Alan was friendly and courteous, they were able to come out to the house the next morning, they arrived on time, worked quickly (and worked HARD) and did a great job on the carpeting. It was a very good experience. We will definitely use them again!

The best experience ever. I called around 1:30 pm because my dog decided it was a good day to urinate in my bed! I got information and pricing from angel super quick and decided to use them and called her back. Matt literally showed up in less than an hour later got it done in less than 30 mins just in time for me to join my online class! I also live on the third floor. He got all of his equipment up the stairs and down the hall. He used a urine treatment too. After he was done the whole room smelled better I was so impressed with my mattress I literally basically got a brand new mattress in 10 mins I’m in love with it and will DEFINITELY use them again. Matt was the best!

I have never had anything less than exceptional service from Alan and Hydra Clean, LLC. Alan makes sure to go above and beyond, and is the best in the business. He has saved our company, and other companies I have worked for- in the past 9 years- a ton of money. He has been able to salvage carpet that everyone else said we should get rid of- and give it a new life! He has dyed bleach stains back to the color of the carpet, removed several color stains that no one else could remove, patched large(and small) areas of carpet and you couldnt even tell! He is also always honest with you- and will tell you if he can fix the carpet or if you should just replace it. These guys did an incredible job cleaning our couches, carpets, area rugs and kitchen tile/grout! I could not be more happy with how everything turned out. They got out carpet stains that I was sure would never come out! We will definitely be using Hydra Clean again.
