Not sure why my dads name came up but my husband and I - Wendi and James Cox - was broke down in Ellis, KS on a Sunday. What we quickly learned is that nothing is open on Sundays in a small town. However, we could get a tow. I apologize that I can’t remember his name but the tow truck driver was amazing, He did a perfect job towing our truck and trailer. He was not only good at what he does, he was kind and helpful. Kudos to you Sir. Thank you!Unfortunately the repair that was supposed to happen on Monday didn’t as no mechanic was on shift even though we were told otherwise. Our truck got repaired elsewhere and we are able to get back on the road.

Family was traveling to Oregon when our RV broke down nearby. They got it fixed in no time and were very polite and efficient. The costs were very REASONABLE and AFFORDABLE. We felt very lucky to have found such WONDERFUL service. Our family is very thankful, helping us get back on the road safely and quickly.

We broke down while on vacation and needed a tow to a Jeep dealership. The guy that helped us out was down to earth and very professional. He got us where we needed to be and had a good conversation about the current state of the world. Hopefully we never break down in Kansas again but this is the place to call if you need a wrecker.

A HUGE shout out to Cole and his team! Long story short, our daughters Subaru blew an engine in the middle of nowhere and they were able to help us get the vehicle towed to their facility where it stayed until they could order in and install a new engine. Everyone was courteous, responsive, helpful and committed to getting our daughters vehicle fixed properly and back on the road. They are fantastic. They rescued us on the side of the highway when our boat trailer burned up its bearings. Very professional and extremely courteous!! Got us taken care of and everyone we dealt with there were very nice!! Would recommend them to all!!

Broke down about 10 miles outside of Hays, KS. Called Scott to get a tow. He was there within 20 minutes of my call. We pulled into the shop around 445P. Scott was able to quickly determine what part I needed and ordered it right away before closing for the day. The part was there by 8A the next morning and Scott had me back on the road by 9A. They even let me use a loaner car to get a hotel for the night. The prices were fair, the service was excellent and the professionalism was top notch. I would definitely recommend this business to other travelers and locals.

Our truck broke down on the side of the road. They were there in a flash to pick us up. William, the guy who towed us, was really sweet. We got in not knowing how long we were going to have to spend...how MUCH we were going to have to spend. Luckily, we were in and out quickly. Everyone on staff was kind and fun to talk to. They were reasonable on price and honest about what we needed and didnt need.

Highly recommend this fast and friendly service! Immediate tow, part arrived quickly and the labor was instantaneous. The entire experience, from the call for the tow to leaving the shop, was complete in less than 3 hours. Everyone that I interfaced with was very personable and courteous.

These guys quickly bent over backwards to help us get back on the road ! First we blew a tire , fixed that and then starter went out! The were there to tow truck and trailer within 10 minutes! Got starter in with friendly competent staff!

My alternator died, and took my battery with it, on a Sunday afternoon when I was supposed to be picking my husband up from DIA. They came and towed me to their shop, then fixed my truck so I could be on my way, all for a reasonable price. I could not believe my luck that it was fixed within hours on a Sunday. Very Nice people they got me out of Jam, when my driver parked on a slant off interstate 70 with Low tank... they brought us fuel and got are truck up and running again. I was driving cross country to a new job in my ‘99 Subaru, and my one & only car emergency of the entire trip happened right as I passed through Hays. I am eternally grateful for the gentleman who answered my call on a Sunday afternoon and somehow found the needed parts & had me back on the road within a few hours!

So helpful!! AAA told me it could be over an hour until someone arrived and he was there in less than half an hour. We are from NY and have never even been in Kansas before. We were brought to a trustworthy repair shop and he even drove us to a nearby hotel after the shop. Cant thank you enough!

My son and his friends broke down in Hays, KS on an across country trip. He went to one repair shop who told him they did not have time to get to the car that day, a Friday before a holiday weekend. That would mean he would be stranded for at least three days before someone could look at the car. He went to Augies and Scott was able to help him and quickly determined it was just something stuck in the fuel line. After cleaning the line and replacing the filter, they are back on the road. Its great to know there are good, honest people would there who go out of their way to help. Thanks Scott for getting them back on the road and not emptying their wallets in the process. Good job, guys! Here is a couple guys that wont just let you drive a deathtrap home. I came in for brakes, and had more serious problems that they fixed, knowing I was about to drive 800 miles. Honest mechanics are hard to come by, and these guys are old school awesome.

Had an alternator that was still under warranty failing on our way through Kansas. This shop used our parts and charged a very competitive rate. Shop was packed and Scott got us in and out in a few hours.Thanks!
