I’m late writing this but in early April our dock pole broke. While others were non responsive or non-helpful on the Monday after our problem was identified I called Alumadock (and NO we do NOT have an Alumadock, it’s wooden). Parker was AWESOME! He called back immediately and had a pole out at the house within hours. They are definitely responsive and helpful. We will be looking at them helping us when we can go to an aluminum dock!! Thanks Parker and Alumadock!!!

Very few products are so much better than their competitors that its not even a question of who to buy from. After seeing all the Aluminum socks on the market its obvious to me nothing compares to them. I have a B.S. in Construction and deal know the qualities of well built structures and wow! It doesnt hurt these guys that run the place are top notch and make you feel like family. Getting a new dock is nothing I look forward to but the benefits of the beautiful Alumadocks is I want be dealing with this problem again. Did I mention how beautiful my dock is its covered in so much wood per my request I would have no clue it isnt a regular wood dock. Thanks for all yall have done.
