One of the cleaner PF I have been to. They have a great amount of cardio machines, I have gone in the morning, afternoon and evening and I am still able to use the equipment to get a great workout.The staff upon entry and exit are friendly and dont at all seem like they hate their life like some gyms.Pleasant ambiance, staff is often cleaning, machines and equipment clean and in working order.Definitely would recommend.

I joined awhile back but was feeling so anxious and hadnt been. Today I finally made it down there. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Victoria. She was polite, friendly and helpful. She offered a tour and I took her up on it. She showed me all the equipment and things available to me. Once I was done I got to my workout. It was very clean and everyone was very respectful of space. After my workout I opted to use the hydro massage chair. It was very nice. I just wish they offered more than 5 mins at a time (during non peak hours at least). The manager Derrick also helped and showed me how to use the enchantment equipment. It was a nice visit and I feel much better about going to the gym. Well worth the money.

Too hot to workout there. I can never get through 1/4 of my regular workout because its too hot. Their a/c system has been broken for like 2 months and they keep saying itll get fixed but it hasnt. This was my last time there, Im going to switch gyms.

Really enjoy this gym. Friendly and helpful staff. Place is kept clean plus good amount of equipment. On top of all, only $10 monthly fee😁

Great and helpful staffs, place is hygienic and they follow CDC rules that is wear a mask and clean equipment you use before and after using. I am working on getting back to my pre-quarantine body with a trainer via appointment. Oh and the ladies bathroom and locker room are so beautiful,I so purple 💜 planet fitness

Workout is always great at this gym and the environment is a pleasant experience.

Its a gym, its fairly clean and all of the equipment seems to be new. Or near new in condition.

This gym is super nice, hear it was new, went to check it out, and was honestly amazed. Super clean, spacious, doesnt get extreamly crowded (although all gyms have their peak hour.)The manager Derek is a super cool chill dude, very friendly, does an awesome job with the staff to keep the gym clean. Honestly, this PF stands out.

Great selection of equipment. They have lockers in the bathroom. Showers could be bigger but that is just a preference.

Fantastic and clean location. Only issue is that the faucet sensors and low flow faucets should be improved as they make it hard to wash your hands by not sensing your hand, then outputting very little water when they do activate.

This company just burned me and charged my card when They were not supposed to do not go here the refused to work with me even tho the unexpected charge inconvenienced me (unprofessional) and have employees giving mis leading information. I came in specifically to clarify when my card would be charged and i was told the 16th of next month now i go to pay a bill and they charged way ahead of time dont believe the 1 first month scam

Makes no sense to close a section of the gym off that contains a multiple machine structure to have a class for one person NOT even using the structure. Its the busiest time of the day.

Neat ... positive workout space

Im excited to have Planet Fitness open near my house. The design of the gym looks really nice. The only downsides of the new gym is that even though the Hydro-Massage Beds read a 10-minute session, it got cut down to 5 minutes. Either that, or the machine reads 10 minutes. Also, the shower room is not open yet.

Clean location machines are well kept better than mid city planet fitness and always have towels and cleaning supplies stocked

Planet Fitness is kept clean and not over crowded. I enjoyed my workout because of the cleansing of the facility.

Terrible customer service. I was banned from using gym because I brought my own drinking water inside gym.

It could be because Im used to the DTLA location, but this gym is SPOTLESS. Everything is new and works. The temperature is good and the bathrooms are clean. Plenty of parking. Staff is friendly. Right now some of the machines are blocked off from use to keep patrons at least 6 ft apart. I thought the website said you only have to wear a mask when you are not working out, but everyone was wearing one at all times so I kept mine on as well.

I just went to get info and the person that helped me didnt show everything he didnt have the attitude to sale or invite people to come and feel safe , and enjoying

My experience was super bad I had an appointment with trainer today at 10:30am today trainer she didn’t help trainer was busy helping other person and trainer said sorry system had glitch wasting of my time and unorganized system! other than that is gym is awesome and machenic are new and clean.

I used to go to planet fitness all the time and enjoyed it so I thought I’d give it another try. I was wearing a tank top and the lunk alarm started going off. I made sure to take 5 steps back from the dumbbell rack and was even looking at the floor to try and avoid it but it still went off. I felt humiliated and anxious so I left the gym. Will not be going back

Been to a lot of planet fitnesses by far this is my favorite its clean the staff is awesome oh and did i I mentioned that its clean!

Clean and friendly staff lots of social distancing. Tons of space and equipment. Great space for workout.

Let me start with the equipment this gym is not for pro, they are missing a lot of equipment unless u put one + one to be able to get your workout .limited back workout equipment all cables ,limited (one) abs equipment , shoulder equipment are limited (one) they got plenty of treadmills and no one is using them anyways instead they should put more heavyweight equipment.AC is always high.

Very discriminatory, if they dont like want you wear to workout in they ask you to change and if you dont have anything to change into you must leave. Been working out at Planet Fitness all over the United states and here in California wearing the same style of clothes. But others can wear the same clothes and nothing is said to them and they are allow to workouthey. Also very disorganized free weights are all over the gym. Looks like I will be going somewhere else. Sad, very sad.
