Spectacular Service! Our daughters carpet in her bedroom became soaked due to a leaking humidifier. We tried to dry it up ourselves, but it became obvious that we needed professional services. Due to our concern with mold and mildew becoming a problem, we wanted the issue to be addressed as quickly as possible. My husband called around to a few different places and Bass Carpet Cleaning was the only business that answered his call immediately! We were able to schedule an appointment with Bass, have our carpet issue addressed, and paid for before we ever heard back from ANY of the other businesses!! Our carpet had to be dried out for several days with a special fan. When they returned to pick up the unit, they went the extra mile to pull back our carpet, spray EXTRA mold/mildew remover on the floors base board, and put my carpet back in place. They are a local family owned business, VERY professional, and offer fair prices. Even if you find cheaper prices elsewhere, go with Bass Carpet Cleaning! You cannot put a price on the SUPERIOR service you will receive!
