Upon entry I thought I could use my credit card for the machines but I couldnt. The credit cards are for their laundry services. The prices are listed on one of my pictures. The lady at the front was so nice. I met some people while washing and drying clothes for my very first time. This place was very nice and clean. They have little carts to help drag your laundry around. There was no point in searching for a good washer and dryer because they all worked wonderfully. They have multiple tables for folding. The parking lot is very easy to access and there is plenty of parking. I totally would recommend this place whether you are in a hurry and dropping things off for services or for just a quick or large wash!

As usual it was clean and well run. HOWEVER, 3 dryers that I used coins stuck and I lost 75 cents. But Im always happy to do my laundry there. Great people run the place, polite and always very nice n helpful

This was a very nice facility! All of the people working were very nice and helpful. They have large and extra large machines which were great for washing all of my clothes and large comforter. I will definitely come back!

This was my first time at Turtle Creek Laundry. I have a very large comforter that I needed to wash and they were the ONLY laundromat in Hattiesburg to answer the phone. The gentleman confirmed that they have normal and extra large sized washers and dryers. He was so kind and helpful!They have a machine inside to convert your cash to coins to use the machines. The facility is in a perfect location so you can run errands if need be while your things wash.Another cool thing is they have a laundry drop off service where you can drop off your laundry, an employee will wash and dry it and you can pick it up once it’s done! Super cool! I’ll definitely be back and recommending this laundromat. 5 stars for sure!

Its a cool place to get done what you need to and leave within a decent amount of time. Sometimes the 25 cent dryers dont dry well, but thats pretty much everywhere ya go. They have pretty cheap washers but also good-priced ones for good size clothing as well. They also offer Free WiFi for being a customer i suppose, and they have a laundry drop off as well. Its neat really, but still just shows how sorry people are and how overpriced ones own washer & dryer could be. We must do better America.

Pretty expensive laundromat - $6 for a decent sized washer/$3.50 for a small one and 50cents per 12 minutes on the dryer. About double the laundromat we normally use in a pinch but drove here because power is out from Hurricane Zeta.

I have never needed a laundry Matt until we were home bound in our camper while waiting for our home to be ready! Needless to say we’re going into our second month and I have been going here for that long every other day it seems like but to say all that is to say I really like this laundry Matt I can get in and out in no time ! It’s cool and not hot amd most of the time very clean unless people leave their dryer sheets on the floors ! The young man that owns this place is so very nice and helpful to make sure your needs are met when needing your money return because you put a 20 in the change machine when it clearly said notToo! lol..... but to say all that give it a try you have a pick of a big large machine to a home like machine and humongous dryer ! Little carts to push around with your items and a place to get your laundry sheets in case youForgot yours and the prices to wash are very reasonable! But I will be so glad to have my washer and dryer back and I promise notTo every not appreciate them again:)Happy Camper,Sandi

Such a nice, quiet, and clean environment. Great prices and they have “actual” Large and XL washers that accommodate king down and heavy comforters!! Same day laundry services for people like me who despise folding. 😊 Not to mention, the owner is a gem 💎. You won’t be disappointed in this facility.

While searching for a washer and dryer for my home, I had to find a laundry mat. The staff (female) was very polite, courteous and professional. She even remembered me when I came back. Its a very clean and a friendly environment. I would highly recommended them.

I have been. Useing this laundry mat for over a year. I can wash and dry. Most times in less than 2 hours. Never have had a problem. Its clean And they keep all Machines up . Would not use another.

This place is amazing. Quick professional service for a very reasonable price. The clothes we dropped off were really gross and they came back cleaner than before we left. And they even fold them nicely.

Drove 30 minutes from Columbia to use this laundromat. Well worth the trip. Change machine actually worked. Chairs to sit and wait. Only 2 dryers not working. Very nice.

Lots of washers and dryers. Friendly staff available. Conveniently located right in front of Walmart 98. They can accommodate large quantities. We dropped off 200 high school band uniforms and they cleaned them quickly and hung them all back up with bibbers matching the jackets. Thanks to them our kids looked and smelled great!

Ive only ever dropped off laundry here, no problems and always a pleasure. $1.50 a Lb. And their drop off hours (8am-10pm) are excellent.

Turtle Creek Laundry is reliable and fast they really helped us out when we had to drive several hours to go to work so we were in a rush I told them the situation and they put are name first on there list .we probably had 8 loads of clothes and within an hour they were ready . Good Job

Have been doing laundry there since 2010. Washers and dryers are in good condition. If you prefer they do your laundry they do have drop off laundry service for your convenience. Overall #turtlecreeklaundry is a laundromat.

This is the worse place ever, the lady who works there is hella rude! Took my clothes out and said someone else was using it , but when I looked they were empty. So why touch my clothes for no reason , I won’t ever come back here again! They need to get someone who has a personality to work there , because clearly she doesn’t have one!!!!!

One of my first times in a laundromat didn’t have enough for one washer machine took my quarters hit the coin return button didn’t give em back

My actual rate would be 0. WORST laundry experience EVER. Machine broke called emergency no man told me I had to wait until someone got here in 15-20 min. He was RUDE on the phone acts like it is my fault that his machine messed up. When I called again to ask how much longer he hung up on me. I am STILL waiting for someone to show up almost a hr has past and someone just showed up and he didnt even apologize about it!Go ELSEWHERE

Everything I needed was right here so Beach dryer sheets Coca-Cola candies chips. The dryers were really fast :-) and the restrooms for very clean!

The staff is friendly and helpful. Its never super crowded. Its a well kept up place. Its always clean and the machines are all operable. They also offer free Wi-Fi.

Its was a little crowded on sunday afternoon. . Not to over priced machines. Has tv, soda machine and rows of chairs.

Always clean, always an attendant, almost never a broken machine, many machines​ to use and always polite help.

I’ve used this place for years! I bring my comforters and have them washed here, and I’ve also had pants hemmed here. Very clean and friendly environment.

So i live in hattiesburg ms i had to catch a fligth early friday morning before they open i was able to drop my clothes off thursday nite behind the counter and pay with card over phone this service at this place gets better and better 100% happy good job i would recommend them to anyone
