We celebrated my birthday, everything was really easy. They explained the vehicles and prices, also they send us pictures of their cars and decoration packages. We decided to book the party bus and it was the best night out. The decoration was pretty nice, they even deco the champagne!! We did some stops around sf. The driver was really professional, on time. The party bus smells great and it was really clean. In general we highly recommend this company and we will love to celebrate another birthday.

I feel very concern in regards to this company! Their prices are amazing. However, they request more then half the amount. Well all most the full amount for a deposit. They request Venmo cash payments. Now who would pay the full amount for a limo service without guaranteed that they will even show.

Terrible service! Do not hire this Limo company! We hires them for my sisters’ quinceañera 2 weeks ago. We had the worst experience starting with the driver. He was not capable of driving a limo, he did not know what he was doing. The limo was not able to go up a hill! The driver had to go in reverse! The kids were put in danger! I immediately called the company and I was told limos can not go up hills! What?!!! And she has the nerve to hang up on me! We were not able to go to the location of our photos because the limo was not working! We had to go to a different location where it was not the greatest! My sisters were late to their party because he was not able to get there on time when were only 10 minutes away from the event.I once again spoke to the company and they did nothing!While dropping off the kids the driver told my brother, who is not 18 that he was going to charge us a $50 tip!I called the company and they refuse to give me a refund. They would like give me a refund of $50 because I did not ask for a different car. At no time was I given that option! I could not have 20 kids in the middle of the street waiting for a ride!They did not give us the service they promised! Do not waste your money!!

We used Bus Limo for our wedding and it was an absolute pleasure working. He was very honest, responsive, and courteous throughout the planning process. He told us exactly what we would need to achieve our vision for the wedding and he was right. We would absolutely call him in the future. Thanks!

Their car rental services are super convenient and easy to schedule. The driver arrived on time and the limo bus was extremely clean.
