My daughter was moving across the country and her car broke down on I-70. She got towed to this shop and was treated honestly and quickly. They worked on her car and got her going, even though it was after their normal business hours. I will be forever grateful to their professionalism.

We were driving through Kansas when our car had some issues. They gave us an honest assessment and fixed the issue quickly and affordably, and we were able to get back on the road! Their customer service and hospitality was also exceptional!

We broke down on our way to Colorado on a Saturday. They were the only shop open anywhere near us, but the owner, Jesus was immediately helpful when we called, even calling around to see if he could help us find a tow from down the highway.They spent all Saturday until after 9pm working on diagnosing the issues.They were extremely helpful and even loaned us a personal vehicle when we needed it in addition to offering rides if we needed them.They worked diligently all the way through Sunday and into Monday.They were able to diagnose a much larger issue with the vehicle and allowed me to leave the vehicle there until a tow back home could be arranged.They ended up giving an extremely fair and generous price.They were diligently, friendly, helpful, generous and exceeded every expectation. I highly recommend them.They were a true blessing!

I needed a tire changed and it was 8 oclock at night and these guys were so kind and quick about changing it and even checking a few extra things on my vehicle to make sure I knew exactly what was wrong with my wheel! So very nice and professional!! Will definitely be using them again!!

Jesus saved my trip. A/C blowed up in the middle of the road on Saturday night and I went to the shop right before closing. Jesus accepted me and worked on my car overtime. Even after that, he charged me for the work at the lowest price in the range for that type of work.

Young business owner that did good work for me, and seems like an honest guy. My alternator went out on the hwy, and he swapped out, and had me going again the same day. Fair price. Friendly attitude. I would prefer going to a guy like this, over a dealership, any day, but they can be hard to find.

Highly Highly recommend!!! My son and his girlfriend got a flat tire traveling from Florida to Colorado on the Fourth of July. The rental car company said there was no place for 300 miles that they could bring the car to not to mention every place that I could find in Hays was not only closed on the fourth but also the next day on Sunday. However this place stepped up and came to the rescue fixed there tire and got them back on the road and at a decent price. What more can a business do to not only earn business but to stay in business. Much Respect! From one business owner to another I salute you!

Super nice, incredibly helpful. Got pretty unlucky with some tire trouble on the highway. Called them up and they were immediately willing to help. If you run into car trouble just call them dont even think.

Hands down, this place was awesome and we highly recommend to anyone in the area. Traveling from Colorado to Ohio on a military move we broke down on a Sunday night. While everyone else in the area was closed, Jesus Madrigal; the owner, answered his phone and even called in his hired help to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. The awesome part about this experience was the fact that it was actually a boat trailer that had broken down on us that Sunday night, and even though Jesus’s shop does not repair or advertise the repairing of such things, he stepped up to help a stranger out in a time of need. He requested almost next to nothing upon payment but simply asked to pay his good deeds forward. So friendly, kind, fair and happy to help with a smile. Thank you Jesus for all your help, much respect and I highly recommend your shop. Five stars.

Had 2 flat tires. And it was also after hours and they were closed. So amazing that they came in anyways and change both my tires for me. and I have great prices. Very courteous very friendly and professional. I would recommend anybody come here to get their tires.

We were on about a 10 hour road trip when we started having some car issues. Called several places and Jose called me back and said he could get us in the same day and get us back on the road. They were super nice to my family and got our car fixed as quickly as possible

True Life Saver!!!On my way back from visiting my mother in OKC my car decided it wanted to give me issues in not other place than the middle of Kansas at 2 a.m. at a rest stop. After hours of calling around and not being able to find any shop open on Saturday I reach the shop owner and he agreed to pick me up and fix my car or try to that day. But a tow truck had all ready pulled up for me so he took me to the shop. As much as he wanted to get me on the road the part wasnt available. Now heres where this man saves my life. Im on probation traveling on a permit that ended that day. Despite my car not being fixed I had to make it. This shop owner not only gave me a ride back to Colorado, hours away from home on a moments notice. Not knowing me from Adam and Eve, he also refused to take money from me when he drop me off. Now if thats not worth going to his shop it gets better. What we originally thought was the issue wasnt and he continued to try all he could over the next few days to get it running. Finally when the car was finished he didnt milk me for money and he only charged me for fixing the problem. Any other shop would have charged for everything they tried in the process. I owe you and your nephew. You turned my horrible situation into a story I will share for the rest of my life. Just when I was losing faith in humans. God sent me to The Auto & Tire Master. You dont meet people like them anymore. So if nothings wrong with your car still stop by and give him a pat on the back for more than a job well done. Ill see you soon!
