This place of business Is the only postal business That I go to when I first moved out here i was going to the regular post office and The experience there was strictly business and very unprofessional but With this Postal Annex Their service is so friendly and inviting Almost like Visiting relatives They are extremely kind courteous polite And every other adjective I believe Kimberly And Gracie Are great examples Of proper professionalism...kudos to Henry

I have a mailbox here, I absolutely love the mother daughter duo. They are always so friendly. They are true essential workers. Worked all through the shut downs during COVID. The manager goes out of her way to help. She was out for surgery and came back earlier then she should have. These lady’s work everyday. They truly look out for each other. I recently opened a mail box account at this location. Unfortunately I quickly found our that customer service is not the focus here. My last postal annex mailbox was awesome. Great customer service always. At this location the manager basically stays at the far end in her area and never helps the female associate with anything. I believe that she is stressed and does not like her job. Most happy people dress for success that is not the case here. I completely understand why the associate wouks not like her job. She is stuck to handle all customers. The manager actually left the store last week while there was a line of customers waiting. In fact she has ignored the line everytime that Ive been in. I decided to speak with her yesterday but what a waste of time. I told her she has horrible customer service skills. She told me Im the only one that thinks that way. To the owners please check out your business and see if improvements need to be made. You have a lot of unrented mail boxes!

I come here all the time to get things printed. Kim and Gracie at the hemet location are so sweet.They always help me out, highly recommend this place as long as those girls are there! Theres never any hassle i’m always just in and out with exactly what i needed.

Customer service is poor and they are so rude I dont recommend any one doing service there I went for a live scan and they were where to lazy they just lost money for the owners

I would rate 5 stars but they tried to charge me $12 to ship a Small Flat rate Usps box... They ship them at USPS for $8. Ive also been to Post Annexs in Lake Elsinore that charged what USPS does, so Im having a hard time understanding the extra $4 per box.Other than that the staff was kind and the shop is well kept.

This postal annex doesnt even stay open til the time they say online and on the door hours. I came to bring packages because FedEx was closed due to a power outage and this place said open until 4, when i came it was barely 3:28 and the door was locked and closed. Wont count on coming here again.

The closing hours are posted at 4:00 PM on Saturday, arrived at 3:40 PM and was closed. I was not the only upset customer there at the time. Management at this place is lacking to say the least.

I’ve gone into this place a couple times to buy cards since they have really nice ones and the ladies are great. The shipping service is good and fast. They know what they are doing here which makes it easier on us.

Lost my package...they wont help find it. Say its not their problem. Have Postal Annex receipt from drop-off to them but that means nothing. Hope you have better luck if you try them. I would take the time and drive to another location if you want your package to get delivered.UPDATE: Postal Annex takes no responsibility for lost packages regardless of having a receipt. FedEx and UPS cannot do anything if they do not scan it...Postal Annex scanning DOES NOT count for UPS or FedEx. Drop off at UPS or FedEx locations ONLY or your insurance claim will be denied.

This place is definitely 5 stars staff is super friendly .... the store is clean and lots of really cool stuff.. while we were there I noticed all employees had the proper training for finger printing ... thats how a store should be ran no need to come back because of lack of training .... Great job keep up the good work there :)

Every time I come here to have my prints taken by LiveScan, they have trouble getting clean prints. My prospective employer had them rejected by the Department of Justice as unreadable. I returned to have them retake. They said they needed the letter. That was all they said. I returned with the letter, but no. They said I needed another form. I returned with both about 15 minutes before they closed. The owner, Henry, said he could not accommodate me. Three strikes, your out. It takes a lot to ruffle my feathers and drive me to a bad review, this did it! Dont use them for prints!

Henry is so nice and accommodating. It was a pleasure to do business with him.

How I wish all customer service businesses could learn from Henry and his staff! I have been going to Henry for years and he treats you like family. His sincere work ethics are passed onto to his associates, in particular, Amanda. She is very knowledgeable and a tremendous back-up for Henry when the place is jumping. Although the lines may be out the door at times, no one turns around and leaves. Knowing their needs will be processed professionally and accurately, the wait is worth it!My mother-in-laws doctors office could take some serious pointers from Henry. I appreciate everyone and their friendly staff! As a loan signing agent, I appreciate that they are friendlier than the local UPS store staff, and that I am able to kill two birds with one stone by dropping docs for either UPS, FedEx or USPS with out additional charge!

Easy to use

Says it closes at 6pm. I went in for a live scan at 4:50pm. Staff said they couldn’t do it but another employee at another location said they could do it as long as I showed up before 5pm. Poor communication or the employee was just lazy.

I have been in here twice now for finger printing and it’s been a run around every time!! I will never use this place!
