They need to make more UPS stores in hemet or San jacinto area this place is always packed.. plan 10- 25 minutes here. Just for a quick amazon scan and return

The workers are very helpful and always have the best attitudes when helping. Every time I’ve called or gone into the store they have been so patient and helpful!

WORST EXPERIENCE LINE ALWAYS RIDICULOUSLY BUSY WORKERS MILK THE LINE SO THEY HAVE SOMETHING TO DO ALL DAY AND THEN THE WOMAN OPENES THE STORE 20MINS LATE?!!!!!!! Nothing really bad everyone helpful only down side is the line can go out the door as this is the only one in town.

The staff are nice enough but appeared very disorganized, lots of talking to one another and no sense of urgency.

Awful customer service by a rep named Kayla. I walked in and noticed there were two reps working. The one rep was busy on the phone. I waited in line and Kayla asked how she can help me. I told her I needed to print something from an email how do I do that. She gave me instructions and told me if I can step to the side since I wasnt ready, which I did. When I was ready I noticed the line got long. I did not ask to cut the line I respectfully went to the back of the line. There were 2 or 3 customers in front of me. The one girl in front of me started conversation with Kayla regarding how her day was and how she likes working here. They were conversating back and forth for a good few minutes. Eventually the customer Kayla was talking to had to step out so instead of taking me since I was next she took two other customers that just walked in. I said excuse me Im next instead of taking me she took the next customer. Awful, will never come here again!

Horrible wait time. I understand there is going to be a wait due to current circumstances but the wait today was very excessive. 20 people in line. I waited for about 45min and I was 7th in line. Poor girl at the front was all alone. No complaints for her. She was doing the best she could.

Great that they accept Usps prepaid packages and post, along with UPS. Usually long queue at the store. Maybe more staff might help.

Priority shipped an envelope to be delivered at the time given by them. Paid $75 for this service and the envelope had never left the hub. They 100% failed.

This white girl closest to the door help me twice and out of all those times she’s had this face of not wanting to being there . She wanted to charge me for UPS paid label .point is if you do not want to help people get a different job and go to a warehouse.

I took a package shipping thru ups needed to pay for them to print the label $3.50 for a paper print out ridiculous when it’s there own package. FedEx does not charge if it’s there own package and if not there’s 50 cents.

I come here often and have always had great service! Even if they’re very busy you still get service with a smile! They’re always very helpful with shipping out my packages. I also had them make a banner for my daughters graduation last year and it came out beautifully. Highly recommend this store.

I have two boxes there and have requested my mail to be packaged and sent once a week during the covid-19 pandemic. They are always very helpful in this regard and in everything else we seek assistance with. A very ethical small business.

The UPS store is how I deal with my clients remotely. Its nice to have a notary on staff at most all the time. My clients show up to their documents already being printed, they sign, get them notarized and UPS then ships for me after calling for payment. Seamless and I use them exclusively throughout the country.

Young kid working there is extremely rude. He needs training on communication skills. Use your words and explain to your customer what is needed to be done step by step.

Was at the store at 3:59 they closed at 4:00pm. GATE was already down,, They wouldnt take my pre labeled package for processing, there were other customers trying to use there keys to get to their mailboxes and the keys didnt work. Terrible customer service, if this is how they want to run their business I will use the competition USPS, FEDEX.

Jacki helped me tremendously. My package label wasmt correct from a company. The company told me that ups will package free, which was a lie. Jacki helped. I was crying super frustrated and she made it 100 percent better.

This is the best UPS store I have used. The staff all of them, really care about their customers. As a frequent shipper I have met everyone there. When I dont show up for a while The staff gets concerned. I have many options for shipping packages, however I will only go to this UPS store regardless of size of package I ship. I wish there were more stars to give to this store but at five stars, multiply that by infinity and thats my rating. Keep up the good work.

This place is really slow, if there are 5 people in front of you expect a 30 minute wait.

I was very disappointed.. I wanted to support local businesses so I shipped packages today and told the young man at the front desk I wanted it to go the least expensive way. He told me that would be UPS ground..I asked if it could go out USPS and he told me no.. on both packages. I know this is not true since I have mailed almost the same thing in the past with the option of USPS. Shameful and so dishonest, especially if it is management requiring this of their employees.

This UPS is by far one of the fastest yet local stores in town. Great service for all your UPS needs. Staff are well knowledgeable to answer pretty much anything you have in mind. I was in and out with no hassle every time. Recomend it to the people who like to get things done fast.

Went in to notorize and fax some documents. It was very busy at the time. The staff greeted the customers and informed them that they were short staffed today and would be with them as soon as they could. The acknowledging of the customers waiting in line was very professional.

This is my go to place when I need to send something out through UPS. We order through Amazon often and anytime something needs to go back this is where we go for hassle free service. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful.

Very nice, efficient, and fast!On May 15 2019 I visited UPS Store, there were two young ladies working, and the line was long. The young ladies were great, I was watching in line ; , both young ladies smiled, were curtIous, and knew their job well! I also would like to say the customers in line were understanding, and very nice, one customer even let me go ahead of him.4 star rating!!

The UPS store is so generous with us. Each year they deliver boxes and boxes of books to the Boys & Girls Club for us to share with our kids and other clubs! Great for the Kids and Great for the Community!

Closed on when should be open. Happened more than once. Supposed to open at 8am on Saturday morning, here at 9am and doors are locked.

Awesome staff very helpful!!! Went to pay my gas bill and the computers were down. They offered to hold the bill and the money and will put it in as soon as computers were up.

I go in and every time there is one young lady that helps me out short young lady reddish hair, very friendly , very nice, always helpful. ..always knows what I need,..anytime I go in and if she isnt working, its so sad because every one else is so rude, and unpleasant and doesnt want to help at all. They are always busy talking or on there phones rather then help the customers. But its young ladies like her...I always forget to catch her name...but she always has a smile on her face and a great attitude. And so helpful. ..next time I go in I will get her name.

This place is ridiculous. I had 1 piece of paper to laminate, and they helped someone else that had 30 before me. After I had been waiting for 15 minutes for the machine to warm up. Bad service.

Charged me double for a 7 pound small package. $28 at the store, and then another $30 a week later to my debit card without my consent. $58 for a small 7 pound (weighed by the store clerk) package VIA UPS Ground. Theifs...

Tomorrow is Valentines day and ive been trying to get a photo of me and my girlfriend printed for the longest. I had a custom poster size photo printed for $13.75!! Huge photo! Their connection with the Temecula store was fast and easy and was done the same day! 5 star service

I came to this ups store twice and both experiences were not pleasant! Both individuals that assisted me are rude and had an attitude with my questions/concerns. They need to work on their customer service.

One woman there is a true loser. I only wanted to solve the problem, regardless of fault. I gave them two items, intended to be sent to TWO different addresses. They sent both items to ONE customer.Also, as another reviewer said, I had trouble using my cell phone to update some online sales data for my customer. The girl provided PC usage without any comment. I got my CC slip and later noticed they charged $3 for less than 10 minutes of usage. Anyone, ANYONE with a shred of respect and honesty (i.e. customer service), has the responsibility to TELL you they are going to charge you, otherwise it is of course assumed to be NO charge.My reputation IS what makes my business. When I discovered the mistake, called the UPS Store, another woman answered who was rude, defensive, etc. I did not do anything to upset her, I spoke calmly and friendly, this was not WWIII, just a mistaken shipment error. I told her I just wanted to solve the problem, but she continued to demonstrate her emotional infancy.I finally got tired of her disrespect and calmly but firmly told her I did not appreciate her attitude, that she was providing poor customer service, and then I said, Mam, what is your name?, and she then hung up on me.I called UPS Store Corporate (as these are franchises). No human, they force you to leave a v-mail and well call you back in two or less HOURS. On that msg I stated my disdain for that glaring example of who cares! service. I told them the situation, requested they call as soon as possible. They NEVER called.I have submitted complaint to my CC company, requesting full refund. Ive lost a $50 sale and a BLACK MARK on my online sales reputation. My customer was furious, the item was time-sensitive.This is the only UPS Store in the area, and they are some nasty little witches. Strongly suggest going anywhere but there.

I live in NY and was in Hemet visiting my mom. I went to the UPS store in Hemet to ship some things home and required 2 boxes. Customer service was questionable...one woman was laughing at what Id brought in and even called to a co-worker to come and look at my items. Then, when I received my boxes today, one of the boxes was the same box Id taken my items to the UPS in...and wrapping. I was charged for TWO boxes and TWO boxes worth of wrapping material. I just called to talk to them about it, and when I mentioned the box issue the woman said, Well I guess our shipper isnt doing their job. and then when I brought up the wrapping materials she became cold and rude, like how dare I be calling and wanting money back for items I did not get. I visit my mom once a year and ship things back every time Im there...I will NEVER use the Hemet UPS again.
