These guys fabricated a custom gate for us about 2 years ago, American flag design. Beautiful work. Two days ago our landscaper broke the lower hinge on the left gate. I called them and they came to fix it today. At no charge. You couldn’t ask for anymore customer service than that. These guys rock. 👍

I called Custom Customs Inc. to assist me in completing a metal fab job I was doing for a friend and his family. It was a spiritual emblem that the entire family would cherish forever. I wanted it to look amazing. It was not a large job so the metal portion that I needed could have been a challenge. Nick - gave me his full attention, asked precise detailed questions and had me bring in the piece. He called me back the next day and had completed the precise laser cuts to the metal portion for my fabricated piece. It looked amazing. I could not be more impressed with the dedication to customer service and the level of skilled craftsmanship that I recieved. I would highly recommend this business for any metal fabrication, power coating or other metal work needs. My completed job was a masterpiece to the family it represents.

I called Custom Customs in hopes they could build us a handrail for our stairs in our front yard. I had no idea what design I wanted, but Nick came over with so many options and helped us pick the best design for the style we were wanting for our home! He was even nice enough to let us personalize it with the S’s on the ends for our last name! Nick and his team went above and beyond for this project. They kept us updated and made sure it was everything we wanted it to be along the way! We could not be happier and highly recommend Custom Customs!

Custom Customs Inc. is awesome and my gate looks amazing.I wanted a new wider gate, I still had the original from the 90s, however I did not know if I wanted to do a panel or a cinderblock wall for the extra space in the opening. I requested estimates off Yelp and five companies came out.We communicated via email to schedule the appointment. On the day of the appointment Garry called and asked if he could come earlier since he was close, I was home so why not. Garry was very professional, detailed, and thorough about everything; even helped me decide it was better to go with a panel. Out of all five companies, Garry was the only one who acted like he wanted the job! We went over measurements, design, color, and the process from start to finish what to expect. The same night I was emailed an estimate with all the details we discussed. I contacted him a couple days later and told him I was going with Custom Customs Inc; he turned the estimate into a contract and got me on the schedule. They are busy so there is a wait, which I was told about up front. When I had questions all I had to do was call or text Garry and he got right back to me.When my name came up on the list, they contacted me and we got the process going. The team contacted me along the way to make sure they had all the correct details and that it was still what I wanted; even sent a picture of the gate prior to the power-coating. I have several dogs so not having a gate for any amount of time can be challenging; they understood this and did what they could to limit the time.They called me the day before the install to let me know they would be out the next day. The morning of I got a text with a timeframe that they would be out. When they were on their way, they called to let me know approximate arrival time. The owner actually came and did the install; you can tell he takes pride in his work!! Before they left they explained maintenance.

Oh. My. God!... my new split gate was so with the wait. They measured and truly listened to what I wanted and it’s gorgeous. The color is amazing and they removed my old nasty gate and made it safe for us and our dog. By listening, they earned my repeat business and recommendations. Love, love, love my gorgeous new gate!!!

What an amazing company!! I hired Custom Customs, Inc. to make my security door and I am in LOVE with it! Garry came out and did my estimate and was very thorough with all of my options, Rob the lead fabricator had some amazing ideas and I let him run with it, and Nick the owner was at the install going over every single detail to make sure everything went smoothly and they even sprayed a sanitizer on my door after install which was super impressive with all this Covid19 craziness. Custom Customs by far went above and beyond with every single detail.

WOW! I dont even know where to begin. Nick and his team are such great people. Ive order a few signs from him, and it is always quality work. I get so many compliements on my sign in my house that I decided to gift one to a family member. I called Nick and boy did he take care of me. He went above and beyond to ensure the sign was exactly how I wanted it, and even finished it in a timely manner. I had a lot of requests, and probably more demanding than the average joe! Lol.
