Personally, I find the coaches and trainers who lead my workouts at Sorta are a huge source of my motivation during my workouts. One example they are fit themself so they lead by example . Two they show passion to train & are always helpful even if your not taking the class. I walked into the gym with completely no experience. I was calling the bar a pole. Lol I was very intimidated & scared I would injury my back. Thanks to coach Juan , I love lifting & I love my gym. The energy in the gym is positive & the members are loving and caring . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not only do they physically injure clients by providing incorrect and dangerous form cues for Oly lifting, they will also make fake accounts and harass you on social media for writing an honest review. Very professional gym as well as the trainers, A1 top class environment. I manage a developmental football team and SORTA Brand has become the official fitness home for my athletes. This has become their mecca to maintain their bodies to the degree required by the demanding sport we partake in. Juan is an outstanding trainer becoming our strength and conditioning guru. This gym in Hawthorne has brought a whole new meaning to home away from home, a great place to meet new friends and work out.

Juan and the members make this place feel like a second home instead of a gym. You can come work out, play fifa, or skateboard around the yard. There’s no other place like it.
