I gave them 1 Star cause they acted like they didnt want to load my mother in law refrigerator that she purchased from Bon Marche and they had a attitude towards her. We had too tie down the refrigerator ourselves cause they didnt want too

Horrible horrible place. One dock for receiving on for shipping. Took them more than 4 hours to unload a trailer.
