Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with Emerald Pointe Apartment Homes, especially in regards to the Leasing Consultant Wanda Godfrey. I choose Emerald Pointe because they have the floor plan that I wanted and the apartments are beautiful. The staff made me feel at home, but Wanda is awesome and has always been a great help. If you deal with her youll be in great hands. Ill recommend Emerald Pointe Apartment Homes to everyone!

Ty the Leasing Agent was absolutely phenomenal in helping choose Emerald Pointe as my home and prior to moving in he was always available to answer any questions I had regarding my move. Ty made the process smooth and seamless. This place is beautiful and I love my new apartment. Excellent service by Ty! Absolutely amazing work! Highly, Highly recommend.

My family have stayed at the Emerald Pointe Apartment Homes twice (in 2020 & 2021) and both times have been an extremely pleasant and wonderful experience. Throughout my life, I have stayed at various rental properties in different cities and I can certainly tell when the place is something that I would call home or not. At the Emerald Pointe Apartment Homes, the staff has always been genuinely courteous and respectful whenever you meet them. Whether it is your first time visit to check out the property or your end of tenancy, the staff at the leasing office has always been helpful and cheerful to help address whatever your need is. The property has always been regularly maintained (e.g. grass cut, trash picked up, playground cleaned up, etc.) and the management is very efficient and quick when you need a maintenance to resolve any issues you have. My last memorable and positive experience that I have recently had towards the end of my lease was when the central air conditioner in my unit malfunctioned. After submitting a work order on a Friday, the maintenance came the next Monday to fix the A/C but unfortunately it was more than just a minor issue to repair the A/C. Hence, it took three maintenance crew (including one emergency repairman who came even at night), two days, a new fan, and a cleaning of the system to get the A/C back up and running. The property manager, Ashton, even went above and beyond to make sure we feel comfortable and whole again. Even more, the staff at the leasing office did not forget to check if everything was fine with the A/C when I came into the office another time to ask for an assistance with a paperwork. Overall, the Emerald Point Apartment Homes has always been an excellent property that my family would gladly call it home. We would miss it and look forward to stay here again in the future when we come back to New Orleans! Thank you for always making us feel welcome!

Stopped by to visit the property and get an overview of what the premises looked like. Wanda was super sweet and very helpful, She gave a very detailed layout of the property and made me feel like I was already at home. This is most definitely a property that I will consider live at.

I am a current resident here for about 3 months and i LOVE it so much. Front office staff is amazing. I appreciate London and all that she does to make sure i feel loved and welcomed here as a new resident. Upon meeting her she was friendly and efficient. Anything i need as far as maintenance gets handled swiftly and the complex is clean at all times. I cannot stress enough how much i love living here and have no plans on moving. Thank you London for all that you’ve done for me during this trying time. I cannot thank you enough.

These owners have upgraded the buildings completely with more to come. They are designed nicely with several floor plans to choose from. they off great amenities.The staff is very professional and friendly. They have a good policy on select tenants, which made me comfortable about who my future neighbor could be.I had the pleasure of touring with Tyronne Boden. Such a nice guy. He was well informed on his product and answered all my questions and some I did not even think to ask. He took down all my information and has called me as if I am his good ole Auntie, to see how close I am to starting my application. I think that is a great above customer service experience!I will not be ready to move in until the beginning of the year. This place is in my top Fivr

I have lived in these apartments and used to enjoy living here. In the past 6 months, our neighbor has been playing extremely loud music and having parties. I wouldn’t mind, but this has gone as late as 2 in the morning and the music is so loud we can hear it in our bedroom. We complained to the lease office and we’re told they could do nothing. We attempted to talk to our neighbors and they refuse to answer the door. They are in violation of the lease but the office has been no help. We are considering leaving our lease due to the constant disruption.Update: Ms. London was very helpful and gracious in getting our issues getting taken care of! We have not had problems since she spoke to us. We’re grateful for her help.

Dont move here bad service and the apt have a lot problem

Being totaly new the state of LA. Apartment hunting is quite difficult. But I found things to work pretty smoothly here. What I like most here is the large parking spaces. I found that some places have tiny spaces to accomodate more vehicles. I really like the kitchen as well along with the updates that included light dimmers and built in speakers int the bathroom.

I have been living at Emerald Pointe since Oct 2019 and have loved my time here. The office staff and maintenance team are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend moving here!

We moved into Emerald Pointe needing an apartment almost immediately. Jeffery was our leasing agent and he took care of us every step of the way. He assured a quick turn around time and even was helping to get our unit ready up until the time we were set to move in. London in the office is also always friendly and takes care of us anytime we need anything. Updated, family friendly and quiet apartments. The one constructive criticism I can mention is Maintenance turn around can be a little long but its never on anything that needs immediate attention. Just had a little issue with our ice maker but its not something dire.

Great place to call home, I loved everything about my apartment. I hate that I will have to move out when my lease is up. The staff are very nice and helpful. Maintenance gets things fixed in a timely manner.

When I first moved in, I enjoyed this place. It was quiet, and the staff was friendly. Now, however, I believe it is an unsafe place to live. On multiple occasions, Ive had to call the police due to different people smoking marijuana and the smell coming into my apartment. This is an ongoing problem that Ashton Pitre, the leasing manager actually laughed about and denied. At this point, hes not honored anything he said hed do to address the problem. This is not a good place to live if you are wholesome and have no interest in living in a drug-infested community.

The experience at Emerald Pointe has been exceptional. The staff has been phenomenal, from the initial phone call, to the property tour and the signing of the lease. They are friendly, professional and the interaction with the future residents and the potential residents that come through the doors is very warming. I really feel like I am already apart of the community and at home and thats just from waiting around on the approval.I fell in love with the apartments on tour and although there were other apartments that I viewed, this has been the best experience thus far. The are very welcoming to military families, not just active duty but veterans as well. That is something that we do not always witness.Alayshia was on top of the process. She called to follow up to see if I was still interested in coming. She was very sincere and genuine. The entire staff was very nice.The atmosphere in the leasing office is one of a kind. I look forward to being apart of the Emerald Pointe community and even if it does not get approved the vibe with Jeff, London and Alayshia was dope.Continue doing amazing things. My husband and I moved into Emerald Pointe a few weeks ago, and we love it! My husband especially loves the Bluetooth accessibility in the master bathroom. A special thanks to London for helping us make Emerald Pointe our new home.

A great place to call home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful and knowledgeable, Sheika aka The Leasing Queen was very efficient in getting me situated with my apartment. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the location of the apartment and there is ample parking.

I been living at Emerald Pointe for 4 months now. The renovated apartments are nice. I did have issues, however maintenance resolved them quickly. The people that work in the main office are nice, friendly, and helpful. My favorite part about living here is the trash service and keyless entry.HOWEVER, someone tried to break into my apartment. Emerald Pointe try their best to provide a safe environment, however it doesn’t work. The crime is still there. I literally put my couch in front of my door when I go to sleep. When I expressed my concerns to Ashton Pitre (property manager) he stated that he won’t honor my termination. As a single mother who is new to the area express to you that she doesn’t feel safe after an incident that happen at your property, you would think to let them go. Not Emerald Pointe!BE AWARE! Think twice before you rent an apartment here. You can find a safer place to stay for the same price the rent is here.

Quite, Comfortable apartment complex. A short drive to the French Quarter and other popular attractions. Management tends to try to squeeze all they possibly can financially from you so make sure to get any and all discounts and/or benefits in writing prior to leasing. ***Inspect the unit you will be getting prior to signing a lease.

Management is on point! The only problem we’ve had is with a neighbor which was resolved quickly and professionally. My husband and I feel very comfortable approaching management with any questions or concerns. One of the cheapest options in the area and well managed! Looking to stay here for my whole assignment. :)

I cant recommend this apartment and would definitely suggest everyone look elsewhere. The apartments are infested with bugs (termites)! management has been made aware (prior to covid-19 lock down,) and the respose has been unacceptable. after multiple post they agreed to sever all ties and dissolve said lease. However, management (Ashton) response when asked for prorated amount was: we do not prorate last month rent. However, that is false as my orginal move out was 9/17. Additionally, since the apartment is infested and management (Ashton) is aware (they said dont use them as a reference on another apartment as they will give a bad review,) that I havent been sleeping in my appartment I asked to prorate the rent so they can handle the situation and in so many words he said NO, I can not prorate the rent you have to stay with our termites and missing walls for the remanding of the month. What person would live in such conditions let alone have their kids living in such substandard living conditions. come on there is a hole in the wall from where the termite ate through. Image your child sitting and watching tv and it falls because of termites.Just do yourself the favor and look else where.

The apartments are NICE and spacious; that about it. For $975 you would think that sewage and water would be included in the rent, its NOT. Its an additional amount added to monthly rent. Of course you wouldnt know it because they dont tell you until youre ready to sign you lease agreement. The apartments come equipped with a security alarm however thats another additional charge that you set up with a company of your choice. You would think you get more BANG for your BUCK!The bedrooms are nicely sized but you get jaded in the master bedroom with the closet. While the second bedroom has a long closet that stretches across the way, the master closet has two shelves that only leave enough space for blouses, jackets and pants hung on hangers. The master bath has a nice spacious marble counter top with storage underneath but the toilet is so dang on close to the tub and cabinet; cant open one cabinet door all the way or it smacks the toilet.The best part about the apartment is the kitchen/ dining area. Its the only area well thought out space wise. It has pretty long black marble top which gives you room for counter stools. The appliances in the kitchen are stainless steel and are very good looking.OH, lack of closet space as well. No where to store away your coats, shoes, broom, dust pan, and mop; its going to be visible in someway. Unless you buy a cabinet of some sort....Nonetheless its a pretty quiet area and no parking issues.

My family and I have been residing at Emerald Pointe Apartments for the last two years and we love it here. The area is safe and always well kept. And Jenny in the office is always available for any questions or concerns we may have. This complex is highly recommended !

By far this is the best place on the West bank to live. This is my second time living here and I feel this time is the best. I am a very hard person to please but Ms. Jackson in the front office has made my familys transition to apartment living again wonderful. My grandma always told me you get what you pay for and living in Emerald Pointe is worth every penny. When you walk into the office you are greeted with a warm hello and by someone who remembers your name.

Amazing customer service and very friendly staff. All apartments are updated. Unlike some apartments that show a model any then your actual apartment is not updated. Overall I suggest this place to everyone.Update from 5 stars to 1!We were promised a 2 bedroom in 3 weeks. So we took a 1 bedroom in the meantime. Its been 7 weeks and still no 2 bedroom avaiable. They dont care anymore because we are already moved in and paying them rent. The first review I wrote was when I was signing the lease and they said if I did it we would get the administrative fee of $50 waived so naturally I did it. But now I have a completely different outlook. Stay away from this place!!!

Calyn is one of the best managers I’ve ever interacted with. Melisa has been incredibly helpful as well. They take care of your issues and really make it feel like a community. I love it here!

The Garbage Services was excellent! It felt good , knowing that I didnt have to go to the dumpster.Also having a washer and dryer inside my apartment was absolutely awesome! Next, the office staff was pretty friendly, sometimes there were a few hectic times, but I realized we all are human .The Maintenance Department were great,sometimes you may have to wait because theyre backed up. But, once theyre there , the job is well done! Last, the place is kepted pretty clean.

From Emerald Pointes extremely friendly and helpful office and management, to the beautiful and spacious grounds, to the open and spacious apartments, Emerald Pointe is a wonderful apartment community and I couldnt recommend it highly enough! Nothing makes an apartment community jive better than an office team that goes above and beyond just to help you and Emerald Pointe has that in spades. Great place to stay. 👍

Im a current resident here and I highly appreciate the staff. My front door knob fell off while leaving out for work one morning. When I got home it was fixed w/ a note informing me of the service date/time. A few weeks later I had a plumbing issue w/ my toilet. I simply called emergency maintenance and within an hour a gentlemen came & fixed it. This is my 1st apartment so Im extremely thankful for the fast service. I made a great a choice. From the 24hr gym, pool, playground, & in unit washer/dryer features, Id recommend them to anyone.

I will be a new resident back there at Emerald Pointe Apartments. And I must say that they are very professional when it comes down to handling theyre customers. Everything felt so loving anyone looking to move hands down I would suggest these guys its a MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME EXPERIENCE YOU CANT TURN DOWN.

The kitchens are lovely and spacious. The staff is kind and attentive. Very wonderful gym with 24/7 access and the pool is so kind and family friendly with wonderful outdoor furniture.

The staff is great, they keep a clean complex. Ive only had to put in one maintenance request, I broke my key in the lock. I had a new lock and set of keys withing two hours. The equipment in the gym is all in working order which Im told is rare and its open 24 hours. I really enjoy living here.

Ive lived here for almost 2 years and the place is absolutely infested with roaches. Ive tried everything from bombs, traps, sprays and always keeping my house 100% clean. Its been a nightmare. I understand its the south and that kind of thing is common, but it is not common to wake up to a roach on your pillow in the middle of the night!!

I would like to take time out to thank Sheika Jackson at Emerald Pointe apartments. I went in only to actually view an apartment because I needed a quick move. In less than 3 hours I filled out my application and was approved for an apartment. This was the fastest and most courteous service I have ever had before. Again thanks Sheika for your excellent customer service! I look forward to a great living experience at Emerald Pointe!!

I am very unhappy and stressed living here I wish I could get out my lease right now I have never been somewhere where rent is paid before time and every month for the last two months I have been harassed with eviction notices on my door,,,,I need a property manager to contact me asap....also although taken care of the apartment had a roach festation that needed several boxes to be put down that never had been picked up which was told to me that they would ....my lock has inky one screw in it which I reported oh 5 months ago never been fix its slides off and I just slide it back on..smh.. The rent is high but I was in a predicament so had to move fast..and yeah they will approve you fast I see why now...all and all if the rent was cheaper I would stay cause I see worst reviews but its not worth it for the high rent so Im out.

Emerald Pointe is the Best place to live. Its family oriented, quiet , and just a wonderful place to live. Until we purchase our house, this will be our home.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! this place is HORRIBLE the service is HORRIBLE, everything is poorly put together & breaks.. the maintenance people are horrible & never come to fix anything. i have to constantly call the office just to get simple things fixed here, I pay $1200 for rent & have been paying it for going on 6 years now & its not worth it. The only thing good about the place is the gym & free washer & dryer, other than that its horrible. The workers in the office seem as if they were hired with no experience. The rack in my closet fell in & i have never seen that, I have been calling for days to get it fixed & still no one has showed up. I constantly call & call about simple things & no one ever comes. Intially, moving in, none of the doors actually closed, nor the windows. The apartment is poorly put together but they make it seem as if these are luxury apartments. If you ask me, we shouldnt be paying nomore that $800 to stay back here because it is not worth the money at all. DO NOT MOVE HERE. IT IS ALL LIES.

The management staff at Emerald Pointe apartments are somewhat friendly, however they suck at managing this property. The maintenance staff is largely incompetent and instead of the property management rectifying the situation, they just shrug the incompetence off. Tip for management: You cannot be friends with your staff when it comes to business. Hire competent staff and educate and discipline as needed.

Staff will mixed up your paid rent with another apartments & laugh when you address it. I have been living in a mold infested apartment for over 30 days because no one has come to fix it. I am pregnant and subjected to live in harsh living conditions. I am paying over $900 a month to be treated like a begger on the street. Begging someone to fix my apartment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BY MOVING HERE!!!

Not worth the price 1213.00 a month for 3 bedroom, if your check bounce you wouldn’t be able to to write another one next month they only accepting money order payment after that and the rent is due on the 3rd of every month 35 dollar late fee after. Maintenance service if needed wait 3 days. After a years of living here things get run down mildew still on my windows maintenance came and said someone will be over that was a month ago mildew smell in the ac. The apartment started out ok but after years of living here it needs more work

Been here since September 2018 since then my car has been hit and vandalized not once but twice on emerald pointe apartments property I asked for security cameras to be installed or for police to patrol and the manager flat out lied when he said he was going look into getting someone to patrol or more security cameras installed and plus we have holes in our room for termites that never been patched up or fixed for months and I discovered mold in the washing closet that looks like black mold

The worst management that Ive ever had to deal with. They are not helpful. Very disappointed with the way they are taking care of their residents. I dont even want to give them any star at all.

I live in here a year and a half and nothing happened. But last Sunday I went to the church and when I return somebody took 2 chairs I have in the front of my apartment. Next day I went to the office and one of the staff told me Im sorry and thats it. Now I cant feel safe in here

I have been a resident for a little over one year with emerald pointe apartments and it has been a nightmare. Literally! The staff is terrible, their customer service is the absolute worst. Move you say! yeah I have looked in the area for something else and just my luck nothing else was available anywhere so I signed a new lease with emerald pointe. They are rude and ill-mannered. I understand that everyone makes mistakes from time to time however, they just dont care and the mistakes are always happening. The staff is not professional and the problem is that its management. Its not the workers its the management with the terrible attitudes. Its been a lack of professionalism since day one with these guys. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone. The apartments are beautiful but the staff is HORRIBLE!!!!! youd have to deal with the terrible staff to enjoy your beautiful apartment home.

Terrible management! They try to extort as much money as they can from you. I came in one month before my lease ended to confirm I was moving out and the lady did not let me know I had to sign a form. So at move out they made me forfeit my deposit. I only lived here 3 months and I had several bad experiences with the management. Electricity was not switched and so Entergy cut my electricity and all my food spoilt. NOT a good place to live!!!

I have been living here for a year. For the most part I have had minor issues with this complex. My biggest issues is the termite infestation. When I first moved here I noticed termite tunnels coming from the ceiling in my bedroom I reported the problem which was addressed correctly.However this month October 19th I noticed the issue had returned in a different location still in my bedroom. Upon reporting the problem a band-aid was placed on the issue by having maintenance drill three small holes in my ceiling and apply some kind of solution.On Oct 23rd I called the leasing office and spoke with Calyn the property manager to explain my frustration and to advise that there were five more holes coming in the same location that was apparently treated on Monday October 21st. Today is October 28th noone has come to take a look at this issue yet.I work extremely long hours and to be inconvenienced sleeping in my living room on an air mattress for the last two weeks is ridiculous. I have to cover my bed with plastic because of the sheddings along with the live nymphs falling from the ceiling. Drilling holes will not get to the root of the problem with a termite infestation.I have requested to break my lease which ends November 30th. And was told I would lose my security deposit due to me doing so. I would like corporate to get involved in this situation as I am truly upset especially since I truly enjoyed my experience for the most part. The apartment was brand new and clean when moving in. Pretty quiet complex and it is very close to restaurants and stores. The ladies in the offices are very helpful and the landscape is very well maintained.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY APARTMENT. THE TRASH SERVICE IS A PHENOMENAL AMENITY!

My stay at emerald pointe has been the best...i saw the website online an had to come an see it for myself...love it right when i pull up at the parking lot...fell in love with the green grass an the lovely apartments...i even love the staff there so nice....❤❤❤❤❤I love emerald pointe apartments...thank u for having me an my family at ur apartments...

I really enjoy living a my apartment, I pay about $783 for a month including water and garbage. I happened to move into one of the newer buildings so I havent had any problems with things like mold and insects like other people, but I believe the positives outweigh the negatives. My only concerns are that the maintenance guy has a horrible attitude anytime I call, but he does do his work quickly which Im appreciative of. Also the apartment doesnt accept packages, like AT ALL. So you would have buy a P.O. box at the local post office. Its quite an inconvenience, especially for me because I dont have a car. Lastly, the hot water only lasts for about 10 minutes at the most. I have to make my boyfriend shower in the morning and I shower at night. Ohh and although we have police patrol I think we should have a fence around the apartment complex. The summerville apartments next to us have one and we pay more a month for our apartments than they do.

The office staff here are rude and unprofessional. They refuse to clean the carpets in this place. Upon entering my lease, the carpets were wet and smelled like pet urine. The office staff stated they would reclean the carpets. 8 months later, the carpets and apartment reek of urine, mold and smoke from the neighbors. After numerous complaints, I am referred to a nonexistent manager by the inefficient worker Jenny. She is rude, mean and does not care about tenants complaints.

Becarefull .when you go get a 3 month lease these sneaky dwellers make you pay for 4 months...something about prorates......pro thieves maybe ..I wouldnt doubt it it happens to most..but what can you do. just pay.. dnt want my credit to be messed up...never again ..Ill just wait it out n pay the rent ..instead of opting out n paying two months up front ..n give then the opportunity to lease it again...Ill just wait it out...very highly dissatisfied.and disappointed ..smh
