Place was clean. It has lots of big clean, working front load washer. The smallest maybe 3 loads and the largest 8. The have some top loads also.The dryers work great.It wasnt crowded and there was no bad vibes.

This is the cleanest laundromat Ive ever visited! Its nowhere near my house but after my first experience Im seriously considering driving 30 minutes every week to use this laundromat again! The prices are average (there is no free dry but the washing machine price is low so I spent the same amount of money as my usual laundromat) You need to add money to a Laundry World card to use the machines which you can easily do at the self-serve kiosks with cash or a credit/debit card. It doesnt give you change and there are no refunds so if you put $20 in but only need $10 its stuck on the card. The baskets roll nicely and there are PLENTY of folding tables. Its very big so social distancing is easy to maintain. They have a vending machine with a nice selection. There is a little seating at the front too

Ive been to cheaper laundromats with the same type of equipment. The laundry cards are very convenient. My big qualm is how they advertise all over their site that theres games and internet when theres neither at this location. The wifi is locked with a password, and when I inquired over the phone, they said they are not offering it right now.

Very clean! Plenty of washers and dryers. TV wasnt too loud. Vending machines were well-stocked. Dryers were $.50/15min but I only needed 45 min for a full load of towels. They do have you load money on a card instead of using quarters so bring large bills.

The best thing about Laundry World in Hazel Crest is the water is actually hot and the place is so clean you could eat off the floor!! The Laundry World I was going to in Richton Park gives out cold water even though you press the Hot water button so I stopped going there. This one gives you hot water and clean clothes so I will come to this one from now on.

The facility, and that includes the bathroom, are always clean. Theres an on-site attendant if you require any help.

The attendant is very nasty putting people out for no reason wetting the floor by the washers so you can fall even called the police on someone and she pretend not to speak English. Horrible experience

The staff that work there take very good care of that place...their restrooms are VERY CLEAN. As we were folding our laundry the woman was cleaning up and tidying things, the gentleman was pulling the filters out of the dryers and vacuuming them out. My husband and I live in oak Forest and we travel here to do our laundry because the place we live across the street from us FILTHY! Worth the drive! They’re dryers are amazing! Wonderful place!!! Keep up the GREAT WORK!

I generally go to the laundromat for larger items. But when I do, I only go to Laundry World out of all the others. It’s clean and well kept.

I dropped off a huge comforter and it was done promptly. I would have liked for it to have that laundry fresh smell, and that seemed to be missing.

I had to get used to the laundry card since I havent been to the laundry mat in 30+ years, but I like the card versus the pain of gathering quarters. The facility is clean and inviting with plenty of different sized washers and plenty of dryers. I can even wash comforters and linens with no problem! The TVs provide plenty of entertainment and if you get hungry or thirsty, the vending machines will tide you over. Im no longer in a hurry to replace my broken washer.

Normally 4-5 star but employees does not honor posted time. They will lock the doors 5-10 minutes and sometimes 1 hour before last wash posted. The older lady is rude and disrespectful. Inquiry made to corporate office in Schaumburg.

Items were stolen from my dryer. I Followed up with management to have the camera reviewed and after about a week of back and forth I was advised that they saw no one take anything from my dryer. Thats a complete lie. I know exactly what I brought there to be washed. I know I put them in the dryer and unless they were eaten by the dryer, someone stole my items. Stay away from this place.

Yall are simply amazing! I just came from another establishment because it was closer to were I live now. I was absolutely appalled by their conditions. I love you guys laundry world yall are the best to me by far. I will be treking way across town to do my laundry because I am spoiled by you all service!

I drove out of my way on my way home from work to do one load of work clothes only to be locked out of the place. Online it states they are open until 11. I was there at 9 and they wouldnt let me in.
