The technician came to my home to repair my refrigerator and advised me that the defrost thermostat needed to be replaced.This was on a Saturday. I was advised at the thermostat would be in Monday or Tuesday and he would return to replace it. On Wednesday I hadnt heard from the technician so I called. The technician advised me that he would be at my home at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday to install the defrost thermostat. At 6:30 p.m. I had not received a visit or call from the technician. I then called again to find out what was going on. The technician advised me that something came up and that he wouldnt be able to make it. He rescheduled my visit for Thursday at 2pm at which time, I asked what would be the final payment for the repair. He advised me that the final payment would be $83. This was after the $85 initial payment, that I paid for him to come out and diagnose the problem. Needless to say the technician never showed up on Thursday. Upon calling again he advised me that he could come out Friday to install the defrost thermostat and I advised him that I would give him a call back. I decided to take it up on myself to go to my local appliance repair parts store ( had 27 of them in stock) and purchase the defrost thermostat myself. Total cost for the defrost thermostat was $28 and 15 minutes to install. I will never recommend this company nor do business with them again.

They came out and serviced and repaired my appliance the same day.Great Work! The other company I called said there was a week before I could get scheduled.

Kenneth was very responsive and able to inspect and repair my oven problem within a day of speaking with him. It required a part to enable the oven to heat properly.

They came out assessed the problem charged their fee, informed the part was on back order via email. I responded to please order it and when it came in to come fix it. I received no response and they have not contacted me since. Update: the statement below is misleading. It was on backorder and I requested they order it. But the company never responded. Then the repairman called after this review and said I never responded to him though it was through text so I have the documentarion showing my response.. they said I dont know why you just dont buy a new fridge. Umm the part is $200 and the fridge is 1500. If you need to deal with the company over an extended period of time this is clearly not the company to use. The condescending tone did not help build any trust in them either. And clearly having to respond on a review is beyond ridiculous

They came out next day and washer was fixed. Will definitely call them again.

My refrigerator got serviced the same day excellent service. I also recommend to repair my elder mothers dryer and he did that also and gave her a senior discount such a professional.I would highly recommend.

First appointment resulted in a no call no show. Tried once and the tech did show up for the new appointment day but 2 hours late. Dryer repair had to be repeated not once but twice so he clearly either did not know how to do the repair or he was using faulty replacement parts. Had also inquired about an ice maker repair on his first visit. Still no word that the parts have come in 3 weeks later. Tried reaching him again these past 2 days since the dryer is out yet again and no response whatsoever.I would highly suggest checking somewhere else before calling this company
