I have had nothing but great experience with Runways Limousine in the 5+ years that Ive been using them. They are always on time - regardless of how early some of my pick ups have been. My family and I had a wonderful service from Runway Limousine.The booking process was so simple,completed with in 5 minutes.On day of pick-up they arrived before the time, I really impressed,and started drive for destination( wedding ceremony ).driver I had were fantastic; very professional, accommodating, thoughtful and punctual.He was incredibly friendly and the car was immaculately clean ,modern, and comfortable. I highly recommend using this company,After wedding ceremony also he came at time for drop and drive was very safe and comfortable,we are very happy with Runway limousine service ,on other hand, Runway limousine price was very effort-able than others and surprisingly Runway limousine has given special discount offers also.In my opinion , Runway limousine service is a greatest service i ever had.

Highly recommended!!!!! Booked this company for my 50th birthday. We had the best time !!The driver showed up 30 minutes early. The car was just like the pictures the bar was fully stocked as promised except there was no soda but the driver stopped for us on the way so we could get some .. Our driver was so sweet and very accommodating and he took us us right to the places we wanted to go and was there waiting for us when we got out .. We really had a great time and I was very impressed with this company.. Will definitely hire them again for my next fun night !!! A++++++

I had my druthers quince birthday party and got a Party busthe driver was excellent and on time.I recommend them very much.

Awful. This is the first review Ive ever written. I write it with the hope that some of you will read it and avoid the nightmare / ripoff that is this company. To begin with the driver was one hour late which compromised the entire evening (my sons junior prom). Upon arrival he had to call the office to have them explain hoe to open the door. I called repeatedly to demand some kind of reparation. After being put on hold endlessly I was told they would reduce the charge. They didnt. They took advantage of the kids. I am livid. If I could afford it I would pay people not to use this company.

Party bus was an old, converted, short school bus. On top of that, they knowingly double-billed my credit card, and refused to refund the erroneous charge. Paul insisted on the credit card dispute process, even though we never had a contract, as he was hired by another limo company to cover my service. So he got paid by them, and charged me as well. The guy is a crook.

Way over priced! The ad on their site is a lie. I rented a Party Bus from another company for WAY less than what they offered for an 8 passenger limo. The buttons on their website were broken and I mentioned it to the lady and she didnt even care. Passing on this one.
