Very clean and quiet place to wash. Washers are really good... dryers arent bad either. If you have a lot of clothes or towels then youll to dry more then once. Plus the sell detergent if you run out or dont have any.

Washland has a clean inviting facility and friendly staff. I don’t see any reason why the rating is so low. Probably just some miscommunication. I would recommend anyone in the area needing laundry services to give them a try! 😎✌🏻

Need attendent on duty but nice and clean

Big place plenty of machine but we had to rewash because it didnt spin out clothes were soaked pay to dry Laundry perks were too high to have to pay to dry.It took five minute to start the.washer too many at once they said.

Machine 33 didnt put out much water at all had no but little Sud, not happy at all been coming here since last year first time going thru this..

I love this place! Never been to any other facility since Ive moved out here. The ladies that work here are like aunties. Its never crowded and we always get in & out with no issues.

The attendent was very rude our clothes was still drying and she was ready to go so she turned the lights out while we was still drying our clothes SO NO STARS

They have snacks and TVs to keep you entertained when your waiting for your clothes to be done!!

I feel deterred about coming back, I was a potential customer. I had every intention of making this my laundromat. Sometimes it’s the demeanor of the person, not necessarily, the outcome of the situation. A smile goes a long way, I don’t like feeling like a nuisance.

The washer and dryer works great. And it have a clean environment.

Wow! This place has certainly gone down. I live on 80th Street and travel to 180th Homewood bc it is my favorite laundry mat. It is normally clean and quiet. But not today. Upon entering a woman was eating very sloppy with her hands then yells rudely that baby (referring to my teenager) is carrying all the heavy stuff. Then I notice someone brought a dog which was walking around the whole time I was there. I am allergic to dogs. They held a loud conversation the whole time I was there. I will not return here.

Nice and quick. Prefer the quiet sounds of morning versus the blaring sound of a TV.

The attendant lady is very nice and she brought her cute dog and it really brightened my day. The machines make my clothes look brand new

Love the machines and effectiveness of how they wash and clean clothes...but, some of the female staff [ well I dont know]. This is the third visit and it seems as though customers are being watched by workers.. now why this would b who knows??During the second visit the female worker [ week day in the am] not only watched me but verbalized, I havent seen you her before?Today/Wednesday the 13th around 10:45am, I visited to wash a couple items and was watched again... a lot of loud talk between female staff and a couple of customers..This needs to b corrected so folks can wash and dry their items in a friendly serene setting.

I read the reviews and decided to see for myself if Washland in Hazel Crest,IL.was worth my business.My experience while washing was totally different than the negative comments I read.The facilities are clean,staff was pleasant and helpful. I came within the hours of operation and had no problem,except with one of the dryers which did not dry my clothes thoroughly. I notified a lady attendant who apologized and refunded my money which I used in another dryer. I believe in treating people the way I want to be treated and that is with respect and understanding.Parents of children in the facility should exert better control over them when in public,but they did not.Some parents allowed their children to run around,play with equipment and play in the washroom.My question, do they allow this at home? Staff should not have to correct their bad behavior, but if they do the parent/parents should not say derogatory comments to the staff.As a customer I should not have to listen to imbecilic remarks.Parents control your children and don’t leave your children or clothes unattended. Kudos to the Washland Staff,you have great patience.

Experienced the same rudeness by the woman attendant that was identified by others. I will not be back. I was reprimanded for walking to my washing machines because she chose to mop while I was washing clothes. I had the lights turned off on me at 9:40 as I was rushing to fold my clothes standing at the dryer. The man working there was gracious and kind.

The lady at the desk with short hair is such a beautiful soul she makes everyone laugh and th laundromat is clean nice and super convenient

Clean and good machines, but staff was rude. A large sign advertised free WiFi and said to ask the attendant for the code. When we asked, the attendant told us abruptly that she didnt know the code and made no apology or explanation. We came in at 8:00 p.m. and had our freshly washed clothes in the dryer by 8:45. By 9:30, one load was done, and I had just put in a couple more quarters to finish drying a comforter and a load of towels that were not quite dry when the lights were turned out. I said to the attendant that I thought it closed at 10:00 (based on both the website and the sign on the front door). She responded in an irritated tone of voice that had I read the sign CAREFULLY I would have seen that they close at 9:00 because it says last wash at 9:00. Confused, I said that last wash usually meant that that was the latest you could start a load, and that the sign clearly said that they closed at 10:00 (the sign also stated that the doors would be locked at 10:30). She just shrugged and walked away, clearly wanting to leave early. I loaded up my still damp laundry at 9:30 and went home. I wondered if she was getting paid to work until 10:30 and if her boss knew she left at 9:30. We wont go back there.

First time there.I needed help thr machines cheats you out yout money.For instance if the machine is $5.20 you buy a card. To wash and dry so if the machine is$5.20 your card has to be $6.oo and you dont get change. So why not say $6.00?

Employees are very friendly, very clean. Coin operated so if you cant be bothered with the card operated machine, this is your laundry mat. Vending machines have a great variety of snacks and drinks.

Blonde black lady extremely rude. Im black too. Ive been washing here for two months and have been avoiding an argument with this worker. However, today was unavoidable. I was about to leave and she acosted me and accused me of possibly starting a fire with dyer doors being left open. I told her that I was about to close them. She yelled at me and said I should have closed them sooner. ENOUGH!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

The bald headed blonde lady who runs the night shift is very flakey. Closes and locks the door ahead of scheduled closing time without warning. DONT GO HERE. RUDENESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

The attendant was terrible we arrived at approximately 920 on the Internet and on the sign it States that the laundromat will not be closed and 12:00 a.m. the attendant had my daughter call me at 10:15 and state that the laundromat is closed and she is ready to go because she was already there for 10 hours when we had approximately an hour and a 1/2 more time we wound up leaving with wet clothes I was very dissatisfied
