car there on a Friday and they were very busy. I was told that they would have my car done by Monday, needless to say, I was a little incredulous. I was called Saturday afternoon and given a quote of less than $750 and was amazed because other shops had quoted over $1000. Come Monday afternoon, I got a call and was told that my car was done. I rushed over and got my car to find that, due to it sitting in my driveway for 6 months, the battery was dead. I walked back in and asked for a boost. Not only were they willing to spare a mechanic for a few minutes to boost my car, but they did it for no extra charge. If anybody I knew was having car troubles, I would recommend Honest - 1.

At first I thought o ok nice place Everyone is nice I gave them 5 stars...I took my car there I had a bad throttle I already knew what my problem was so the diagnostic was free... they came up with nothing so we agreed to do the to throttle it was 675 to fix I didnt hve that so I ordered the part ..had a friend do it anyway I still had problems so u called them to see if they can do a diagnostic...he had an attitude he said its 99 dollars an hour for diagnositoc ...I was like what he g mad cuz I didnt bring my car there to do throttle I didnt hve the money..he said we dont do a free diagnostic for free so you can take it somewhere else to get fix...well first of all they didnt diagnose my car...its like dont. Be rude thanks to Firestone they​ where very nice and fix my car free diagnostic ...
