Wes is so helpful. He knows his stuff. He was able to get to the bottom of what was going on with our heater, changed the part and took care of other maintenance. He gave us pointers on keeping our heater system working properly. Really happy with One Hr Heating & Air Conditioning

We are members with one hour and they are AMAZING! I called on a Saturday when our ac broke and they had a technician out within a hour because they knew I had to be somewhere. He spent 1 hour fixing it and it works great! Affordable and amazing customer service.

Tom was right on time and extremely thorough. it was a routine AC checkup, but he went above and beyond cleaning out all of the squirrel/mice debris. He also brought his own garbage bags and picked up the area surrounding the unit. I really am enjoying this maintenance package I bought. No bills, no signing off, just wonderful service.

While installing my new air conditioning system, he discovered that the wiring system in my old air conditioner was not powerful enough to handle the new system. He immediately pointed that to me and called his home office. The office response was impressive. They will send an electrician to install new wiring for my new system. That’s real integrity! The customer service rep was friendly, helpful, and informative - and was able to get me scheduled quickly. Before the tech (Joel) came, I had a picture and a quick bio sent to me so I knew who to expect. The tech called to let me know he was ahead of schedule and actually came about 20 minutes earlier than the scheduled window, which was great! Joel was extremely professional, explained everything to me and showed me what needed to be fixed before making any repairs. Even went the extra mile to wear boot covers in the house and leave his work area spotless before he left. He was also really friendly with my kiddo, which goes a long way in my book. I usually HATE making service calls, but I signed up for the VIP program today because I know well be taken care of with high-quality, professional service.

Ive been a customer of this company for over almost 15 years. Not only was Garrett very friendly and helpful but he went above and beyond when cleaning off my ac unit when he asked to use my hose and show me the debris that had coated my entire unit. My moms air conditioning was not working, and the house felt like a cross between Hell and a steam room. One Hour came to the rescue-Ian and the technician who was training him arrived within the hour, found the issue and refilled the coolant. The house was noticeably cooler before they left. They patiently explained that refilling the coolant was a temporary fix and then outlined steps to a more permanent solution. Chad Beissel came the next day to give mom an estimate on a new furnace and AC, and to explain the process. Everyone was very polite, helpful and able to answer questions from non-experts. Before arriving, each One Hour staff person texted his name and picture enabling us to feel safe.

Bryan is awesome. He is professional, courteous, and knows his stuff! I really appreciate the time he takes to fix the little things. Also the removal and reattachment of the piping, electrical, washer/dryer and utility sink for our waterproofing project was exceptional. He made sure he was the tech to come back and get it all out back correctly.

Garrett was excellent. Very professional, honest and customer focused. AC was not working and he found a simple fix after testing the system; cleaning. We are now nice and cool in the house today.

My AC unit stopped working mid-day. I had used One Hour before for duct cleaning, normal tune-ups, etc so I decided to submit a request online for AC service. Since my info basically auto fills, I submitted an online request in 20 seconds. Within 5 minutes I received a call from a friendly staff member that asked a few questions about the problem I was having. I had a technician at my house in about 20 minutes after that. He was very courteous and professional. After asking me a couple of questions and testing the unit with a meter, he identified the problem as a failed capacitor. He swapped the component, tested my system, and had us up and running with our AC within an hour of me submitting the original request for help! My AC is 21 years old as well, so I was amazed that we were able to go straight into a repair without feeling like a had to consider a whole new unit. Tyler did a great job installing our central air conditioner and new furnace. He also put in a new thermostat. We were very impressed with his work. He removed and replaced both units on his own! Everything old went out and he kept a clean work space. He is very polite, knowledge, and a very hard worker. He explained everything we need to know about our new units and gave us advice on questions we had on our air ducts/vents.

Joel came out to do an annual checkup on our HVAC unit. He took the time to walk me through everything he was checking and why, and cleaned up our external fan unit, which was pretty dirty. I called One Hour as a new customer when my home AC unit had stopped working with hopes I could be squeezed in for an emergency repair. They were able to send a tech over within 15 minutes of calling! Having explained to Seth, their technician, what my symptoms were, he arrived promptly with an idea of what was wrong. He took apart the unit and showed me exactly what had happened, and within 10 or so minutes installed the new part and had everything back up and running flawlessly! I am very impressed with One Hour, and would recommend them without question!

A/C stopped cooling on one of the hottest days AND a Monday after a holiday weekend. They were able to come out, diagnose and replace the part and get us back up and running. Plus, they have a program for military that cant be beat!

We have had a nagging problem with our boiler for a few years that would come and go. I had several techs from a few different companies come out with no solution. It reared its ugly head again this week and I decided to try One Hour. The first tech came out and thought he had it but the next morning the boiler wouldn’t start. I called one hour again and they sent another tech out who solved the problem in about a half hour. Great response time and sharp techs.

Very diligent and professional. Jason and Tyler had a long, hot day at my house, but they never stopped, even after 8 hours. They explained the new system and showed me how to adjust everything. Im very happy with the service. Currently Im waiting for my house to cool down, but the thermostat is moving in the right direction so Im sure Ill be happy with the Dailin system, too.
