She was so sweet and professional. She hemmed my husbands suit pants for an upcoming destination wedding. She took the time to show me how to fold the pants so that they don’t get too wrinkled in his luggage. She also went out of her way and gave me a scrap piece of barrier cloth, so that I can iron them without marks. It seems like she goes above and beyond to make her customers happy. I would definitely recommend her and I’ll be using her for any alterations that I may need done in the future.

I needed some last minute alterations to a pair of dress pants for a wedding, and I was sized and had my pants back within the hour!

I was in a pinch and needed a dress altered for an event and she was not only able to see me same day, within hours, but was so professional that she was able to alter it in no time, while I waited! Will definitely be using her services again and would recommend!

Donna has always been FANTASTIC to worth with. She is always so kind and pleasant. She has always done an amazing job with all of my alterations. She has done multiple alterations for me: bridesmaid dresses for weddings my daughters have been in, school uniform alterations for my school age kids, she did alterations for my daughters Easter jumper suit, tailored several of my husbands suits, and even my casual dresses to help them fit the way I want. What a wonderful experience. I placed a call this morning and was scheduled for a fitting before lunch. Donna contacted me shortly after stating I could pick up my dress after work. The initial pick up was scheduled for Friday with the possibility of it being ready by tomorrow. A lovely woman and an excellent seamstress. I love my dress after Donnas touch. I will definitely return!

Donna did absolutely amazing in such a short time on my bodice for a Renaissance festival. She literally was able to take it up right there at her home, which is really inviting and makes you feel like a friend rather than just a number. She is such a sweet heart and so talented. I went to Donna to have my mother of the groom formal dress hemmed. When I got there she there was three other women also having alterations done, I felt rushed & didnt feel like I was getting the attention my alteration needed. Then she quoted me a price and later raised it saying she didnt charge enough the first time. On Friday, four days after I was there. I called Donna to tell her I wanted the extra fabric that was being cut off the dress and she told me that she couldnt do my dress because she was having sinus surgey & the smoke smell in my dress was too strong and it bothered her. THIS WAS AFTER SHE WAS ALL UP IN MY DRESS DURING THE FITTING. It didnt bother her then and she said nothing about any kind if odor. My dress does NOT smell of smoke or any thing else, its been in a plastic dress bag in my closet. My question is WHY didnt she call me, why did she wait FOUR days and it wasnt till I called her that I found out she wouldnt be doing my dress. Now Im left with no one to hem my dress for my sons wedding. I am NOT a happy customer and would NOT reccomend this person to anyone. I will be telling everyone I know what kind of shabby service I received.

Its usually recommended that you have at least two fittings for your wedding dress, with most people having three or four. Well, due to various uncontrollable circumstances I only had a chance for one fitting and picked up my dress the day before the wedding. I didnt even try it on until five minutes before I walked on the aisle. It fit like a glove! Donna not only altered it perfectly, she did it in less than two weeks and that includes two other dresses that I had her alter. Those were perfect as well. She was very easy to work with and took her time to show me little things to do to make the dress look even better than it already did. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Could not have asked for a better person to help me with my prom experience! She took my dress and made it the dress of my dreams and im extremely excited for prom to roll around! 10/10 she was so extremely nice and did all she could and more for me!

I made an appointment with her yesterday for today at 11:30, I even text her afterwards with my name and time of my appointment as she asked. I blocked out my schedule at work downtown and drove all the way to her house and no one is there or answering the phone. She was downtown having breakfast with a friend, said she was sorry but did not sound apologetic at all. Would not recommend as she is not reliable. If she takes as much pride in her work as she does in showing up for appointments then I would be nervous as to what my dress would look like afterwards.

This lady is totally a scammer. She was charging me $90 for her work. I told her to not do the top bcause i realize it was to much so it was gona b $65 for taking the dress up at bottom and fixing my split. Ok I volunteer to pay $40 down jus to get it out my pocket. Wedding cancel, I come to pick up dress, she brings it out, no bag as it was n. I asked where was my $40 she then say that was a deposit and fa the measurements which by the way she never mention. Then she didnt fixed bck what she cut apart at top. I thought she was a nice lady but I was so wrong. What u take from others, more will b taken from u. Never again
