The repairman did not fully repair the side-by-side refrigerator and the company would not send him or anyone else back to fixed the problem for two weeks. Finally gave up and cancelled. Two weeks without a refrigerator that should have been fixed time was too long.

My credit card was charged twice by Sears for the same amount for the repairs. The labor charge alone was way way to high and it took 4 days to show up from the time the initial request for repairs was asked for.

Honestly I dont think I know where to start first. My air conditioner is in the same condition as it was when the repairman came. I called when I got this email, because I realized they thought it was fixed, when I was told by the repair person a part was needed and I was on hold until it came. I called and got a person that did not really know what was going on. She thought it was fixed,and said she would send another repairman out on the 23rd of October. Today is the 15th of October. So once again I am in a holding pattern. When my air conditioner is plugged in and off the condenser runs constantly. I cannot turn it off, because I did not turn it on. I just have to unplug it to silence it. It gets really hot in the side of the house that air is suppose to cool. I have a repair contract, and I have to wait again. That is why I gave it a one star.

I only have one star cause I had to Other then that I would give them none they have the worst costumer service... I have been trying have my washer fixed for almost 2 months with nothing being resolved even tho I have an extended warranty... I would NEVER recommend sears to anyone for anything

On time, efficient and completed. Thanks for a great job. Would you like to improve? Use the same scheduling that Dish uses. They let you know within a 4 hour window, then on the day scheduled they narrow it down to less than 2 hours. Dish really has it right in not keeping customer tied up all day. You even know the name of the repair person and get a picture...a really nice touch.

The service guy was excellent. However, the earliest appt. was 2 weeks. I received an email stating my appt. had been rescheduled for 5 days earlier; that did not happen. Two weeks is a long time when your freezer is slowly dying. The tech was excellent in every respect. We had a gas leak and he filled it with gas, saving our food. Im not waiting around for Sears to find the leak, order parts and schedule another visit. I bought a new freezer and I wont have another Sears service contract

Sears sends out highly knowledgeable persons for these type jobs! I am always very impressed of their appliance service calls! One call to Sears is all it takes! And this past summer a very knowledgeable repairman had my Sears riding mower back up and running - it pays to stick with this experienced-minded company!

It took a long time to get an appointment. Then another two weeks for a followup to order parts. Then the repairman didnt show due to vehicle problems, so another long wait. Now the washer cycle doesnt seem to be correct after a week. Overall, two months until the repair, now waiting for another followup checkup.

The technician, Will, was first rate and diagnosed the refrigerator problem in less than 5 minutes (relay switch burned out) and replaced the switch within 10 minutes. A Five Star Excellent job!. My only dissatisfaction is that the repair was scheduled for almost five weeks after I had requested the repair. Hosting a New Years family dinner party for 20 without refrigeration is definitely not recommended.

The technicians are competent, but my main issue is that appointments are always magically booked at least three weeks in advance. And if your issue requires a part ordered or a revisit, your followup will be pushed to the back again. This is completely unacceptable when dealing with something like a broken dishwasher or refrigerator. I go through a home warranty for appliance issues, and after a handful of experiences I now specifically request that any service provider besides my local Sears Appliance Repair be used. If youre really that booked for appointments, hire more people to share the workload.

I knew what was wrong with my washer but the sears man came to diagnose it for $97 and then I could purchase part and he could return to install for additional fees😱 No thanks! Our 5 year extended warranty had just ended and we only used it once before. I suggest using sears direct and fix it yourself or buy a new product!

Aside from having to wait for the part that was necessary to fix my dishwasher to be ordered and delivered, everything went smoothly. The tech that was sent to repair my dishwasher was most courteous and efficient. I will call Sears Appliance Repair Service again.

Had to go through so much to even get an appointment, which I think is wrong, seems like your company is like so many others. Youre shorthanded, which is wrong to your employees and to us, your customers. When a technician finally came, he was very good and seemingly took care of the problem. So hire more people and I wont complain about the time it took to get a technician at my home to help me.

Waited all day for a service repairman to show up who apparently called in sick and the store didnt feel it necessary to inform us. When we re-scheduled, they put us off for an additional 8 days on a refrigerator repair! I have 3 kids and have purchased 5 major appliances from Sears. Consider that the last business they ever get from me.

While after 5 hours my washer was repaired the overall experience was not good. The last time Sears repaired the same problem it took just over an hour. This time, the repairman did not have all the tools he needed to do the job. The worst part was his body odor. It caused the whole house to stink. I understand a long day at work but this was 10 am. Smelled like he had not bathed in several days and has no idea what deodorant is or where to purchase it.

I have always been VERY satisfied with my repair visits, the servicemen have all been respectful, answer all my questions, very professional and have always fixed my tractors even if parts have to be ordered. I like, and have bought my lawn tractors form sears mainly because of the service I receive. Thanks to all of them.

Terrible - should be zero stars! Mechanic did not have the tools to do the job, couldnt diagnose the problem, call other mechanics but charged me $177 to change a spark Plug which was not the problem. No more Craftsman Lawn products for my family. So terrible. So disappointed in Sears. We had also considered installing ceramic tile in the house too but why should we? Come on, SEARS!

We were very satisfied with the repairmen. I say men because a part was need to complete the repair inwhich was sent timely. The 1st repairman however presented us with a bag of tide pods upon his arrival. He immediatly asked for them back once he told us the problem with the dryer. I returned them because he stated that it was a policy that if the repair was not completed he needed the tide pods back, which was I gave the bag back to him. Upon the completion of repairs I asked the second repairman where are my bag of tide pods he stated he did know about that he had no pods but he was going to find. It was a odd situation/policy you have.

Still not resolved. Two trips and much aggravation.8-26-2019 Make that three trips and still not resolved, Parts needed and tech can not come back until mid September. This has cost me a ton of money. Very poor.

Sears services has go down the drain! I could NOT understand Eli at all! Spoke with him for about 3 minutes and even had asked him to please allow me to speak with someone else. The entire time he stated that it was my ☎️!!Yes, Eli sounded like a over sea customer service! All I want done to to schedule an appointment to get my cooler look at!

I am not happy at all bc my first repairman didn’t know what he was doing. He came twice. Then a week later two more experienced men came but now I am waiting on the part and it will be another two weeks b4 I get my washer back working. No I am not happy. I just want my washer. 😡😡😡ok now I am a happy camper and I can change it to a 5* bc I got my part in early and they scheduled me for the next day. Thank u sears and thank u for sending ur man that knew what he was doing. Plz don’t send me the third party ppl any more. Thanks again. I HAVE A WASHER!! 😂😂😂

Repair man was very professional and replaced the board on my 2 year old dryer. My dryer quit working later that day. My pair of 2year old front load Kennmore Elite washer and dryer have been giving me trouble since February. Sears is usually very professional, but occasionally when I call for service I will get a rude service appointment advisor that accuses me of putting the wrong clothes in the washer causing all the problems. This does not help when laundry is pilying up and I am asking for help!

Far too expensive just to come out, no parts needed, just a little adjusting. Didnt take 45 minutes and I was charged $95 plus $126For a 30 min adjustment. Not fair !!!
