I probably wouldve given them a 5 star rating but only one minor issue. I dont understand how one Zales store can give/adjust discounts and another store cannot. I had one store offering the same ring by Vera Wang for about $200 cheaper, but since I was already at the other store I figured I would get the same price but that was not the case. I do like theyre a chain store and if I have issues they are located all ove the U.S.

Customer service was absolutely horrible. I couldn’t believe they would treat a customer so poorly. I just knew that I could exchange my wedding ring for the correct size and color, only to find out I waited this long for nothing. I just got my ring last December and it started breaking me out so badly that I couldn’t wear it for months, unless I was going somewhere. Typically I wouldn’t wear the ring until I walked into the actual function, because it irritated me so much. This is the worst experience of my life and to think I was ecstatic about getting my ring from here!

Customer service has gotten 100% better than my last several visits. I was actually greeted upon entering. I had two wonderful sales reps assist me. I even found the toggles I was in search of!!! Also found tiara rings for my daughter. It was absolutely the best visit I have ever in Zales.

I have had nothing but trouble from this place since the moment i got my ring. I recommend anywhere but here especially if you like wearing your jewelry. They have had my ring more than ive gotten to wear it.

It was the most crappiest experience I have ever had. The Zales in Hattiesburg Mall the people were rude. All I wanted to do is take back a necklace I had bought and get a refund. It was only a little over 100.00 dollars. They said they couldnt give me the money in cash because they didnt have enough money in the store to do so. Well l had just seen where this man had made a purchase and had given them 140.00 in cash and they were some other people buying stuff. I could have understood if it had been a large sum of money,but a hundred dollars. They said before I come back .To call first to make sure they had the money in the store. I only have 60 days to return it and my time is almost up. I will never buy anything from Zales again I really dont even give it a start I had to just do it would post this

If I could give zero stars I would. This has been the worst experience Ive ever had in customer service. They have had my ring since October and whenever I call I get the run around about how its processing. It was sent for a repair and its been hell since. They still cant give me a date on when Ill have it back. When I asked for the GM or DM contact they refused to give it to me. I will still shop with zales but I will never again waste my time or give my business to the Hattiesburg location. There are more bad details to my experience but I dont have all day to write about it.

I wish there was a zero star option. The last three times Ive been at Zales have been some of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever encountered. Things like asking if they can help me, then having a conversation with someone else while Im answering. Or stopping in the middle of assisting me to help someone theyd seen in the store earlier that day. Appallingly bad service, and a collective foul attitude to boot. Walk about 100 more steps and go to Kays or Reeds. Their customer service is exemplary by comparison.
