My Husband and I bought our wedding rings (including my engagement ring) from Reeds. We bought the lifetime warranty, and when my rings got severely damaged, I brought my rings to the store believing they would be fixed(at least replaced). Bought a cheaper replacement band for temporary use. When they called and said the damage was unfixable, I was devastated. They only offered a discount for a new set, but we did not have the funds. Then another employee rudely called to ask “Are you coming to get your broken rings or not, cause if not they are going to be melted.” Aggravated by the tone the man used, I told him just go ahead and melt them. Lifetime warranty was a waste of money. Edit: was called today to pick up my ring, thinking they were replacing it and then was handed my broken ring which I thought had been melted. Then when addressing this new manager about the situation, she was nothing but rude and unsympathetic about the situation. I will never shop with Reeds again.

UPDATE DO NOT BUY PANDORA FROM HERE!! I purchased a rose gold ring with the insurance. The rose gold wore off of the bottom within 6 months and when i took it back to the store a female employee immediately had a bad attitude and was accusatory so i had to speak with a different employee. Took a month to get my ring back which is not a big deal but I’ve worn it twice since getting it back and ALL the rose gold is GONE! JUNK!Original review. Went to this jeweler because they carry pandora products and wanted to get a different bracelet. The lady helping me was very polite, great personality, and very patient in helping me pick out my jewelry. The next day a very nice man assisted me when I got my bracelet and all the charms cleaned. Would highly recommend for service and quality and will be returning.

Bought a ring from the Hattisburg, MS store about a year and a half ago. Bought the insurance. My fiancee lost a stone. I recently moved to Tennessee and I contacted them about the issue. We sent it in , they took care of the issue at no charge and sent it back. Thats awesome customer service. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely use them in the future.

My name is actually Malcolm, but I recently shopped at Reeds and I absolutely loved their customer service. Both of the ladies were extremely nice and in particular the “Light skin” (whose name I forgot) Lady. They were dressed extremely professionally and looked great , beautiful, and eloquent. I was able to get what I needed in a timely and considerate manner. I highly recommend going and checking out their inventory.
